Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
I order Panacur every few months and am always looking around online for the best price, and this time ended up at Entirely Pets Pharmacy. Thank you for shipping a great product at a great price. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.
Do not set up an auto ship with this company! I had to skip a shipment because I was going to be out of town. I received a confirmation message that the shipment was cancelled, and then they shipped it anyway. When I called customer service, they refused to refund my money until I return the item (despite the shipment being their fault). I explained that I will not be home for another week which is why I skipped the shipment in the first place. The item I ordered has to be refrigerated so by the time I get back from vacation, it will be ruined (again - this is why I skipped the shipment). I have to be inconvenienced to take the item to a
FedEx office, I have to be without my money until I return an item I ultimately did not order. Apparently, inconveniencing a customer because you made an error is perfectly acceptable to Entirely Pets Pharmacy. I cancelled all future orders and will not be doing business with this company ever again. I strongly recommend that you do not either!
I order from this website. I was able to purchase the prescription w/o a problem. The site allowed me to choose and purchase the medication as if they had it in stock. Meds came to me well over the time that it should've came in, and it was on half. An email came that they were out of stock (which should've been noted on the website and not allowed it to be purchased) and were going to send in partial deliveries. More excessive time passed and when it finally came, the order STILL wasn't complete, but the receipt ticket was showing complete. I immediately emailed the company informing them of the problem, and they told me that it was their mistake and they would send the rest. Nothing came. I called the company and spoke with them and they said they would send the rest. Nothing came. I emailed again, and the response was similar. I called like a few more times with the response all being the same but no medication received. I contacted the BBB and made a complaint, went through the back and forth process with the company. They were lying to the BBB the entire time. Then the BBB said that that's all they could do. So now I'm out of a payment to this company of a full ordered prescription, and I'm short of the medication. I even wonder if the medication that I received from them actually is the medication that I've ordered. The discounts pull you in just to get robbed. If anyone has a class action suit on them or anyone would like to pursue a suit, them comment under here and we can get something together.

I placed an order for insulin for my cat. After talking with customer service three times and there saying they faxed the prescription request to my vet three times, I finally had to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Don't bother with this site.
I am in the veterinary world and I have never dealt with such incompetent people. They are useless, unable to fill basic prescriptions. They have no communication with the client. I will NEVER use them again and will tell all my clients the same.
The price was really good, but I ordered on June 22, and I did not receive until today, July 15th. I needed the med on July 1. Thankfully, I ordered enough to last me into the upcoming year. I suggest you order well before you need a medication since Covid19 may be interfering with getting meds out in a timely manner.
Out of stock when I ordered. Was able to find elsewhere, and when calling to cancel this order it had already shipped. Requested return authorization and now they are charging a 20% restocking fee. The 20% restocking fee was not listed under the Info-Returns section of the website. Not helpful or reasonable!

Found this product looking to give my dogs some nutrients to put in there food, I sprinkle half a scope on there food and they love it, they now eat all there food they are getting the nutrients what they don't get from the food with in a month hopefully see a difference in there fur and energy.
Always easy ordering. We get Comfortis for our two dogs. Only delay in delivery is having to confirm prescription with our vet. Usually get our order within a week and the credit card is not charged until the product is shipped. Thank you for continuing to provide good product and service.
My prescription clearly had 3 remaining refills,, but i still received an email from you saying that you needed my veterinarian's approval. This was not necessary since I still had a few refills remaining. My order arrived on time.
The first customer service person I dealt with over a week ago was pleasant and no issues with me needing to cancel an order. The next two were not. I called after the 7 business days to check on my refund and after giving the person the order number and date of cancel, I tried to explain why I was calling. The person talked over me and would not listen to anything I had to say, which actually I never was able to tell the person what I was calling about. The next person, was from Entirely Pets Pharmacy calling me to provide with the information concerning the refund and again I wanted to ask a couple questions and the person cut me off and would not let me speak and said I was being rude to her. And then I found out that the information she gave me concerning my refund was incorrect. I will not purchase anything from this company. Their customer service is not for the customer.

I have placed 3 orders with them and the only hiccup has been my veterinarian's office return confirmation of the prescriptions ordered. I have had excellent service through email and phone conversations with Customer Service. Now that I know to follow up with my veterinarian the service has been excellent.
This was my first experience with Entirely Pets. They had the Feline Vaccine I needed. And a a great price. The associate Sheetal was a huge help. She knows her poducts Thank you for all your help.

