Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
I am sorry I sent my Rx to this company. My dog needs a chemo drug for cancer and I cannot even get feed back to find out when it will ship after waiting a half hour to call in the order. Should have know since the rep that took my information did not even give me any confirmation number. Terrible company but now I'm stuck. They have my Rx from my vet. It has been more than 24 hours with no confirmation of my order at all.
I ordered Ivermectin for my guinea pig! I am not one of those anti vaxxers! Online it said it was available but come shipping time and I never got it! I had to be the one reaching out to them to ask about what happened instead of them updating me! Customer service is crap! If you're going to get something on here, go through paypal so your money is protected.

I never received my pet medication waited over 2 weeks the tracking number said the item was never received from shipper I called 6 times different excuses each time. They had no problem charging my cc right away but never provided the product I paid for risking my pets health.
Ordered medication that was not vaccinations but was charged vaccine shipping of almost 40$ for the items. It was medicine that is temperature controlled but it took 10 days to arrive by truck in 90+ degree weather with no cooling packs (which wouldn't matter after 10 days anyway). 2nd day air would have been more understandable but was not offered on items. Very disappointing when 130$ worth of medicine might not be usable because of temperature. Granted some fault lays with fed ex shipping but this business should know how to ship items that have temperature restrictions.

First order before pandemic fine. Refill order placed 4/24. It's 5/07. Overnight shipping? No email to explain delay. Phone line is always busy! Gave a neg. Comment on FB & finally answer. It's a refill of Optimmune, my dog can go blind w/o it. They say waiting on my vet. No one told me! Then I tell them it's a refill with 4 refills. They tell me I didn't tell them that! I had provided original RX. They are overwhelmed and should've shut down during pandemic. Can't get a tracking order since they are still processing my order for 3 days since they answered me on FB messenger. It's the worst customer service ever! Let's see how long it takes, in the interim I got the medication from my vet.
It was fairly fast, although I did get a little confused by some emails regarding contact with vet as to waiting on prescription. Saying continue to reach out til answer then 1 saying 3rd & final fax. Just glad it did work out & got here in time dose was due.
This company is like no other I've ever dealt with. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They will steal your money after you canceled months ago. I have emailed them and they say we are looking into it and then don't respond back after a month.

I ordered some heart worm meds for my dog and didn't find out for over a week that the order was waiting on my vet's approval. I found this out from my vet and not from Entirely Pets Pharmacy as it should have been. I was able to purchase the same prescription from my vet for less money. I'm still trying to get someone to confirm a refund to my credit card without having to file a dispute. I mistakenly ordered from here instead of PetCareRX because somehow Entirely Pets Pharmacy was spamming my email account. Won't make that mistake again.
WOW I'm so happy with my recent $1300 order here stocking up my dog pack on their annual meds (Interceptor and Bravecto). Shaun B took my order over the phone and made it much easier, faster, and I got a great deal! Thank you so much for your kind, fast, courteous customer service! Great company with capable and kind people working here, and this is my 3rd year ordering from them and the product is trustworthy and legit. Also, Shaun B knew my dog's name was Samoan- smart guy and a pleasant experience ordering from him this Saturday! Thank you!

Item was listed as "in stock and ready to ship" when I ordered. Then I get a backorder notification. No one can tell me when the item will be back in stock, and my dog is running out of her current supply. After several days of trying, I finally find out the item was back in stock two weeks later. I was told they are processing back orders and would ship them out within 24 hours. Then they told me it would ship Wednesday, then Thursday, then suddenly on Friday the item is out of stock again. I have email receipts of chat transcripts with agents assuring me my order would ship out, then next thing you know, someone else is telling me something different. Appalling customer service, and I've never seen a business be so completely inept at managing inventory.
Ordered Meds for my cat, after 1 week and my veterinarian contacting them 3 times. They finally acknowledge approval for my order. Waited an additional 3 days nothing shipped. Contacted them an additional 2 times to find out what was going on with my order. Was told both times I would receive a call back, never heard from them.
It's now been over a month since I first ordered a cat toy from Entirely Pets. I only bought it from them in the first place because Chewy was out of stock. I probably could've gotten it quicker if I had just waited with Chewy. I have called Entirely Pets countless times at this point, asking for information about my order, asking for help, etc. They finally said last week that they could resend the product. So I agreed. I called them just now to see if I could get tracking information for it and they said that it was back ordered. This is the worst experience with an online retailer that I have ever had. This company is far from #1 in whatever they claim to be. Anything I've tried to do with them to just get my stupid $30 cat toy has been pulling teeth. I will never be using them again and I will absolutely make sure to tell people to never use them because they are utter garbage.

