The entire searching, ordering, and delivery process was simple and worked out perfectly. I ordered a large quantity of shirts of various colors. I received everything I ordered within 5 days without any problems. The product material was correct because I sampled a few items on an individual basis before placing a large order. This may help everyone out because you will know what you are getting ahead of time. Customer service was available to help if there was a question with your order. Overall, a great shopping experience.

Ordered 2 ping pong paddles as part of a birthday gift. Paid for 3 day shipping. 14 days and they won't refund the expedited shipping charges. Said they need 11 days to "process order". So now I have to buy them local so I have them on time anyway. Stay away from these folks. Negative stars.
I bought 8 mesh backed baseball caps in various colors. These were some of the cheapest options available, which is what I was looking for in this instance. I received my hats within just a few days. Most of these hats have a bill that's slightly off center. It's not major, but it is noticeable. I don't mind since these were only $3/each, but something to consider. You get what you pay for, so like I said: Good value.
I tried to find the best deal possible and I found epicsports.com. I had never heard of them before so I was doing some research. I ran across this site with all of the negative reviews and got scared. I still decided to take my chances after looking elsewhere at other reviews, as it is my experience that typically the only time people are motivated to write about a company is when they have a bad experience. My order number was ******* and I spoke with Erik. I also made things complicated.
I ordered over $100 worth of stuff and all the hats fit as should. But the clothes didn't at all. Softball pants for my daughter WAY too small. Coaching shirt leave pull overs for me WAY too big, more like a dress. Not happy.
I had placed an order for our softball team. Not only was there an extreme delay. There was very little response and communication creating a more stressful situation. In the end, we were sent wrong sizes of socks and arriving more than halfway through the season. Ask a lot of questions before placing your order. I had ordered from them before without this kind of problem so maybe it was some new employees? Just call ahead of placing your order to learn HOW to place order so you can receive in the time you are expecting.
Michael Mendez called me because he noticed the order looked like a previous one I had done, but the print style didn't match. Because of his quick response, a wrong order was caught before it was too late and our team received it's new shirts! Job well done!

Ordered a few items on 3/6. Nothing was on back-order, or out of stock. I finally received my order on 3/19. The shipping is way too slow for me to wait each time. I'd be more understanding if the shipping cost was free or low, but Epic's shipping fees are way more expensive than most sites. Too much competition to be so slack in that area. I'll shop other sites from now on.
Terrible! Ordered on Sept 25 for an Oct 1st delivery! Nothing came! Now their saying it delivered to my neighbor and the error was mine so no refund, no additional items, and for me to file a police report!
I feel once u place a order. They should not charge your card $1.00 to test a customer debit card. Because if the customer did not have the money I don't think the customer would be shopping. I also feel it should not take over 5 days to receive a package. Especially, if u are anywhere in the US using express delivery. I also feel calling customer service number should get more help. I was on hold for over a hour waiting to speak to someone about they charging my card a $1.00. Then on top of that if the screen happen to freeze it will charge your card additional times. I just hope by this review the company does better when dealing with customers.
My order was Very late because your shipping dept. wrote an incorrect address on the label; 1500 instead of 212. The poor elderly lady who lives at 150 (there is no 1500 in the neighborhood) took the trouble of delivering it back to the UPS store, but then got it delivered to her AGAIN! She kindly let me pick it up from her once she had the foresight to call your customer service dept and they called me, but without a correct address or a name to go on.
Ordered $200 worth of merchandise, the site sizing is not accurate and therefore needed to exchange 4 items. You can fill out a return listing exchanges, that you will pay your own shipping for, but they will process it only as a return with stocking fees. What they don't tell you is how much they will additionally withhold and they will refuse to provide an explanation. I am paying more than half of my return in fees they cannot explain (its almost $100) even if I order the same product in different sizes, I have to pay for that in full and hope for a refund on the stocking fees. I will still not receive half of that amount either for reasons they will not disclose. This is theft and would never be allowed anywhere else. Attempted to speak with customer service and their inappropriate and unprofessional responses were horrid, even asking multiple times, they refused to answer why they were still withholding additional money from the return amount.
I like the selections from head to toe, sport to sport. Oh and great prices. You can request bulk prices. It really is a good site... The only reason i rated a 4 and not a 5 is my order got messed up, but the great customer service team rectified the problem. That and the shipping and handling. I may be just spoiled from some of the other sites I've been ordering thru... Anyway I made another purchase last night and look forward to future purchases over this year.
I reluctantly ordered from this company after reading some of the not-so-pleasant reviews provided by other customers on this site. I decided to take a chance and order from them anyway because their prices for the items I needed were better than anywhere I could find locally or online. The order was placed seamlessly. There was no credit card hold or problem with authorization (as mentioned by another reviewer). Within 24 hours I received an email notice of shipment that included the tracking number. To clarify, I ordered online Sunday night and received the email with shipment tracking by mid-day Tuesday. By Friday of the same week, the items arrived and were in excellent shape. So, my overall time from order to receipt of the item (in a state on the opposite coast) was 5 days.
Good quality. The only thing I can say negative is that I would have liked to have been able to choose from more colors. The positives: I ordered for a dance team (10 and 11 year olds) ranging in sizes from medium child to small adult. I had a very difficult time trying to find shirts to fit youth and adult. My co sponsor found this website online. We ordered hoping for the best and have been very pleased with the product so far. VERY fast delivery. I got 2 day shipping. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon late and it was at my door on Friday evening. We will definitely order the same shirts next year.

I ordered royal blue t shirts and customized them as jerseys for my softball team. It was straight forward and easy to do. My only complaint is that the logo on the front isn't a bright white like it was supposed to be. It's a little faded, but still looks ok.
Absolutely loved the price, the quality, and how fast it shipped! The husband was super skeptical when I first placed the order ("Good luck with that! You get what you pay for."). Will definitely be using EpicSports for all of my team jerseys in the future. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were limited on the sizes available. But we ordered what was available in the sizes closer to what we needed and it worked out just fine!
I ordered 2 pair of same pants for my daughter. One pair fit great the other was way too small. I think they were missed marked. I argued with them for three months about getting my money back or getting a new pair. The service rep Lori is horrible she asked me for pictures three different time and lost them. She would not give me bosses phone number. Do not buy from this business. Discount for this business means customer loosing money.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
