A total disaster. I ordered a suit and it came 13 days later. I was very disappointed with its quality after spending $76! I emailed the store immediately and the email bounced three times. I contacted the store via Instagram and they responded informing me I was not able to return for store credit since they have a 14 day policy to return items. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE AND RETURN AN ITEM COMING FROM CANADA IN 14 DAYS?! There was no consideration given to the fact I was unhappy with my purchase. The only offer was 20% off my next purchase. AS IF I'd ever purchase another item from this site. The store attempted to like all my photos in an effort to get me to keep quiet. Since they stopped responding to my messages, I commented my disappointment on one of their photos. The store then deleted my comments and have since blocked me. What does this say about customer service?!
