I recently started using Epos Now, and it's been great! The setup was quick and super easy, and the system is simple enough for everyone on my team to use. Anytime I've had questions, their support team has been friendly and helpful. It's made handling orders and tracking inventory way easier. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hassle-free POS system!
Avoid at all costs. COMPLETE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY There till will not connect to a portable router. After spending a couple of days with the account manager who involved their technical team, their system will not connect to the portable router. As it stands.Getting a fiber connection is very difficult as my business is in an old building and will require the council to dig up approximately 60ft of pavement and could take months for the work to be done. Other POS companies use standard devices with no issues. Now they are expecting me to pay £49 a.month for nothing. They can get lost. I let expert market know and they were disgusted. Whatever complaint you raise, they do not uphold it. They are criminal. DO NOT CHOSE EPOSNOW.
Excellent service and value. The business is a joy to deal with. I have zero computer or techy knowledge so impretty proud of myself that I made a good purchase here. I have had to call Epos Now for training etc etc but always get what I need. No complaints!
Kat and Hazel helped solve a niggling issue with the chip and pin system. It had been bugging us for months but they took control of the till and fixed it in minute (reconfigured the software). What else to say - problem solved!
Was loving their product and deal and was all set to move forward, asked an innocent question on the phone regarding their existing customers as their website indicated they supplied Nandos (which they don't). Then had a very aggressive response accusing me of all sorts, they even then suggested they would send me the recorded tel conversation to prove I was at fault. Which I agreed to as I was questioning myself at this point. But of course they have not sent anything even after further email requests...

Live Chat takes hours to wait.
Telephone queue takes days to get through.
Support ticket, no replies, still waiting - it's been 4 days.
Call back, they call you back at around 10pm when you're with family or bust with other things.
All in all, if you need help setting up your ePos and getting things going. Epos Now is not for you.
They don't have enough people taking care of customers and seems like ages to get through.
However, if you're a new customer these lines are answered within seconds to avoid losing a sale?
The whole infrastructure does not support you.

In April/May 2016, we purchased the EposNow service including integration with our Magento. To date which is 10/05/2017! (mind the date), our business is still at the same position where it was when we decided to go with integration. It has been a Year past by but we cannot see any light at the end of tunnel.
Reading some comments of other businesses which find themselves in a similar to us situation with the same integration problems, it become clear to us that Epos are selling knowingly faulty "Integration".
To the new customers: be aware that EposNow and Magento cannot integrate!

We have been with Epos Now for a year & we are so impressed with the system. We added the loyalty module about 3 months ago and although it cost us money to add it & to buy the loyalty cards, we have seen the benefits already, which is amazing. So many customers come back again & again with their cards to get points to spend next time.
I have a retail shop and has been using the basic cash register for a few years. When I found out this Epos system from Epos Now I decided to give them a call and the service from the sales team were excellent. They talked me through how the system work and shown me a demo online after the demo I bought the system straight away.
Also the support team were excellent too I have called them a few times and the problem solved nearly straight away every time.
The system offers a lots more reports than I expected it and also I can check the sale from my smart phone when I am away. Back office is also very good I can update the pricing, adding new products, running a report etc... at home or anywhere with the internet connection.
My staffs and I found the system is so easy to use.
I have already recommended to my friend to use get the system from Epos Now.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new epos system talk to Epos Now.

After looking around for a new epos system for our hardware store, we found EPOSNOW were offering a system at a competitive price. From first contacting them they were helpful, informative, and patient with all our questions. We then found out out that they were based 20 miles away and invited us to come and see the system working if we wanted.
After visiting them we decided to purchase a system and within a few days it was delivered. Simple and easy installation within 1 hour.
Whenever we need help or any questions the customer service team are responsive, helpful and polite. With updates and features always being added to system it gives you great encouragement that they are really working hard to improve to an already great and user friendly system. So many features to customise the system to your companies requirements, it really is easy to use to help any business improve sales and control stock.
Excellent service and system at a fraction of some other quotes we received.
Be careful. The onboarding is easy and the system pretty nice. Short learning curve. But we no longer need the system. They keep giving us excuses why our account isn't cancelled. This has been going on for two months. They're costing many hours of business time. They've charged me twice. It's 9/30/21. Oct 8th, I'll have to contact my bank for fraudulent charges, in order to get my money back. This time I talked to Heather. She's confident, as were the others, that this will be fixed. If I hear from them before that, I'll update this information.