My order from EntirelyPetsPharmacy.com included 2 (two) of VETMEDIN 2.5 mg 50 tablets bottle (see attachment "EntirelyPets Invoice").
However I received only one bottle of VETMEDIN. EntirelyPetsPharmacy.com acknowledge that (after many phone calls and emails) and promised to send me missing bottle.
Then, they notify me that this medicine is on "long term backorder" and that they don't know when it will be available. My many request to refund the price of missing bottle ($68.89) were unanswered.
It took intervention of my bank to get refund.
I ordered a supplement for my dog. It says the item was in stock when I purchased it online. A few days later, I received an email saying the supplement was out of stock and will be shipped when they receive it. I asked when? No reply. I went online and used the chat to ask questions. They said hello back to me but no reply after I ask questions. No reply on chat and email. I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never shop there.
My experience with EPP was poor. I wasted so much of my time to get my pets Rx finalized and shipped, was not worth the savings I got from going to another more well known online provider. The service wasn't there... Very little communication along the process.
I don't know if the medicine arrived in time to treat the fish, but it came as quickly as expected. It is great that you make these products available, but a pity you don't have a brick and mortar store; it would be great to have the medicine as soon as the problem is noticed. The price of the antibiotic is very reasonable and is effective for pop-eye.
The collars were defective and both dogs became infected with fleas. The collars were expensive and should have been successful. I have heard there are fake Seresto collars. Not sure if this was the case. I have used the Seresto collars in the past with success.
We need potassium gluconate for our dog and we have ordered a couple of times from EntirelyPets. It is very difficult to find i Europe. Last was in November 2018 and I still haven´t received the tablets. After more then 30 emails, they have responded to maybe 5 and several calls they responded yesterday and canceled my order. They state in their policies that they will not charge you before they ship the goods and yesterday I had enough. I asked if I could charge them interest from my ordering date until now and they canceled my order. I have never in my 30 years in financial industry experienced a more arrogant attitude and lack of customer services as with EntirelyPets. I sincerely hope I never will have anything to do with them again.
Paid to have the order arrive 2 to 4 days. Customer service said 2 to 4 days is the time they have to ship. False advertising. Will never order from them again. They can't cancel the order once shipped and charge a 20% restocking fee should return the product.

My first order on Dec. 1st (Order ID *******) went very well, however my second order did not. I was charged a much higher price for the medicine Sucralfate on my second order. My first order on the first of Dec. Was an order for 3 bottles of a 100 pills at $0.33/pill of Sucralfate at a price of $33.24 a bottle, total of $99.72. My second order (Order ID *******) was 150 pills of Sucralfate at which I was charged $0.60/pill compared to $0.33/pill for prior order. I'm asking why I was charged almost twice as much for the same medication as my first order. I did receive a discount of 18% off my order at which I had to ask for when ordering, The 18% was a discount that was offered that day on the your website. Will probably not buy again.
If I'd known it would take almost a month to arrive I would not have purchased from them. But of course, they knew that, & decided to not warn me. You lost my business FOREVER (not a recommended business plan) jerks!

Placed an order over a month ago. I emailed after 2 and 1/2 weeks and got a response that is was just in and was out of stock. I asked why they didn't inform me of this. No real answer, and that my shipment was going to be sent out immediately priority shipping at no additional cost. I asked if they would send me tracking info... they said they would but no email... I waited a week and called they said they would send it out and send an email and it should be here by the end of the week. NOPE, still not here Been 5 weeks and called them again. At this point just would like my money returned and to never see there web page again! Canceled my order we will see how that goes. Also this guy told me it is out of stock in the warehouse but will be in shortly. Funny that the other three times I contacted them it was on its way and shipped out to me. To save a few $$ I made the mistake of ordering flunixin here - plus expedited shipping. It is something my mare needs daily, and I ordered in plenty of time with enough here to spare. But EP neglected to let me know that - in a weeks time - my vet had not responded to their fax. I only found out because I called EP to see what was going on with my order. Had I known, I would have called my vet. Terrible customer service. Never again. Allivet will continue to get my orders from here out - a bit more expensive, but they will contact you if they've not gotten a fax back to ok the Rx and get the order to you VERY quickly, even without expedited shipping. Now I will have to get flunixin from our vet because I will not receive my order from EP (via HEARTLAND PHARMACY) for another week. 2 weeks... Don't order anything here that you need in a timely manner. Ever.
