Do not buy anything from this company. They had a "black Friday deal". Even though it was not that great I was a fish and got dragged under. I heard nothing from them for a month. I finally got PayPal involved. I received one item from the order. If I had not paid with PayPal I would have not received anything. Still waiting to hear from the EPP or PayPal about the rest of the order. This was a $100 item. So this is a big deal to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REASON.

No product, no tracking, no communication. Do not use this company. I ordered a skin cream on December 16th and haven't received any response but a confirmation email. I have sent email inquiries and haven't heard back from anyone in the company.

AVOID at all cost!

I ordered an item that clearly showed to be in stock, upon not receiving a confirmation of shipping email I called and spoke with the representative and they said when I ordered the product they were out of stock, And on top of that I paid extra for priority shipping which obviously was never going to happen since it guarantees you receive your order in 2 to 4 days. They did not bother to tell me or give me a refund I had to call and figure out what was going on. They said they would maybe be be able to ship the order in 10 days and when you're needing an antibiotic for a pet 10 days won't cut it! On top of that the representative was rude So I just went ahead and canceled my order and will order from Chewy.com instead, from them you receive the order in 1-3 days.

Customer Service

I'm a very patient person, but when trying to fill an order and a problem occurred, customer service was about as rude and unhelpful as possible - talking over me and interrupting me in mid-sentence. When I realized I was getting the runaround, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that I had to leave a message and was connected to lovely music which I listened to for 10 minutes, so I assume she sent me to a number that was not in service. To add insult to injury, neither the live chat nor email function on the website was working. The reason was "low staff"...I will never order from them again.

Heartworm and flea prevention
November 20, 2022

Ordered medication on 10/30/2022, received partial order on 11/5/2922 (never was informed that part of the medication was out of stock until I called, medication has to be administered all at once so waiting for entire order to start treatment of worms) was informed it would be in stock on the 8th. Called back on 10th because received no update. Was then told it wasn't available yet but would be back in stock around the 20th, asked for a refund so I could order from somewhere that could provide me with complete order. Was told they couldn't refund a prescription medication (however they had been unable to fill it, but never informed that partial was out of stock when ordered) Called again on 11/17 because my dog has been waiting on medication since 10/30. Asked if I could just get the next size up and only give half the dose. Said yes, but had to call vet back and explain the situation and ask to approve the larger dose so they would ship the medication. Finally received the order on 11/19 and the dose was the original order (?) so it was in stock all along? No apology, and had to ask for express ship and not to be charged shipping since I already paid for it once but was still charged shipping. Such a poor experience with no real reason, apology, or offer of compensation. ‍

The shipping sucks!

Had to order my dog eye medication for a scratch on his cornea. He was in pain and needed this medicine. I placed the order on a Friday and I know they aren't open on the weekend but I figured since the order was placed first thing on Friday morning they would get the approval from me bet and get it ready to ship by Monday and I should receive it by wed. Here it is thurs and still no meds. I just called and the woman casually said you will receive it by Saturday, I said the other girl I placed the order with said I should receive by wed or thurs the latest. Now you say Saturday? We she said we are within our shipping days so I can't refund any money and you will receive the product Saturday. So much for my dog being in pain they obviously don't care. I will never order from these people again. It is amazing the have so many good reviews I wonder who the paid to get them it was a horrendous experience. I compare them to a company like chewy that I have dealt with many many times as have family and friends all with good experiences and will spread the word to never use these people. So they can keep my $50 it cost them a lot more in the long run.

Do NOT Autoship

Do not set up an auto ship with this company! I had to skip a shipment because I was going to be out of town. I received a confirmation message that the shipment was cancelled, and then they shipped it anyway. When I called customer service, they refused to refund my money until I return the item (despite the shipment being their fault). I explained that I will not be home for another week which is why I skipped the shipment in the first place. The item I ordered has to be refrigerated so by the time I get back from vacation, it will be ruined (again - this is why I skipped the shipment). I have to be inconvenienced to take the item to a
FedEx office, I have to be without my money until I return an item I ultimately did not order. Apparently, inconveniencing a customer because you made an error is perfectly acceptable to Entirely Pets Pharmacy. I cancelled all future orders and will not be doing business with this company ever again. I strongly recommend that you do not either!

