Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
I always get a coupon from Entirely Pets so I save a lot of money compared to buying at my local vet.
I saved $5.00 buying my dog's Trifexis from Entirely Pets rather than my vet's office and also saved time and gas.

Placed and order Sept 02. I called the customer service dept after 5 days when I noticed that the status was still pending. I was told that the vet approved the order that day; the product would be shipped within one day. Two days later no change to the status, I called again.
The prescription was on backorder Sept 02! I was NOT notified of this, yet my credit card was billed the same day, before my vet approved the prescription! Companies charge the credit card when the product is shipped, not before! They failed to communicate about shipping, yet the email I received from them stated, If we have any difficulties with this (the order), we will either call you or email you again. Never received any communication. In their web site it states, We do not bill customers for their order until after the products have shipped. Clearly this did not happen!
I asked them why they didnt contact me. Their response, " I am sorry for the inconvenience"; they would send the product when restocked. They had no idea when that would be.
I asked to speak to the supervisor! I was told me that he had left for the night, it was only 5 minutes before closing and they only had 3 customer service reps, two were new. I then asked to speak to the person she reports to when the manager was not available. No response.
I have been a manager for CS for 15+ years, there is always someone assigned for escalated calls such as this one. Needless to say the next day when I spoke to the manager the order was cancelled, refund to my credit card and the manager was to call my vet to explain that the order had not gone through, that another company would make another request. Still waiting to see that credit on my credit card!

I have had a recurring monthly order with them for Optimune, which is an important Rx for animals who don't produce tears. Without it their eyes can dry out and they can go blind.
Entirely PetsRX has yet to send any of the automatic orders out on time. For three months they kept delaying the order saying the card was declined, and they had been trying to use an expired card that I had asked them to change repeatedly. Each month was Groundhog Day; I'd call them to give them the updated card #, they'd place the order, then the next month they would revert back to using the expired card and delaying the order. That finally got rectified after I spent an hour on the phone with three different people. Now they keep saying they need a new RX from the vet even though the vet has repeatedly send them new Rxs for 6 months at a time. They apparently keep losing the new Rx, and again like Groundhog Day every month is a delay because they can't find the Rx. This month I actually called ahead 5 days to make sure everything was good to go and they said it was, then a week later no shipment -- because they can't find the Rx. And they don't try to rectify the problem; their idea of fixing things is to say "this once I can express mail the Rx", yet their idea of express mail is something that takes 4 business days. If I didn't have a backup for this drug my dog would be blind by now because of their horrible management.
If you want cheap prices and don't really need your Rx's by any certain time, and don't mind the frustration of every order being messed up then EntirelyPets may be ok for you. But if you have a pet that depends on the meds you're ordering, I'd strongly advise steering clear of this "pharmacy". Their service is abysmal and it's impossible to get through to anyone who is in charge or can make decisions. Their regular "customer service" reps all sound like high schoolers and none of them really give a damn whether your pet gets the medicine they need or not.

We have 9 retrievers, and therefore try to control costs where we can, and order certain items online. After doing business with California Pet Pharmacy for a number of years, they shorted an order of Heartgard by 4 doses and would neither replace them or issue a refund. So I tried Entirely Pets Pharmacy as we have been purchasing Joint Max from the regular Entirely Pets site them for quite a while, 6-7 years at least with no problems. The 1st purchace of IverMax Plus arrived in a reasonable time. Our 2nd order took 3 weeks, and they could only supply 3/4 of the order, and charged $6.95 for expedited shipping! Their communication is also worse than poor. We won't be back, and I have canceled the autoship on the JointMax and plan on using a different product since we can't find JointMax anywhere else. I have read some unfavorable reviews here about the regular EntirelyPets online store, but our experience was OK. Their pharmacy unfortunately has poisoned my trust in the company ENTIRELY. N. Never received my order that was needed long ago, nobody answers the phone, emails are not responded to, the "Live Chat" button on the website doesn't even work.
I ordered Lysine for my cat on Feb. 11th as it seemed to be out everywhere else. I was given a gel from the vet and my cat refused to take it. Online it said it was "in stock" a week went by and nothing. No email that it was or wasn't shipped. I earned points and plenty of other emails trying to sell me other things but nothing about my much needed item. 10 days go by and I call. It is very hard to talk to a live person. When I did talk to someone, I was told it was on back order but would be in, "On Thursday" which was two days away and that it would be sent priority mail with no extra charge. The next week comes and still nothing. I call and call and can't get a human. I work and would leave a message and missed a call or two but even doing call back and save your spot in line was impossible to use because it rang twice and hung up on me. By now, I have sent numerous e-mails and I am done. I want to cancel my order because it's obvious it's not getting to me. I look at my account and it's "pending" and the date I ordered it changed to the date I called the first time which was now later in Feb. I finally reached a human and told them I wanted my order canceled and oh by the way the product was still back ordered. It is March 19th and I still have not gotten a refund. I was told it could take up to 10 business days for the refund. I was going through my online banking and realized I didn't get that money back. I called early this week was told I would get it in 24-48 hours. I asked for a confirmation, " We don't do this." Still nothing! BEWARE! I would give 0 stars is possible. I did get the Lysine powder elsewhere.

