I recently started using Epos Now, and it's been great! The setup was quick and super easy, and the system is simple enough for everyone on my team to use. Anytime I've had questions, their support team has been friendly and helpful. It's made handling orders and tracking inventory way easier. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hassle-free POS system!
Avoid at all costs. COMPLETE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY There till will not connect to a portable router. After spending a couple of days with the account manager who involved their technical team, their system will not connect to the portable router. As it stands.Getting a fiber connection is very difficult as my business is in an old building and will require the council to dig up approximately 60ft of pavement and could take months for the work to be done. Other POS companies use standard devices with no issues. Now they are expecting me to pay £49 a.month for nothing. They can get lost. I let expert market know and they were disgusted. Whatever complaint you raise, they do not uphold it. They are criminal. DO NOT CHOSE EPOSNOW.
From day one EposNow has had my back, the U. S support team is top notch. From the first day of purchasing the system, to the setup, and live date I haven't had any issue. Thank you EposNow I will be buying again.
I am new to the pub trade and the till systems used within it, however the excellent back-up support I have received from the EPOS Team has been second to none. I have called them at all hours of the day, several times a day and all of the operatives have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The tills are very easy to use and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for this sort of system.
Terribe hardware espeecially the display which has a worst resolution, noisy machine and everything is worst we never recommend to consider.

Very expensive software license for one year. 175 GBP +VAT should be paid after 1 year again. They stop immediately lock out till without notification.
Epos now is ok for instant cash sales but not if you have monthly accounts.
Was told it could do monthly statement so was miss sold this cannot do Monthly Statements and they have no intensions of helping you once you have paid your money.
Raised compliant told I am at top of list to get call back from the top manager 4 months later around 22 calls and numerous emails to them I am still waiting!
Currently spoke to Trading standards and solicitors who are saying it has been miss sold looking to have to take them to court. Would advise to look for any other company apart from eposnow total disgrace.

The process of buying the system was straightforward. Upon installation, the setting up and cataloging of the inventory was easy with minimal support required. On the occasions I've had to phone support, I have found them to be helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying an Epos system to give Epos Now a try.
As a customer of Epos Now i just wanted to say how poor their level of customer service is. They play repetatived music so that you hang up and use whatsapp so its less hassle for them. The wait times to talk to someone is very poor and you dont alwas get your issues resolved. If I hadn't already payed out a lot of money for a till i would be going else where.

We looked at several EPOS systems and we are very pleased to have implemented the EPOSNOW system. It is simple in its set up and provided the key information for our small community shop. We had excellent support from Lauren who provided clarity of the functionality of the system. Our volunteers have adapted very quickly to the till and find it intuitive.
We have only been running the system for a few weeks and have not yet implemented any of the stock management features. This has allowed us to have a very phased implementation.
The system is flexible for different levels of user.
The slight concern is the lack of system documentation albeit there is online support. We have not yet fully evaluated the robustness of the system transparency but at this stage we would fully support EPOSNOW

I bought eposnow to sort out my stock. I had good records of what I was buying (we were tracking it in excel) but we were really struggling to understand what was selling. Our method was to take a stock take once a month (which took forever, as we have over 3,000 SKU).
Now I can see instantly what's sold, when it's sold. More importantly I can see what's not selling so I can discount it and never buy it in again!
It's really changed our business. I've saved hours each week, and it's helping to put our business on more firm financial foundation
Only been with EPOSNow a month, but so far so good, I have read some of the reviews and some of them are really bad, don't understand why people have so many problems with them but I hope it doesn't happen to me. The implementation team is really friendly and call you as many times as you need to have you up and running and the system itself is very easy to use. Shout out to Josh Groom who is been really good and patience with us. It can be a little be pricy to be honest, but it's all depending of your needs.

I open a new business and bought eponow. When we spoke to the salesman Herry we told him it's a grocery store and if there system is good for a grocery store. Obviously he said yes. When we got the system we notice it was not for a grocery store it's good for a restaurant business. So we complained and what happened nothing. They ignore us all the time. We send them email and try to call them but nobody bothers to response. We call Herry 100 times but he never picked up. After 1 month a Chris the manager called us. I told him we dont want the system anymore and we want to cancel the contract. Chris answer was a shock for me. He told me straight up we signed a contract with eposnow and it's our own fault why we did it. I don't know what to do now. I am trying to reach them again but they don't answer. Al Noor Supermarket

I was first in contact with Epos Now in 2013, and really liked their software and got on well with the sales guy. However I was convinced by a competitor to go with them because they were cheaper by £250.
That was a catastrophic mistake that's ended up costing me and my staff hours and hours of pain an agony using out-dated software and with hardware problems. When our 3 year contracted ended with that company I rushed to get back in contact with Epos Now.
We've now had the new Epos Now system for three months and it is like light and day. The software is modern and reliable. The biggest benefit to me is that I can access it remotely from my phone to view sales figures. I get an emailed dashboard every day with my sales and refund figures for the day so even when I'm out of the office I don't have to chase up my managers to find out takings. My admin time has been reduced and we've got a better view of our profitability each week.
The biggest change has been the customer service. For a start Epos Now actually have a UK call centre so you don't feel like you're constantly hitting language barriers, and secondly they actually pick up the phone.
It's been a really great move, and I wish we'd gone with them originally three years ago.

Each spray there is something which does not work, when we ring up we spend 30 mins or more waiting for support, they may fix the problem but then cause another which requires another phone call. If they paid me by the hour for each time I rang I would be a millionaire.
They don't listen to you, they have no idea of the problem which is caused by their system not working, being told that an update in a few days will solve the problem but in reality causes yet again another phone call
The new system which is there updated version I would not have bought had I seen it as it is not for a toy shop it is designed for a coffee shop etc. The colouring is a disaster causing myself problems due to my sight issues at the moment.
Being told that we can stay on the old system but we shall be unsupported is bad customer service and not taking into account the visual problem.
I dread using the system
I dead ringing up as it results in me getting upset and them totally not bothered, spending valuable time talking to people who don't care
It makes me cross that we have to pay each month for a service which is not working and not being listened to.
I am seriously going to talk to my solicitor about the situation

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After 3 weeks of dealing with incompetence I was sent a new printer WITHOUT the cords! Seriously?!?!?! How dumb are you!? And when I want to speak to a manager, they tell me they are too busy with other calls-so there's that many unhappy people that I have to wait in line to speak with someone in charge?
