I had no trouble finding and ordering the part I needed for my 20 year old weed trimmer. As soon as I entered the part number, they had it right away. Would definitely use replacement again. TOTALLY SATISFIED!

Ordered part on 12/17. Received notification part was shipped to usps on 12/18. It is 1/6 and usps has not received the order. Trying to contact company only got me robot response with no chance of human interaction. For a company that charges 14.35 shipping you would expect better service.
I am about to send the part I ordered back. Reason being the diagram was wrong on the exploded view. I needed a double lamp socket and a single was sent. Good thing I printed out a return label which will make the job easier! If by chance a double socket is available I would appreciate it being sent at no charge. Once receiving the double socket I will gladly return the single
I have bank statements showing where the money was taken off my card but they don't have any record of if. How convenient. ROBBERS. These people took food off of my kids table. I wouldnt even give them 1 star but I can't post this without it
The belt that was sent was the one I ordered for my Craftsman riding mower, but when I was trying to determine which belt was needed, I assumed (wrongly) that it was the one labeled drive belt, since the one I needed was the one to make the mower go (i. E., drive it). This is apparently the one for the deck. So my husband ordered another belt which said drive belt, but it turned out that this one was also the wrong one (it was the short one for something). So now we're waiting to receive the third and last possibility for belts, and hopefully this one will be right.

Nothing to say, I just order the part, only thing is that it was not the right one and now I just have a carafe that does not fit in my coffee machine

I did not ask if I could return the item so I don't know if that was possible, and/or if they would have given me a full refund. The shipping was more than the item so I don't think I would like to pay more to ship it back so I am stuck with something that is not the right size for my machine
I needed to find a replacement for a Breville toaster oven, and was thrilled to get two. The cost of shipping is expensive, but the products are perfect and I will them for years.
Not only do they have the parts I have needed, but lotsa videos on how to "do the repair". If they do not have the part in stock, it is usually because the manufacturer quit making it!

If you haven't replaced a particular part on a tool you suspect has failed, look at the videos that ereplacement offers.It can't get easier than that!

Sadly after waiting 6 months for a Skill battery, the one that arrived was for a Bosch tool! The accompanying order was for a Skill tool though.
So I think it was about 10% right.

They had the exact part I needed to repair a faucet. The tool i needed was even included. Fast service and delivery.
The quality of this part is much better than the others I have purchased on line. The belt is much like the original that lasted 5 years.
