If you order something from them, do not expect it anytime soon, 2 to 3 weeks maybe if you stay on them, they like to take your money fast then once they get it they don't want to send it, have cost me to miss several jobs because of their negligence and lazy $#*! shipping shipping delays, been 13 days since I paid and still haven't received confirmation or tracking, but took my money fast enough
I'm a first time customer and immediately that was a problem for Epic's people. A lot of trouble could have been saved if that was declared up front. Then it was the shipping address, can't ship to a trans-shipper. Amazon, E-Bay ship to trans-shippers. Never mind that my google search of the shipping address contradicted their version; it is an apartment building. When I questioned this discrepancy they behaved as if they wanted me to cancel the order. I felt I had no option.
I would call back wanting to know what's up. That's when I got the hang up.
What business in its right mind hangs up on its customer? Beware!

Horrible customer service. Cody the manager is not out to be a problem solver, just a problem. I ordered an item for a gift and after some issues with trying to get tracking info and the questionable rules between Easton and Epic sports-a long trail of emails back and forth between Cody and my family ensued. He was everything but a help, and in-fact quite combative. Will never do business here again and will spread the word on the poor treatment. Grade F-
My order came in with dirty shirts, large pants and tiny pants. Because I ordered these items from the clearance, they will not return them. WOW. What a crappy deal for me. No more Epic. Dirty... Come ON! What a major disappointment from this company.
I have ordered things a few times and have always gotten my product way sooner then the expected date given from my order. Which has been great timing for my family. We are very happy with our products and will be ordering again from Epic.
I don't know why you would ever order from them unless no one else sold the product. Amazon or a sports store like $#*!s bends over backwards with customer service. This place has zero. If they are the only place that has your product, your stuck. If other places have it, use them!
Great prices but it takes two weeks or more to arrive... it's like ordering in the 1990's. I don't think they stock everything and have to order it themselves so if you need it quickly I would use someone else
Horrible customer service. Extremely slow. Still waiting for a package, lost in shipping, they are in no hurry to replace or even figure out where it is. Their idea of "in Stock" is if their vendor has it, not actually in their own warehouse. Stay away from this place!
Yes, their prices are good but their shipping rates are steep. Far worse then that though is their customer service. I asked them to help resolve a minor issue... a quick 5 minute effort and all would have been well. Their response, we can't help you. "We get requests all the time to help with problems and we just can't do that"
EPIC- congratulations, your stubborn insensitivity may have saved you 5 minutes of trouble and a couple dollars... but it will have cost you thousands in what you could have had since you have lost my business!
I really like the features where you can get free printing in the back of the jerseys, also if you need them faster you are able to select a few different options. It's al well explained, no surprises. Good job!
I love sport, so I always buy some merch from various football, basketball and volleyball teams. Actually, I use this uniform whether when i'm playing basketball with my friends, or when I'm at home. I believe that there is nothing better than wearing uniform of your favorite sport team. I found this website accidentally, when I searched for a new uniform. I explored all the assortment here and decided to ask customer support couple of questions. They politely explained me all the details and it seemed to me that they were really interested in my questions. Great service, no complaints.
Occasionally when you order clearance items with low number you get substitutions. I had 2 items substitutions for a smaller size. Although i ordered a medium luckily the delivered smalls fit my son. Everything else was as advertised so we are good. Really like the practice shorts and umpire undershirt for squat training.
I've read many bad reviews about this company but for some reason decided to try it for myself! I am really glad that I did. One of my items was out of stock and I received a phone call from epicsports saying I needed to contact them ASAP or my order would be on hold. So, I called them back and everything was taken care of right then. I'm usually skeptical of places who sell things for such a low price but I was really impressed. The estimated delivery time was correct and I received all of my items, plus the reimbursement for the out of stock item, in the time frame that they gave me. I will order from them again.
I ordered shirts for my track team and am still waiting on them 4 weeks later. Our season is over and our customer service rep, Mitch, does not seem to care that they have upset customers. He will not answer or return our calls and will only respond with vague emails. I give them one star because I can't go any lower. I will never order from them again.
I wanted to give this company a positive rating, but no matter how many opportunities I gave them they continue to fail. Not only was the order seriously delayed, but there was not communication, update, etc. I call multiple times only to be transferred to my account representative, who literally laughed when I asked why the team jerseys were not shipped overnight. I was told the order was delayed due to broken print equipment and vendor supply of the jerseys. I can understand that, but no communication the entire time is not acceptable. I guess the age old proverb applies here, you get what you pay for. In this case, I've not even gotten that as the jerseys where shipped 3 day, when I'm only a couple hours away. Heck I should have just drove and got them. Never will I use this company again and you would be smart to do the same.
Do NOT order from this website! Like many others, I ran into so many problems when trying to buy a single, $20 jersey. I got emails and calls from their fraud department not long after my order telling me something on my credit card looks iffy (which has never happened before), and when I contacted them to verify my information they started asking for utility bills for proof of address and my credit card number (over the phone). They then made it difficult to cancel my order and get my refund. Do not make the same mistake I did. This company is awful
The referee shorts, are pleated, snap top button, zipper fly and draw string all are extra improvements over typical... to make these shorts the finest, top end referee uniform I have work in 20 years. The pleats render a dressy vs the baggy look. I also bought a set of flags, all for an unreal price. I plan to add a red and blue ref jersey. Now that I can trust the workmanship of these goods... Rugged quality like it was back in the day... What a value... FIVE STARS *****
I ordered numerous soccer items from Epic and received all of them before the anticipated shipping date. The customer service guy, Eric, was very helpful in letting me know if the items were in stock. With that said, all of my items were Epic items. My understanding is if they have to order it from another company such as Rawlings, that is where the back order, delayed shipping problems come into play.
I received good quality stuff for a great price! I would definitely use Epic again, but would be cautious on expecting it quickly if it was not an Epic item that they ship from their factory or warehouse!
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
