I'm so sick of the auctioneer this particular Auctioneer Powers auction constantly making people win their bids at the max bid a lot of guys I talk to are getting sick of powers and them doing that somehow they're working the system to hit our Max bits I was watching them the other day and they would run the bid up and then drop it back down again and remove bits until they found the highest bid and then that's where they started

Bidding was certainly easy. I very much like being able to lock my bid button, but on the last sale that didn't seem available.?

There was certainly once, and I really believe twice, Equipment facts showed on my screen "YOU WON' then auctioneer awarded lot to someone else. I realize this was auctioneer fault, but he should honor EQ representative.
Super easy to bid. Website is fast! Only thing I dont care for is the buyers premium BUT I understand the auctioneer has costs using this system. Overall very happy
Every thing went fine sale was good I could here auctioneer good and they gave me plenty of time to bid
It's hard for me to keep up with. I can't keep track of 8 or 10 auctions. It doesn't help that every sale takes my computer back to the active item screen, interrupting what I'm doing. If the system could just keep track of my liked items and get them in front of me when they're about to sell, that'd really be something. As it is, sometimes I get text updates, sometimes I don't.

It went exceptionally well... I was absolutely impressed with the professional and courteous service that I received from the entire staff during and after the sale... The auction went very well, a little problem with Wausau communication after I had sent sales tax exemption and bank letter the day before the auction. I think too much paperwork in short period of time and I'm sure it will work out ok.
This was a great experience. Probably the easiest purchase we have made. We bought a 608C corn head and 630F cutting platform all online bidding and it went great without any problems. Super nice people to talk to and very helpful.

Auction was good. Quick bids
Only thing I suggest is send a notification that someone has won. I think I saw a quicker winner flash on screen but then had to call the next day to confirm. Nothing was sent to me and could not find anything in account settings to check
I signed up last minute for an auction and it was an easy process to register. I was able to bid from my phone while pulled over on the road during the auction lot I was watching. I was able to submit the winning bid and won the lot we were hoping for. Great program!
The online auction went smoothly and the watch and alert features worked well. The down side is all the after sale marketing that we received. Texts and emails wanting to haul the equipment. More wanting to sell surplus equipment, etc. These features may be wanted by some but I have not seen a way to opt out of these messages.
Kinda fast paced, paid a little more than I wanted because bidding was so fast by the time my bid got in it was over the amount I was going to pay. But it's bought and too late. Could do without the 9 gazillion freight company calls too
Thanks for leaving a 5 star rating Ryan! Some auctions will move faster then others, but there are some that move at a slower more in control pace. It just depends on the auction comapny and how many items they are selling that day.
Audio was not great, but we managed to hear enough to win the bid! My first auction bid winner.

Always be sure to follow along with the bid increments that the EquipmentFacts clerk has up for the bid as they are always following the auctioneer. You can also call us at 908-788-2025 and let us know what auction you are bidding on and that the audio is spotty and we can let that clerk know to see if it can be imporved upon. Listening to the auctioneer describe the item reassured my mind it was a good deal! It was easy to follow on the website, glancing at upcoming items then back to the live auction. Nice job!
I bid on two seperate side by side lots, everything went ok with the bidding process. However, when I finished bidding on the first item, there was a pop-up on my screen asking me to complete a questionaire on my bidding experience. I found it difficult to make the pop-up go away so that I could bid on the second item in the next lot. I was able to buy both lots, so no harm done, but please do not send prompts like that during the auction.
