Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
The price was very good, Delivery was a little slower than I wanted but, it had to be approved by my Vet. And then came snail mail. Over-all very good experience.

After that I called them to confirm my order and they told me that my order is going to take two months because they do not have the product, so I canceled my order and I called them again to reconfirm they cancel it. I bought the product that I needed and a week after I got the canceled order from Entirelypetspharmacy. I called them several times to try to return my order and they told that was impossible. I think this company scamed me and the communication is the worst.
I regret ever having my dog's prescriptions sent to EntirelyPets. I have a senior 160 mastiff that needs his medications otherwise he can't even get up to walk. He is too heavy for me to assist him. I get emails saying that the order is about to ship. Then days later, no we need to get a new script from your vet. I've had so many problems getting the medications before we run out and have even had to purchase some from my vet (which is more money otherwise I would just do that) to get by in between EntirelyPets confusion.
I just called them a couple of weeks ago to make sure everything was good for our upcoming order which was coming up. I was told that everything was good and the order would be shipped soon. Now that we only have a few pills left I get a call saying they needed yet another new script and have reached out to our vet. Since they had previously contacted an old vet of ours I verified that they had the correct vet again and sure enough, they were contacting the old vet again. So frustrating. I've hesitated on changing pharmacies due to the hassle of getting new script requests sent to a new company but this is the last straw. It will be way less of a hassle in the long run.

Placed an online order for kidney support product. The product sat in pending mode for 5 days. Send emails and called several times. No resolve. Cancelled my order. After being on hold for 25 mins.

Great product for controlling fleas! I was able to obtain this product at Entirely Pets at a much greater savings than if I purchased through my veterinarian. Would definitely recommend!
After speaking with the customer service about getting my cat's meds from them, placing the order and waiting for 10 days to receive it as email confirmaton stated and as per their customer service it was supposed totake 7-8 days only, I called to find out the status of it. Aparently, as per this pharmacys' customer service my order was not even shipped... they out of stock of that medication. No one even bother to contact me and advise that they are out of stock. I am on a last pill for my cat... This is the most terrible careless experience I have ever encounter with pets' pharmacy. NEVER again and don't recomend!

Don't call this an internet company. That's a misrepresentation. You cannot change an order, cancel an order, change an auto-ship order, or update credit card information on the website. For all of these things you must call their office. Which is open 9-5 M-F Pacific time. Too bad if you're in a different time zone or work different hours (like me). I received multiple emails from them saying my credit card had expired, but when I left a message I heard nothing back. Did they expect me to leave my bank info on the phone? Or in an email? When I finally got hold of them, I asked if they would cover expedited shipping because my dog was now completely out of medicine. They said no, because they had had to contact me multiple times (so it was my fault). I said I thought that was a bad business choice for them but they really didn't seem to care. So, won't be using them again. It's a holiday weekend. God know when I really get the meds. I certainly don't trust them to get them here by the day the promised.
Entirety Pets Pharmacy filled my prescription for my cat in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them if you need to fill your furbabies prescriptions!
Ordering is easy, site is user friendly, reasonable prices, speedy service. I've ordered my pet's heartworm medication for several years and have it within days. Very satisfied.
My bunny loves only this food... and only certain pieces out of it. My stars are for the food only. I understand a manufacture delay and have no problem with this. However, when you order something and get no correspondence about the order for a week other than your money being taken is not right. The company (2 people) told me they knew they were out of stock and to cancel my order would take 5 days to get my money back. I was never told the food was out of stock and normally with any company when an item is out of stock you do not get charged. To be charged without an item being sent is wrong. It would have even been a little better if the company would have sent a message saying it was out of stock other than just one that says thanks for your order. The two people I spoke with had no interest in resolving my issues with the poor correspondence and only offered to cancel my order. Well sad thing is my bunnies need food so this will be the first, last, and only order I place with Healthy Pets RX or Entirely Pets RX.
Had to order my dog eye medication for a scratch on his cornea. He was in pain and needed this medicine. I placed the order on a Friday and I know they aren't open on the weekend but I figured since the order was placed first thing on Friday morning they would get the approval from me bet and get it ready to ship by Monday and I should receive it by wed. Here it is thurs and still no meds. I just called and the woman casually said you will receive it by Saturday, I said the other girl I placed the order with said I should receive by wed or thurs the latest. Now you say Saturday? We she said we are within our shipping days so I can't refund any money and you will receive the product Saturday. So much for my dog being in pain they obviously don't care. I will never order from these people again. It is amazing the have so many good reviews I wonder who the paid to get them it was a horrendous experience. I compare them to a company like chewy that I have dealt with many many times as have family and friends all with good experiences and will spread the word to never use these people. So they can keep my $50 it cost them a lot more in the long run.

