Original order date 12/04/2019. Had to request order to be completed 3 times. No record of requests. Requested again today 12/27/2019. Rude supervisor refused to email return label (not prepaid). Used them for many years. Not again now. Use Allivet, Chewy or any other online pet supply company.
After a month of waiting for meds, I was contacted that they could not fill the order. What to do next? Not rocket science, refund the money. Now months later I am notified that they are sending another shipment. That means we are probably being charged again. The phone number given WILL hang up on you if you hold long enough.

First time pet owner. Extremely poor (actually complete lack of) customer service. They did not respond to multiple email inquiries. Simple solution-- I next tried 800-PET-MEDS and not only received great customer service or price match but a price beat!
Worst online pet pharmacy ever. Do not use them. Got a defective product. Have spent over an hour and a half on the phone talking with 3 different agents and still no resolution. Each saying it is in process. On hold each time for 20 minutes and then disconnect and then call back and another 15 or more to get someone. THE WORST
Placed order for an in stock non-Rx item a week ago and still waiting for it to ship. Took half a day to finally get through to someone in customer service. She continually talked over me and then hung up on me. I basically was told the item will ship when it ships and I could not cancel the order. Think twice before ordering from EntirelyPets Pharmacy unless you don't mind waiting several weeks to not get your items. And if you do get them you probably wont need them anymore because you went somewhere else.

I ordered 1-2 day Express shipping. It took them 4 days to contact my veterinarian for approval. Meds were shipped 6 days later. My order arrived 2 weeks after they received my order!
Also, I was overcharged for Express shipping, despite the fact that my order took so long to arrive.
I shop almost everything online. These people have by far the worst business ethics. Made multiple errors over and over, and after a month still no attempt to offer any type of service recovery. I just wanted some meds for my dog. What is so difficult about filling a prescription and sending it out in reasonable amount of time? I called and emailed about 10 times in a month and still no resolve... I will be filing a dispute to my CC since they are not making any attempt to refund my money due to their errors.
I've ordered from this company for several years and I am now just sick and tired of their constant incompetence and screw ups. They don't follow your instructions, they tell you items are in stock when in fact they are not, and rarely return a phone call or email. This is one of the poorest excuses for a company I have seen in my entire 71 years. I wish there was a zero star or negative star rating. Do yourself a favor and buy your pet medications elsewhere.
Ordered product that unfortunately made my pet very sick (bloody stool). Second order arrived and although had yet to receive, they would not cancel it, nor return nor refund.

Despite having a valid RX with ample refills, my order was delayed for 2 weeks while my Veterinarian's office was contacted. Which means that my dog went without her medicine for 2 weeks. Customer Service seemed very unconcerned. I cancelled my autoship and will return to Allivet. You should try to do better as a company.

I emailed them & they said my payment had been declined. It would've been helpful to be made aware of this when I submitted my order. But they said nothing! I ordered medication for my dog almost 2 months ago. I received an email that the product was on back order but never heard from them about it again. I called multiple times over the last few weeks to cancel the order and each time I was told by customer service that the product was shipping express the next day and I have never received it. They were clearly being dishonest so to not cancel my order and keep my money.

He asks why I wish to buy from them if it is cheaper elsewhere. Wow, boy do I feel welcomed. Supervisor looks at the competitors website and says yes I see the price. I tell him they have a discount code which brings the price down lower. He states we cannot honor the discounted price. So first the excuse was cannot tell if in the US only to be followed by we cannot match their discounted price. Thank you, you made my decision easier and made me work harder. I did get what I needed at the price I wanted. Buyers please do your research, there are other competitors out there with the same product, quality and lower pricing!
I gave it 1 star because I can't give it 0. Literally the worst customer service on the planet. My veterinarian office repeatedly faxed over prescriptions for my dog's medication and somehow the pharmacy didn't get it. I gave them another chance when my dog my due for her medication and the same thing happened again. This place is so unorganized I don't know how they still exist. I switched to chewy, ordered online they faxed my vet and I had my dogs medication within 2 days of ordering. Now that's service.

I was told the charge will not process until item is shipped out. On 5/18 the charge went through and I was advise I will receive the tracking number shortly. Last night 5/22, I left voice mail plus sent an email but no one got got to me. This morning I called and was told again the item is being packaged and process for shipping. Lies after lies. I really don't know how they can stay in business by changing people money and doesn't ship out the items? I had to dispute the charge with my bank, now it's being investigated.
Unbelievable- not once but twice they charged me for the full amount of the auto ship product even though nothing was shipped because they were out of stock. The product is sent to my daughter so I'm not aware when it's not delivered. Thankfully I caught it and called them.
