Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
Because entirely pets carried specific medication for my pets I did try them and I had the same problem two times. They take their time contacting the vet. They let you know days or weeks later that they have not heard from the vet. The vet says they approve medication entirely pet says they did not. I have never had this problem with any other online pharmacy. Unless you're ordering your prescriptions way ahead of time, I would not use them.
Non existent customer service, no updates. I emailed several times to find out where my dog's meds were, and i was told my vet wasn't responding. Vet said no request received, and she also said she had okay'd the RX for a year the end of October. I saw that on the old bottle, and emailed again, only to be told they have new computers and the vet's approval was lost. I fought with this company for over a month. I demanded a refund, which I got 2 days later. The day I gave up on these people I contacted another online RX service, and they got approval from my vet the same day, and mailed it out the next.
Terrible customer service. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Last two orders have been a nightmare. Say bet didn't approve prescription, checked with vet... good for a year. They don't check... just resend to vet... meanwhile charging your card. Just don't. Pay a few dollars more.
Good prices, but horrible service from beginning to end. They screwed up the first order, and the person I talked to was rude when I tried to get it straightened out. I gave them another chance and submitted a change of address. The next order still went to my old address! I contacted them 3 times to straighten out the order, and 3 times after they said they would call me back, they never did! I finally canceled my ongoing order prescription, yet they still charged me in advance and let me know they had sent a refill request to my vet! Long hold times, then they offer to call you back so you don't have to wait, but never call you back! Ridiculous! Don't waste your time. Slick marketing, but terrible service. They obviously don't know how to run a company.

First the site did not save my account after I created a password. First time I've ever had that happen on ANY site--I do know how. Then my vet had to keep calling when they did not seem to get her messages. They blamed my vet's fax machine. After two weeks my vet finally got a human and was able to approve it. But this happened right after I had given up and emailed them to cancel the order. A day later I have no idea what the status of this order is--since I have no account I can't look up my order. AAARRRRGGH!
They claim to have life saving RX for your for your pet, charge you for it and never ship. I had to call to find out they would ship "eventually" with no guarantee of timing even though I paid for a 4-8 day delivery. I was the told if I wanted it quickly once it it did arrive in stock "eventually" I would need to pay a $30 express shipping fee.
Then they told me they would cancel and refund my money which they didn't do, requiring me to call back and be placed on hold for almost and hour.
I placed an order for my dogs pain pills over 2 weeks ago. One week into the order the status still shows "pending." I called the company and they claimed that the pills would ship no later than the following Tuesday, Tuesday came and went, no shipping email, no one will answer their 1-800 number. DO NOT use this company. They have my $166.00, and I have no pills for my dog.
I'm happy with the process, products and ease and efficiency of ordering and delivery. I am not happy that I was charged twice for the same product and am having fits trying to get hold of someone to answer the phone! If I don't get an answer or resolution soon, I will certainly not use this site again!
This company could care less if your pet ever gets their MEDICATION. 12 days they claim they reach out to the vet get the info and ship it. DAY 12 they just got the RX from the doctor. Don't use them order from Chewy, pay 3 dollars more or price match and get the product in 2 or 3 days. I have called Entirely Pets 4 times, sent numerous emails, had Tyler the manager saying product was being shipped 2 days ago LIES LIES LIES! Don't use this company.Don't be fooled by this company. They can NOT Perform. I wish I could give a zero for a rating. They even drove my Vet nuts! They do not know what they are doing!
I have used EntirelyPetsPharmacy before. I have had to stay on top of my order and usually make an additional phone call but receive my order. I tried ordering medication for my dog 2 weeks ago. I had trouble with the website so I called and placed my order with a customer service rep. I was told I would receive a confirmation email by the next day which I did not. I made a phone call and was told they have my order I should get my email within a day or 2. Waited and still nothing. Another phone call, waited 30 minutes on hold, and was told they needed to talk to IT but would call me back in the morning. I waited and when I didn't hear anything by the afternoon I called them again and was on hold for 40 minutes. This time the representative told me I had no order. He was very short with me acting like I didn't know what I was talking about. I will not use them again!
After speaking over me several times the customer service girl, when asked to speak with a supervisor hung up on me! I don't know her name because she wouldn't give it to me... but am she was working on March 3rd@ 5:30 pm EST. I will not be giving my business to a company who treats their clients that way. I would take your business elsewhere too!
Took three weeks and five calls including a conferance call between my vet, their customer service manager, and their pharmacist before I got them to ship. In addition, the manager promised me it would go out Express shipping and instead sent it out regular ship and is going to take another week to arrive to me. Ugh, my horse is sick and take 4 weeks to get what you need after you pay!
I placed an order online. They sent the fax for authorization to my dogs vet. The vet sent it back same day. Order status was pending for days, when I called, was told that by the customer service representative that he would figure out what was wrong and call me the next day. He did not call, so I called, got a different representative who told me the same story. He did call back, med was out of stock. They offered to upgrade my shipping but could not guarantee that I would get the med in time. Then after all of this, they blamed my vet saying that they never received the fax. The representative then did a conference call with my vet. The representative was rude to the vet technician, blaming everything on her. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will never order from this company.
If you need pet meds, prescription or nonprescription, find a reputable company that cares about animals. This is not one!
I ordered 4 different nonprescription items. The BOX arrived on time, with a packing list with each item checked. Unfortunately, the list was not true. Only items 2&3 were enclosed. Item 1 was a flea prevention product, but the wrong item and quantity were enclosed. Item 4 was missing completely.
I immediately notified them in writing, asking for them to respond within 24 hours with their plan to correct their errors. They took 5 DAYS to respond.
They promised to ship the missing items, with a new tracking number to be sent within 24 hours. Over 4 DAYS later, NOTHING heard from them at all. My account showed that shipment of the missing items had not yet even been processed. Over 2 weeks since the original order was placed and nothing!
They should rename their company "entirelypathetic".