It may be cheaper than others but I am not ordering from them again. The first time I ordered from EntirelyPetsPharmacy, it was very complicated and they were very slow at processing my order. Overall it took EntirelyPetsPharmacy 9 full days to ship my order. The second time I ordered from them, it took them 3 days to fill my order which is much better but I had to call them after they sent me an email saying that they were waiting for approval from my vet (same story as my first order). This was a refill, so I thought the order didn't need my vet's approval. The attendant was rude and he patronized me. "For your future reference, check if your prescription has refills", he added in a very condescending way (yeah, because I am so stupid and I need you to future reference me!). While I understand what he was trying to say, that is not the way you speak to any customer. Second, they claim to fax a requirement to your vet within one hour of receiving an order. This isn't true, they take days to do it (2 days in my case). Maybe all he had to do was apologize for sending the fax request to my vet 2 days late and that they were working on improving their service and that they valued my feedback and hey, here is a coupon for your next order for your inconvenience (not necessary but that is what customer journey experience is all about: customer loyalty). I was nervous because the first time I placed an order with them, I was forced to do a small refill somewhere else since I could not rely anymore on EntirelyPetsPharmacy's timing (so my pooch's medications ended up being much more expensive). While perhaps other pharmacies will be challenged too, I just can't endorse establishments that treat customers as if they are dumb, stupid or are just plain wrong. So I will take my business somewhere else. Smart attendants that are not well trained and are not capable of assuming any responsibility on behalf of the company they represent, patronize customers and blame anyone else for their lack of performance according to their offerings and that use unfortunate phrases on disgruntled customers do not deserve my business. For me, my peace of mind is more important. Thank you for all that it was, EntirelyPetsPharmacy. I hope you consider this feedback to improve.
I have monthly auto-shipments set up for the SAME two medications for my dog. Three months ago, the shipments starting arriving with one of the two meds missing. It took nearly 5 additional weeks to get the second med shipped to me April and May. In June, I contacted customer service to inform them about the missing med in the June auto-ship and the customer care rep told me he would take care of it right away and I would receive an over-night shipment. I never received a shipment and when I called one week later, the next customer rep had no idea what I was talking about and I had to start the whole process over again. This rep also told me I would receive the shipment right away, and one week later I had to call a third time to ask about the whereabouts of the shipment. This time I spoke with a female who told me I would receive it within 3 days. Another week goes by and I call customer care, this rep informs me that the last rep quit her job and so my order was lost. He assured me he would send the shipment overnight. It took 4 more days to receive my shipment and the medication that arrive was the WRONG MEDICATION. They sent me a medication for a cat, and my pet is a dog. I called customer care again today and the rep actually hung up on me when I started discussing the history of this issue. I called back 5 more times and he continued to hang up on me. The customer service is ATROCIOUS at this company and I have had to go to my vet's office to purchase the medication every week for the last 3 months while I've dealt with this issue. It is impossible to reach anyone at this company who works in management and impossible to reach anyone at this company who will actually resolve an issue with a shipment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We had difficulty with prescription due to COVID19 virus - I sent one e-mail and it was taken care of by Entirely Pets online and my dogs vet!
Absolutely DO NOT order from Entirely Pets. You will be waiting for weeks and no one will call you. After you wait on hold for 45 minutes, they will tell you that they couldn't fax your vet because the number wasn't supplied - except that their system automatically selected the vet with the included info in the profile, and I couldn't update it. While you're on the phone, they Google the number and fax the prescription. You think all is well and that it will ship, and wait another week, and still nothing. So you call your vet and the vet tells you they approved the prescription a week before, but because you know to ask a lot of questions, you find out that Entirely Pets only sent 1 of 2 prescription requests, and the vet has no requests for the other medication you've ordered. So you call Entirely Pets again, and after waiting for 30 min this time, the customer service rep tells you that the vet only sent the one prescription, to which you reply no, it's because Entirely Pets never sent the other request, so they resend it. You call your vet back again and say they should have just received another request. Guess what? It turns out that the rx request for the 2nd item is just not on the form and Entirely Pets still has not sent the correct request. Outside of waiting on hold AGAIN (which is the only way to get a hold of anyone) for an obscene amount of time, your only recourse is to ask the vet to send an approval for any and all scripps you may order so you don't have to waste so much time again. Or, better yet, never order from them again and go elsewhere. Additional note - the vet laughed when I told her which company was creating so much trouble, and she said this is the umpteenth time she'd had to deal with such challenges.
