Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
This is only my 2nd delivery so not sure it is USPS or the order management system.
Both times, the order status indicated delivered when in fact it wasn't but showed up a couple days later. This time USPS also stated per tracking number that it was in our mailbox.
Just an inconvenience but as long as it arrives I'm happy.
I ordered Dr. Marty`s, dried food it cost me $168.00 for 6 bags. It came in and my dog a pit named Blue who eats everything, ate it and threw up and had diarrhea! I then asked for them to send a Call tag to pick it up. They said I had to pay to ship it back it cost me $28.00 to ship it back. They also said there would be a restocking fee of 15 to 20 percent. The bags weigh a quarter of a pound if that. What restocking fee? It`s been two weeks still no refund of whatever they decide is a refund. This company is CRAP STAY AWAY! J.Davis

Terrible experience.No communication at all. Waiting 30min. And they answer the phone just to disconnected you. Cant even cancel my order. 10 days the order was placed they telling me that the item in my order is unexpected backorder and they expecting the new shipment to arrive soon.And this people selling medication. Until you get your order your pet can pass away.
Dr. Writes script for meds. I was told by one Rep that I could email the script in to entirely pets. After waiting for a response from EP, I decided to inquire as to why my meds had not been shipped. I was told that I had to mail original script- not email! Shipping had been delayed by a week. Obviously all employees weren't informed on the EP's script policy.
I ordered heartworm meds and cream for my Husky's lesion in his elbow. I found out later on through my VET that they are supposed to send me refill that I did not received. But before that, I had already put in another order online and called to make sure there's no confusion. Rep I spoke to, assured me that he cancelled the unnecessary order and put in what we need which is the refill that we did not received. 10 days afterwards, no meds came in. When I called the Pharmacy, they said "it will be shipped today" Are you kidding me?! I called my vet and they said that the prescription was approved 10 days ago. Now, my dog's heartworm meds is waaay too late and his elbow lesion warrants another trip to the Vet. I called chewy and they helped me put in an order and told me that I will be getting the medicine within 2 days. Stay away from this Pharmacy unless you wanna wait for medicine that will never arrive. My poor dog has to suffer because of these incompetent people.

I had a horrible experience. Order was place on 7/4/2019 and it was never completed.
First they misplaced a prescription for pain medication for my dog. By the time they found the prescription a week later, it had expired.
Second, on a second medication which had been back-ordered for 6 weeks, and had no ETA, they recommended that the prescription can be transferred out. I initiated the transfer to a local pharmacy but after 3 days and multiple phone calls thru customer service and to Entirely Pets pharmacy, it too failed. They first said that it had expired. I called again and confirmed that it was good for another 3 months. Then when the local pharmacy contacted them again, Entirely Pets said they they could not find it. It's been 7 weeks and the level of incompetency is not acceptable.
I ordered my dog's carprofen through your pharmacy but my mail was stolen and I never received the product. I reordered had it sent fedex and it arrived within 4 days of me ordering it. My dog thanks you and I thank you. We will be shopping again.

I called my vet to make sure ordering pet meds online was safe for my pet. They said EntirelyPetsPharmacy was a reliable and safe source... and less expensive. The vet approved the prescription required to buy from EntirelyPetsPharmacy. My vet does not offer "price match". I waited a week for delivery (COVID-19 delivery delays expected) but I saved $50. Worth it!
I ordered two items from this company on March 6,2020. I haven't received my order and have made several attempts at following up. You have to hold up to 45 minutes before anyone talks to you. My UPS tracking indicated yesterday the product was being returned to sender due to insufficient address. One of my 30 minute hold phone calls was to correct the address. I sent two emails with my correct address, still was shipped with just my city and zip. How could they possibly ship out a $70.00 order like that? Today the CSR talked over me the entire time and wouldn't listen to a word I said. I'm thoroughly disgusted and will take this to FB and The BBB. Please don't order from this company. This isn't over yet but I'm sure they will learn they messed with the wrong person.
I felt they did agood job and prices were better than most places. Rx services were good as they preloaded the Veterinarians so you just chose right one. Bought both flattish and heartworm for 12 months.
No product, no tracking, no communication. Do not use this company. I ordered a skin cream on December 16th and haven't received any response but a confirmation email. I have sent email inquiries and haven't heard back from anyone in the company.

Ordered a Rx medication and asked that it be expedited. It happened and delivery was fast. Entirely Pets processed the Rx order out the door in 2-days and USPS delivered the package in 2-days. This is in contrast to a previous Rx order that took 5-days to process at Entirely pets and 6-days for FedEx delivery. Lesson learned - Order early in the week.
* After ordering a prescription and giving my vet information, I received a confirmation email.
* After three days and no update, I emailed and called (no one answered the phone, I had to leave a message).
* I had spent time emailing and calling several times, I was finally able to get someone on the phone. ( the connection was very odd, and sounded like the guy was in his bathroom).
I was told the order hadn't gone through yet since they were awaiting a fax reply from our vet.
My vet confirmed they sent the fax the same day I placed the order.
This took so long, to get to the bottom of that my can ran out of her medication, and I ended up buying the medicine through my vet at the higher price, and still await the delivery of the medicine.
What a waste of time effort this company was for me.
Next time, I will go with the higher reputed services, or just buy from my vet at the higher cost.