I was looking for epos systems and must have looked at a dozen websites until I found this one. Very easy to navigate and found exactly the right systems much faster than I thought I would. 10/10 for design and everything else.
Josh did everything I wanted. I purchased Bulk import, and with the help of Josh did a stock take with over 3000 items and then up loaded the data onto my till. This has so helped me with the day to day running of my business. My end of year will now take 5 minutes instead of 5 days.

I've had my eposnow till for nearly a year but only just added xero. For somebody who has never understood accounts, it is a life saver! Makes everything really easy as it syncs itself. The only thing I would improve is the support wait time as it's taken longer to get through lately, but great once I'm through. Thanks Chris!
We are just coming up to our 2nd full month since going live with Eposnow, and are absolutely over the moon with it. We have had nothing but positive response and support from the Epos staff, with helping us set up & get to grips with the system, be it via submitting a ticket or over the phone.
The software is extremely user friendly, for all "technical abilities" and has improved the efficiency of our customer service and financial reporting.

They Dont Tell you about any charges after 12 month and they make you have support or they block ur tills so i paid and then when you need to use your support they dont have a clue what going on and keep saying they will ring back
So far, save a few shipping issues, I must say that the service offered by the EPOS Now team has been second to none! Any issue (mostly due to our ignorance whilst learning) is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Joshua and our on=site guy Mark B have both been exceptional - incredibly patient with lots of helpful hints and tips. We're excited to see the positive difference that EPOS Now will have to our business.

We were sold the ipad till system which has unfortunately not worked well and is costly in all ways. Contrary to this the support staff are excellent and patient and I rate all of them 5 out of 5. The issue is not the staff but the manner in which epos is set up.

Questionable sales techniques, hours on hold after the purchase and then when I request a return and refund after only having the system only 2 days, I am refused! If you are in America, system has UK date formats that cannot be change to US. Purchase order contain a confusing line that has cost plus tax which is retail is never need and just creates confuse. I was informed that this cannot be changed. When you enter an item you can add a sku and then you can't access that sku ever again. Over 30 minutes on hold at least 4 different times over a three day period. You can't see your inventory items "at a glance", one screen to see inventory, one screen for product infromation and yet another for purchase history.

Having to rush through the setup process, for one thing or another, Tez really stepped up and helped me through it - efficiently but thoroughly! I managed to get all of products across to him within the day and he had it up and on my BOH by the next morning. Very helpful and patient with those of us not too savvy with the tech...

My experience with Eposnow has been nothing but fantastic! They sent the tracking number for my package and called as soon as I purchased, and my implementation was quick and simple! I found that the team was very knowledgeable on the software and every little issue I had was quickly and pleasantly resolved. I definitely plan to invest more money with Eposnow, especially with the new software just around the corner!

EposNow tailored their implementation/setup call exactly to my needs. As I had already started doing basic functions such as adding products to the till, our implementation manager bypassed the standard, intial setup and was able to cover the specific areas I needed in order to commence trading the next day!

Have used the system for approx 18 months. Bought specifically as it stated it would run on android of which it did until the last update which has resulted in the app no longer working correctly on kitkat even though it is still advertised as working on this version of android and upwards.
The response from EposNow has been tough luck you need to upgrade. The tablet I have is locked to kitkat and cannot be upgraded so rather than present a solution I either have to purchase a replacement or find a different company to work with.
In my opinion, it is a poor level of commitment and service to customers to upgrade beyond the stated minimum requirements. Kitkat counts still counts for over 18% of the android market and is still the base os for many tablets being sold.
Support tickets rarely get a reply.
