The products where first class as always. But, delivery took longer than I expected. I was warned when ordering but my experience with Epic has been prompt service and delivery. I'm not upset by any means just a little unexpected

Honestly the worst online shopping experience i've ever had... I have placed my order over 2 weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. Also there were 3 issues with my order which of course were handled with 3 separate calls multiple days apart. They didn't even offer to ship my items faster after delaying it so many times!

Ordered Uniforms for an organization with multiple teams resulting in a large (and possibly confusing) order. All pieces received in single package within expected time frame. Pleasantly surprised to have delivery at the earlier end of window. I also had an opportunity to speak with Erik, who I would like to commend on very professional customer service.

Very louse return policy with huge restocking fees.
I bought 2 jammers for my kids and they turned out to be too small, the refund they were going to give me was 50% of what I paid, shipping on top of it is expensive too.
Other sites have much better customer service.

Chances are good that I won't order a bunch of items at one time unless I'm totally familiar with the manufacturer. Picked out about 6 things from 3 different makers. 2 fit. 4 did not although all labeled as being the same size. Could only return 3 of the 4 as one item was a manufacturer close out (no returns). Sizes varied widely. Restocking fee took some more cash from me. Customer Service folks were WONDERFUL in helping me. Can't say enough about them!

I received my 5 pairs of baseball pants and batting gloves as expected on paid shipping date by mid-day, and not during the evening. Also, the Wilson ball pants were individually wrapped, in which was a first for my past purchases. It could just be they were Wilsons.

So not happy

Ordered small pink socks, got large black. The guy Jose in customer service made me feel like any of my questions were stupid and I wasnt happy so I just am leaving it at that and keeping what I got. Wont ever order from here again.

I ordered my sons baseball team uniforms and received their jerseys quickly and in a timely manner however we have not received our pants, socks, or hats and we are now 2 games into our season (been roughly 5 weeks now waiting). They continue to change the arrival date to later the. Expected so who know s when we will get our complete uniforms. So needless to say my team looks like the bad news bears at the moment. Also epic customer service is by far the worst just because you and unable to talk to anyone live about your issues all conversations are over chat and probably with a robot. This is my first time dealing with Epic and will be my last.

The products are great, shipped weirdly in a lot of different packages that slowly arrived over a month but good quality. The customer service is terrible however - I keep getting contradictory emails. They say that a "you're too late to return your items" email is their auto-reply so that gives you an idea of their policy.
If you order exactly right the first time (which as we all know can be tricky online) then you're fine, but good luck if you have to do any returns or exchanges!

Do not do business with this company. They charge you a 20-30% 'restocking fee' for returns, and only allow returns if made within 30 days of delivery... you snooze, you loose! The training fins I ordered were way too small (two different sizes, both smaller than marked) They are unused and in original packing but they won't take them back. Does anyone else have return policies like this? Avoid this company is my advice; you can do better!

Website allows for efficient searching and has adequate product descriptions. Products are of very good quality. Could be excellent, but had a couple of issues on jackets that had feature (plastic spring loaded mechanism to retain the waist adjustment cord) that did not function properly (was not able to maintain tension and hence, pull jacket tight around waist). High value to cost ratio. Would recommend to others.

My daughter loves her goalie pants, shirt, and her gloves too. Have to say quality of workmanship on gloves not so great, first pair fell apart within 2 weeks but Epic sent us another at no charge. The new ones arrived with a tear in the elastic but was easy to mend myself. The price was right and helped protect a broken finger from another sport. Customer service was great, would definitely deal with them again very soon.

First of all, Cody, Christy, and, Christina are horrible to deal with. They sent me the wrong thing and it did not get here when promised. Refused to make it right or give me the contact info of someone that would. This companies motto should be"Ripping off honest customers one piece at a time". Just so everyone knows this review is only over a very very small amount, but when you are trying to teach kids about morality people like this make it really hard.