Three days after I ordered meds I called for status & that is when I was notified that the med was not in stock & that it could not be shipped to NJ. I could have ordered from another pet pharmacy if I had been notified upon ordering. They did put a pending charge on my credit card, knowing I would not get this order.
Finally received my Rx order but it took 2 weeks which is way too long. In the meantime, I had to buy another supply from my vet, which defeated the whole purpose. It took EntirelyPets 8 days just to contact me vets to fax the Rx to them. Not happy with the excessive time delay and having to repurchase an Rx supply from my vet while waiting.
Placed an order for an in stock item and paid for 2 day shipping. My vet called me the same day and said they were contacted by Entirely Pets Pharmacy and approved the prescription. 4 days later my card was charged and order still listed as pending. Took me 3 days after this to get through to anyone at the company about the status of my order. Emails were unanswered, their 1-800 phone # was busy every time I called it, and I waited in a LONG queue for live chat half a dozen times only to be disconnected when my turn got close. I finally got a not busy signal on the phone number and waited on hold for 40 minutes before talking to anyone. They cancelled my still pending order with no questions, but the whole thing feels suspect. In the 3 days it took me to get ahold of anyone about cancelling my order I placed the same order on a different website and have a tracking number for the shipment of my pets prescription.
Yes, the company has attractive prices on meds. However, just try to get the medication. They are stocked out, then they need verbal approval of the med they have a written prescription for, then they don't answer the phone for 45 minutes when you try to contact them for the umpteenth time in the six weeks you have been waiting to receive needed medication. Do they contact us? No, they expect us to keep calling them. When you tell the company rep that it is a boatload of trouble to order through them and you won't be doing so in the future, the rep says, "that's OK." Bottom line, purchase somewhere else.
I spent 52 dollars and after fedex damaged it the first time they sent me a second that was also opened. I have emailed and called with no reply. I am not happy and am going to do what I have to do like get a lawyer to get my money back. Some of us are on a budget and dont waste money had i known this would happen i never would of ordered here
I am so disgusted with this company. I've been waiting since March 7th for my pets alcohol shipment. Entirely Pets sent me an email saying it was shipped and on the way. I called today March 17th and it was not shipped. I could have ordered it from another company but it is no longer available. They lied to me and now I have no alcohol for my pets cleaning. Don't buy from this low rate company. Their customer service is horrible and they do nothing for you. Just disgusting!
I have several pets and some of the items that I needed I needed quickly and reliably. EntirelyPetsPharmacy delivered time and time again. All my pets are doing great and much healthier thanks to EntirelyPetsPharmacy. They are unquestionable the defacto when it comes to pet pharmacy needs!

They had the best price on a worm medicine I could find online, a very easy to navigate site and quick checkout. I ordered on Friday and received the meds on the next Tuesday in rural Maine. The package was intact and the medication was in perfect and sealed condition.
I will absolutely order from them again.
I ordered a medication I had been giving my dog already. Once I gave her this co medication she became VERY ill with vomit and diarrhea for almost a week. She went from 8.4 lbs to 7.2. Tried to get a credit on 4 different occasions from this company. Held on phone EACH time for 30 to 45mins. Finally was told by rep to dispute the charge on my credit card.
I ordered an item from them back in December. I had to contact customer service twice to get the correct discounts applied because their website wasn't working correctly. The full discounts never got applied but I gave up at that point. It took weeks for me order to ship because it was backordered despite the page not saying it. The package got lost and Fedex told me the shipper has to send in the lost package form to get a refund. When I emailed them I got a message saying my item was backordered and would be shipping soon. I responded with "what are you talking about? I have the tracking number. It already shipped." Then I received no response. I will not be using this company again.
Awful... company sent wrong product. I contacted the company numerous times and got nowhere. A complete waste a money and my dog didn't get the pruduct he needs for his separation anxiety. Shame on you.
I ordered dog clippers and waited, and waited, and waited for them to arrive. I called and emailed multiple times without success. When I finally did reach someone on the phone, he barely knew what was going on, was not helpful and claimed that they would send the clippers in a week or two. He also claimed that they would update me but I have never heard back. It's been 4 months and nothing. This company is a scam.
Terrible turnaround time. Need to order two weeks in advance. My dog is on heart meds. Could have died if I didn't have a back up plan and plan two weeks in advance. It takes them at least 5 business days to process your order and get a tracking.
