Epic Games

I was recommended I make an account on Epic Games to play with one of my friends. Making the account was easy and straight forward enough to do, but when it came time to actually play the game? The word impossible comes to mind. I opened the game launcher as was required to play, and input my information. However it sent me to this "pick all the pictures with a bus in it" which were very small, impossible to enlarge, not to mention there were 2 pages of them?!
Needless to say I failed every single time to the point of being locked out of my brand new account.
I do not wear nor do I need glasses but those images were impossible to see even with me putting my face right up to the screen. Epic Games is absolutely not user friendly.

Epic Games took my $20 purchase but doesn't, evidently, have the tech savvy to tell me how to use my purchase to provide enhancements to their own game. How can they be this incompetent? Beware before you make any purchases from them directly. Only make purchases on the platform where you or, in my case, my grandson is playing.

Already 10 emails have been sent back and forth and it is still not resolved when logging into my account. I only hear thank you for your patience and then a standard message again which does not solve the problem. This has been going on for 3 months now

I think Epic games should have maps from chapter one and chapter two where you can choose what map you want, because people don't like the most recent seasons. So I want to be in Chapter 3 season 5 or 6

Make sure you are prepared to jump through 100 hoops. Verify a ridiculous amount of information. Be ready for frustrated kids and husbands trying to figure this $#*! out too. It would be best if Epic made a simple REDEEM button in all of their games. Like a V Bucks card for Fortnite as an example. There has to be an easier way.

The alien spaceships are so annoying you can't even block them whenever they shoot a little power balls at you I'm just trying to play it regular game of fortnight and the Powerball‘s of the alien spaceship or whatever start shooting at me and fortnight is getting very very boring now that if you have an alien spaceship you're literally over everybody else you're stronger than them you can shoot your little things at them you can it's like 10 out of 100% chance that you can like survive the blast it takes three blast is for me to die and it's very annoying