Placed an order on Sept 28th. Called twice about the delivery of the order, was told that the item was out of stock but would be shipped in a couple days. Called back on the Oct 19th was told that it would be shipped on the 20th. Called today Oct 27th and was told that my order had been cancelled due to item out of stock. Worst customer service ever..
EntirelyPets Pharmacy was efficient in getting the prescription from my veterinarian. I received my dog's medication quickly. There were no complications and it was exactly what I requested.
Took 2 weeks for them to ship order. Medications were stolen from my mailbox. Company REFUSED to refund the amount to my credit card. Every time I called, I was on HOLD for about 30 minutes. They were rude and condescending each time I called them. DO NOT ORDER FROM this company.
I Placed my order and had it in a week and a day. That includes the vet authorization. Worked for me, I would use them again, and very probably will. Plus, they threw in some extras.
This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have experienced. I ordered meds for my dogs on 4/15/2017 and the order is still "Pending" to this date, 5/24/2017. I have contacted them multiple times via email and have not received a response from them in weeks.
We called them last week and they claimed that their system was down. They called back and claimed my wife put in a separate order who never did such a thing. I then received a call from a rep who was clueless to the situation and didn't seem to understand that the order was placed on 4/15. She then said that they will have to fax the subscription, once again although my vet had already acknowledged the previous faxes.
By the way, Entirely Pets doesn't call your vet's office to verify they received the faxed prescriptions, they just constantly send the faxes. That's terrible customer service and if it's not a policy of theirs, then they need to make it one. Waiting weeks just for the vet to send back the fax is unacceptable. Do your due diligence Entirely Pets.
Since my vet's office had closed for the day by the time EPP finally reached out to me, she said that they will have to until Monday. I followed up with EPP again Tuesday (yesterday) and I still did not receive a response. I am now cancelling and never shopping with this company again.

They pretty much do everything. The only complaint is that I wasn't updated in the status of my order. I had to call them after a week and a half cause I never heard anything back.

I needed an antibiotic for my dog. The first time I needed medication for her, it was sent in TWO DAYS. I felt I could TRUST them. I paid for a rush order and paid the extra for it. Daisy can't run out of the antibiotic. I only bought 3 days. Please advise.
1. Stated not sent back until yesterday. FACT: The didn't request it until the next day,
2. Then when I spoke with them again today since they didn't call back as promised they said they only got back a blank piece of paper. I don't believe that! I asked why they wouldn't have called them back.
3. They said the doctor was gone for the day.
4. They would try again tomorrow.
IF it's important don't do it!

They lie. First told they didn’t get it back until yesterday. Later today the pharmacist used the same excuse. I knew better because I got a few more from my vet. While there, they showed me the fax confirmations. THEY didn’t send it to them until yesterday. Now the pharmacist indicates it was blank. Hmm, you wouldn’t follow up on that?

Breathalyser is (not "Plus") good product that my vet originally suggested for my cat. Really helped gum problems. Service was prompt and the product was well packed.
When looking at sites I usually shop they were out of what I needed. Entirely pets had the Greenies I needed and was no shipping because of purchase over $49. Fast service also. New customer.
