Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
Nice to have automatic reorder for flea protection. I don't have to set a calendar reminder among all the other things on my to do list.

Messages with lies. Canceled order. Sent 2mo later w/o my permission and charged my checking acct.
I paid for 12 month supply and the vet only approved a 6 month supply. Your system should detect such discrepancies.
I ordered arthritis medicine for my dog on January 12. At the end of the month I called to inquire about when I could expect to have it and was told it was on backorder, but that they would express ship it at no extra cost when it came in. On February 10th I emailed customer service to inquire again and received an Email from "Haley" informing me it "just came in" and asking me if I wanted it shipped out immediately or if I wanted to cancel the order. I asked for the shipment to be made ASAP.
I just got off the phone with Entirely Pets again today, March 4. I cancelled the order this time when I was told "we just got some in and can mail them out right away." Poor communication in the beginning had turned into outright lying.
Won't be working with this company again!
My order came in the time frame indicated and the products received were exactly what they described them to be and the price was great.

It really works. As soon as it is put on ears they start dying. Just follow recommended usage. And clean ears good in between doses.
Do not order unless they confirm in stock. If not you may be waiting weeks only for them to say it will be in in 2 weeks with your pet needing meds

My dog has congestive heart failure. I decided to purchase the medication from entirelypetspharmacy.com because, after spending $4,000 for my dog's vet bills, I really needed someplace to buy medication just a little cheaper to alleviate the financial strain. BIG MISTAKE. Another lesson in "you get what you pay for". My dog requires 5 different medications twice a day. One of them being the Pimobendan (Vetmedin). I placed an order on April 7 for the Pimobendan and another medication that I had MAILED them a prescription for, and also a third (with instructions to simply obtain a transfer from another pharmacy, which I assumed would take them maybe a day to do) and it is now almost THREE WEEKS and I still haven't received my order AND I paid for the expedited shipment. After waiting about a week and half I inquired about the ordered. Received NO response. At about two weeks, I inquired again. No response. Shame on me for not CALLING them. It is now 19 days and I called and miraculously got a hold of someone. The customer service rep told me that they were OUT of the Pimobendan - as in didn't have any in stock and it was on back order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The one medication I was EXPECTING THEM TO MAIL ASAP they ran out of and didn't even bother to let me know so that I can get it from somewhere else. Complete and utter disaster of a company. I wish I had read the reviews about this company sooner, as I would have avoided relying on them at all costs - especially for the sake of my dog.
Order was cancelled twice due to backorder. I was told it would be at least two weeks until meds were back in stock. The first time the order was canceled I called and was told yes the lower dosage med was in stock but would be a higher price since we needed more to make up the prescribed dose, so I reordered the item immediately with some changes dosage parameters. I confirmed "are you sure you actually have this in stock?" and was told "yes we are sure". I was so ecstatic because we desperately needed this drug for our pet as we had less than 10-days' worth at our house. Then my order was cancelled due to backorder within 24 hours of placing the second order that I was told was "definitely in stock". So, despite doing my due diligence and calling numerous times to confirm availability because we needed the drug urgently for our pet, I was still left without any knowledge of when it might be in stock again. I had no choice but to then order from a compounding pharmacy due the the urgency of needing the medication. Then all of the sudden a day later I receive notification the medication was shipped. I'm thankful we got it, but a little better understanding of the order schedule and backlog list would be helpful to have when attempting to provide customers with the most up to date information so that they can place their orders with that knowledge in mind. I am thankful EntirelyPets can still offer a discount as the dosage I need is still unavailable and we have to purchase larger quantities of the smaller dosages which results in a much higher price (over $86 each order). Sad that the medication companies are able to price gouge desperate pet owners for this life saving drug. Suffice to say, I have cried many tears of frustration, desperation and anger over this situation. To be fair, I don't think EntirelyPets is entirely to blame here given the drug manufacturers shortage, but I think should be more firm in demanding information for its customers like when they are really getting the medication in.