Beware, customer service will leave you high & dry if they make a mistake. They sent incorrect dosing pkg of Bravecto for my dog (sent wrong dosage for weight). My veterinarian said they would of never approved the dosage sent. I have been in contact with them for weeks now for a return & I keep getting put off. That is until earlier as week, where they have just stopped corresponding. That's never a good sign for a co. Eap with a $50 order. I can't be throwing that kind of money out the window esp this covid virus & being out of work. Very shady.
After placing my order I waited for email to say it shipped. After 6 days I ckd my order & it said pending. Sent email to ck on why pending. Received reply 2 days later to say that one item was backordered. Received the shipment 1 or 2 days after email response. Never received the email that it shipped. Seems communication is lacking within the organization both internally & to customer.
After approximately 6 business days, my order had not processed "pending response" from my local vetenerian clinic. I personally viewed the "sent" FAX response from my local Vet Clinic. Still, EntirelyPets contended they were waiting for a response. As a result, I cancelled my order and directed my requirements to a competitor. In addition, when I took action to cancel my order, I was told my bank account had not been charged. In reality, it had been charged the full amount on the day I order their products. I anxiously await a refund. I suspect however their response in this area will be consistent with their untimely response in filling my order.
Absolute worst
Absolute worst! They lost my payment info & kept sending emails that I hadn't paid for my order. I called & gave payment over the phone. Still didn't receive my order a month later. I ordered pet toys, shampoo, and prescriptions. Everything was on backorder. I only received 2 items of the 10 things ordered and they were late. They didn't fill my pet's prescription for the last 2 refills. They truly suck.

Although the product was on backorder, we decided to wait a couple of weeks as we had a reserve of pills to tide us over. Shortly we received the pills before we ran out and we are now giving them to our dog without interruption.
(VelOne Easy Fit E-Collar XL.) I am very disappointed how this item was shipped. The e-collar (cone) was folded in half, then rolled up, then tightly wrapped in plastic and shipping tape. The problem with how this was packaged (lack of packaging, actually) is that, by folding it in half, and then rolling it up, caused it to misshapen and crease in the middle where it was folded. When I unrolled it, half of the cone was circling one way, and the other half circled the other way, as in a large letter "S". The crease in the middle prevents any straightening this thing out. Impossible to put this on my dog, as one side folds in towards his face and I was unable to properly seal it with the Velcro. As a result of the carless packing, this cone is effectively useless. There was no way to straighten this out so that is a full circle, like it's supposed to be. I contacted them about a week ago, but have not heard back from any customer service rep at all!

I placed and paid for an order with the pharmacy for lactated ringers solution. I waited for 3 weeks for the product and didn't ship. I called to see what the hold up was and they said I would have to pay an additional $140 for shipping after I had already paid 3 weeks ago. No phone call, no email, no text... waited for me to call and find out I got the shaft. Now I have to scrounge to find some because of their horrible service. Too many other places to go to have this kind of service!

Found a 20% off coupon on a google search for apoquel (apoquel20) went to buy, put in the coupon code and it registered as 10% off, not 20%. Seems like they are trying to rip people off with bad math, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I chat/message with a rep and she tries to make me prove where I got the coupon, and then says it doesn't exist and will not honor it. Seriously. ALSO - while trying to get this discount I discovered that COSTCO Pharmacy is wayyyyyy cheaper even without a costco membership.
My veterinarian was out of stock of the medication needed for my dog. EntirelyPetsPharmany not only had the medication in stock, they had the order filled and shipped in a timely, efficient manner. Easier and cheaper than getting prescription refills at the vet. A happy and extremely satisfied new customer. Thank you!
My dog was out of a particular medicine that was on backorder all over. Entirely pets had it but gave it to someone else with a current prescription. Now they do not have any. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got my doctor to fax it over again and all was go, I received an email that they do not deliver to the state of NJ! All of this hope for nothing. My dog as well as many has been underdosed for 2 weeks or more. I gave them the two stars for their pricing and heard good things about them but I won't be ordering anything from them again for false advertising. No one noticed my address? Now all I need is them to not remove the charge from my credit card.
Ms. Sheetal Nath was found to be very helpful and pleasant to speak with while entering my order this afternoon. Ms. Nath was 300 percent better to deal with than the EntirelyPets Pharmacy order website.
I placed an order for medications and a joint supplement on Oct. 2,2020 using a 15% discount code. I was charged the full amount without the discount and was told I would receive the discount when the rest of my order shipped. The joint supplement never shipped. I emailed on 10/23 - no response. I chatted with an EP rep on 10/29 when I was told I would receive a refund for the undelivered items - no refund. I chatted with another rep on 11/12 and was told I should have a refund the following week - no refund. Finally, on 11/22, I gave up and filed a BBB complaint. The horrid customer service alone should put this company out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There are much better companies out there.