Very slow shipping and poor customer service
September 5, 2022

Despite having a valid RX with ample refills, my order was delayed for 2 weeks while my Veterinarian's office was contacted. Which means that my dog went without her medicine for 2 weeks. Customer Service seemed very unconcerned. I cancelled my autoship and will return to Allivet. You should try to do better as a company.

Want my money back

I spent 52 dollars and after fedex damaged it the first time they sent me a second that was also opened. I have emailed and called with no reply. I am not happy and am going to do what I have to do like get a lawyer to get my money back. Some of us are on a budget and dont waste money had i known this would happen i never would of ordered here

Horrible horrible service…

They took my money immediately and after 3 weeks, I still don't have the medication for my pets. The customer service people are belligerent and unhelpful. They just don't seem to care. I write this review in tears because the customer service person called me a liar. Even though my vet responded and I have called multiple times and so has the vet's office, I can't seem to get the script done in order to satisfy them. I really have never had any issues like this before with other companies. If you want verbal abuse and no cooperation whatsoever, Entirely Pets Pharmacy is the place to go.

Awful, just aweful

Never received product bought over internet. It is still listed as having it when googled. Sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls: left message and they to call back. ZERO. They did manage to charge my credit card. I uncharged it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORIGINALLY ORDERED MAY 26, AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER! I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM AND THEY CLAIMED THEY RESENT IT, AND THEY CLAIMED THEY PRIORITY SHIPPED IT... GUESS WHAT? STILL DON'T HAVE IT. TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING, I CALLED THEM AND LEFT THEM A MESSAGE, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. SO I CALLED AGAIN TODAY, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE REP WHO TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER BUT IT'S NOT GOING TO BE GOOD WHEN I DO GET IT BC ITS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED ON ICE! SO SHE PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER WHO NEEDLESS TO SAY WAS ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. HE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME OUT BC HE'S LOSING MONEY ON THE PRODUCTS I'M NOT GETTING. TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I DIDN'T GET IT THE FIRST PLACE BC I ACCIDENTALLY AUTO FILLED THE WRONG CITY IN. EVEN THOUGH I OPENLY ADMITTED IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I AUTO FILLED THE CITY IN. I ordered medicine for my dog, they sent it to me with an expired expiration date. I sent an email to ask what they are sending with the expiration date, no one answered me, nothing happened, you can't contact them. It's a great shame for one company.

WOW I'm so happy with my recent $1300 order here stocking up my dog pack on their annual meds (Interceptor and Bravecto). Shaun B took my order over the phone and made it much easier, faster, and I got a great deal! Thank you so much for your kind, fast, courteous customer service! Great company with capable and kind people working here, and this is my 3rd year ordering from them and the product is trustworthy and legit. Also, Shaun B knew my dog's name was Samoan- smart guy and a pleasant experience ordering from him this Saturday! Thank you!

Best online pet pharmacy PERIOD!

Careless packaging
December 12, 2021

(VelOne Easy Fit E-Collar XL.) I am very disappointed how this item was shipped. The e-collar (cone) was folded in half, then rolled up, then tightly wrapped in plastic and shipping tape. The problem with how this was packaged (lack of packaging, actually) is that, by folding it in half, and then rolling it up, caused it to misshapen and crease in the middle where it was folded. When I unrolled it, half of the cone was circling one way, and the other half circled the other way, as in a large letter "S". The crease in the middle prevents any straightening this thing out. Impossible to put this on my dog, as one side folds in towards his face and I was unable to properly seal it with the Velcro. As a result of the carless packing, this cone is effectively useless. There was no way to straighten this out so that is a full circle, like it's supposed to be. I contacted them about a week ago, but have not heard back from any customer service rep at all!