My dog has to have a belly bone every morning or the acid in her stomach makes her vomit. This is the only thing that works. Thank you because Entirely Pets Pharmacy is the only store I could find them during this pandemic. I will continue ordering them from you after this situation is behind us. Thank you.
It was, as always, easy to order and the price is right. My dog is a little hairy old man with a serious endocrine issue. Murphy's vital medication arrived on time. Murphy can keep on tickin' to do more lickin'!
I received my order, my expensive quick ship order, in 7 days! Unacceptable and this medication is supposed to be kept in refrigerator and cold. I shoul get a refund or replacement and because of this I will not place any more orders with from these folks.

I ordered flea medication with express shipping. No shipping confirmation was sent. After 3 days, I called and they said there was a delay with UPS and I should receive the order by the end of the week. I got the order 7 business days later and it was sent via postal service, so clearly the issue was not with UPS. They refunded the money I paid for express shipping though.
Placed an order for Anipryl on line last Thursday. Received the confirmation and was waiting on the prescription from my vet. They got that Monday. I called Tuesday morning to confirm and ask that they expedite the shipment (paid extra for that). Called back Tuesday afternoon asking why I hadn't gotten an email saying it had shipped. Was told then that the medication I ordered was back ordered from the manufacture and they had no idea when it would be in. Six days wasted when I could have been looking elsewhere for a drug that my dog needs NOW. All they could do was apologize. That isn't enough. Will never use this company again. Horrible customer service.
You order and pay takes roughly 3 minutes and the account you paid with is debited. 3 days later they tell you item is out of stock and will be sent if or when they get it. You cancel order for refund and now 9 days later still no refund. PayPal has recieved no response from them. This is the second time, I didnt learn from the first time. Notice they tell you it takes 5-7 days for a email to be recieved. Dont waste your time or money with this California fraud company
This is the first time that I've used Entire Pets Pharmacy. The medications that my dog needed were cheaper, the process was simple and the exact items I ordered arrived! I will be using this Pharmacy from now forward for my dogs medications!
It delays to much to process and ship the medication even when the approval is obtained over the phone with the veterinarian and you pay for priority shipping. By the time I'll get the medication will be over a week. This is really bad service.

I ordered medicine for my dog, they sent it to me with an expired expiration date. I sent an email to ask what they are sending with the expiration date, no one answered me, nothing happened, you can't contact them. It's a great shame for one company.

We received all of the items as ordered. Took about 4-5 days. Originally the Belly Bites were on back order for 2-3 weeks? BUT, they did come with the order. Great! Less expensive than buying in the local pet store, at least for the products I ordered.Our Gordon Setter loves the Large Greenie Bones. Helping with her teeth care! The only downfall was the fact that Entirely Pets did advertise that they would have Pharmacy products for my state. I ordered them along with Greenies etc. but I soon got a call from a CS person saying that we were not approved for pharmacy products in the state of Maine. This was disappointing and even though the CS person apologized(not their fault anyway), management should not have sent our emails advertising pharmacy products to states that are not approved. It is a waste of time for the customer and the company. I had to place a pharmacy order with another company.
