I ordered several pairs of shorts for my family, and 40 percent of them were defective. I got such a runaround from their online "customer service" (online is their only means of contact) when I contacted them about returning the defective items. Even after I submitted numerous photos and repeated descriptions of the flaws, they were in denial about the issues. The flaws were very obvious, yet they would not authorize returns and refunds. The time and effort I wasted on problems due to their shoddy merchandise and lack of accountability was infuriating. Oh, and they also sent a youth size instead of an adult size. Ugh. Don't waste your time with this company.
I ordered some clothes and when I checked on order it said it had shipped. I'm like great. 2 weeks go buy and still no order. Followed tracking number and UPS said upon receiving order there was no merchandise in box they received. So another week passes and no answer yet from epic. Same response from "Cody" saying was shipped. Really, then they "Eric/Cody said oh we will send out another shipment, all this is being done over a text to a "live agent" that changes every time I try to reach someone. Two days later "oh wait we will refund you". I'm like ok and now two weeks later still no "refund" and or shipment. So update-looked on account and now is says order shipped Aug 15th… no order was shipped… this company is horrible and Cody is useless as well as Eric. Never again. Sorry I'm not a complainer however $130 is $130. Can anyone give me a number to talk to a live agent over phone and not text?
I ordered some jerseys for my team. A week and a half after ordering, the jerseys had not been shipped out and had an ETA of almost 2 weeks later... So I called to cancel the order and EpicSports charged me 20% restocking fee. I will never do business with them again.
I will only order from this company if I can't find what I want anywhere else! I want my vendors to ship with 24 hours. That certainly doesn't happen here and you insist I write at least a 100 letters. That is just plain dumb!
Ordered product on Dec 17. Product states should receive it with 9 to 11 business days. 11 business days later just called and they are just now shipping it out. This is crazy. Called customer service stayed on hold for 33.23 minutes to be exact. STAY away from company. Bad customer service and they are not timely. The customer service rep told me that the product was held up for bad weather. Then advised I worked for a mail based business and none of our customers had there packages late.
Do not buy from this company! Ordered $400 dollars worth of soccer jerseys, only to find out after they had already shipped that all of the names and numbers were printed on the front instead of the back like they they were ordered. Extremely unhelpful customer service reps would not admit company's mistake and basically said tough luck.
Pink tank tops were ordered to honor survivors, encourage fighters, and Treasurer loss loved ones. This was the first time I used I had our logo printed with you all. I was very pleased with the press. We received many compliments.
Their administration is a shambles with a completely unclear ordering process. Shipping information, order forms, email confirmation - all delayed and lacking crucial information. One of the soccer balls I ordered was out of stock and the resulting mess left me with two items in the wrong size and a very bad taste in my mouth. Their customer service department is confrontational, unprofessional and lacking in any interest to sort out problems. I received an email that said, literally: You ordered it. You own it.
Placing my order was very easy. I found everything i needed for my son to practice track. Great set of quality blocks at a very nice price. My order came with every item I ordered and arrived 3 days earlier than the expected date. I'm very pleased with my experience. Will buy from them again.
I purchased this water aerobics step to use as a little island for my younger swim lesson students. It's perfect. The strips make the top non-slip. It's nearly impossible to tip this step, unlike the more expensive tot docks. The rounded bottom edges don't damage the vinyl pool liner. It's heavy enough to stay where I put it, but light enough to easily reposition or remove from the pool when needed.
I am very happy with my purchase and the money I saved! I have 3 teenage girls playing softball and finding equipment and attire that is cost effective is hard but Epic Sports has made it much easier to outfit them.
Ordered a pair of baseball pants and paid for expedited shipping to have them before my game. They did not arrive. UPS lost them. Not Epic's fault other than they chose the carrier. The Epic agent's response was that their policy is to wait a week, then when I receive my package, that is lost per UPS, they will reduce my shipping cost to regular shipping. So generous! I would rather use sporting goods companies rather than behemoth Amazon, but at least Amazon will step to the plate when problems happen.
It's taking over 4 weeks to get my order and they don't care! They were supposed to ship my order in 2 weeks. Rachel is a complete idiot with no mind for business at all. So now the reputation of my league is on the line and they refuse to take ownership of their incompetent internal logistics. Do not order from these guys. You'll save yourself a tremendous amount of aggravation!
2 shirts in my first order were out of their individual packaging, 1 having a greasy black shoe print right in the middle. Needed more shirts to match a few weeks later and zero issues, nice shirts, my team loves them.
My 10 yo son saved his money to buy himself a goalie shirt and when it came the youth size on the website for my husband. Customer service is hard to get connected to but when they finally got back to us they told us to rebuy the shirt (we got it in two sizes smaller) and they would refund the restocking fee. We still paid shipping. So we purchased another and now they won't return either and went back on their word. Great lesson to teach a 10 year old. 10 emails back and forth, I think they are rude.
I was hesitant to buy from here because the shirts were so cheap and the website didn't look "official" but I took my chances and received my order in less that 24 hours! I placed the order at 12:52 pm yesterday and received the shirts at 10:45 am today! I was shocked by how fast they came. The shirts as exactly as described/ pictured. I got a size medium and they'll probably be a tad bit too big but I like my shirts loose anyway. I'm definitely recommending this store to my coworkers!
The person on the phone was very nice- some of the products were great, some not so good- the explanations on the website were inadequate & sometimes misleading- a shin guard cover was " one size fits all"- it didn't fit me! Way too small - I'm 5'2- I kept them because to return would be more than they are worth-

The website is not very user friendly on finding what you need. You think you're getting a deal until you check out and shipping is outrageous. I paid for the cheapest shipping and it was 3 days late getting here. The company annoys you with daily emails reminding you that you'll get a reminder when your item(s) ship, but no email came until the day the package arrived.
I actually was expecting the Jerseys to be reversible, but no matter, it's all good. I really like the quality of the fabric and the color is sharp. It seems like the numbers are pressed on well and will last a long season. Over all, I'm very impressed with the color and quality. I was however hoping that they would of arrived 2 days earlier considering I paid a lot extra to have them rushed here faster.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
