I have been ordering products mainly Yonka skincare for many years and have always received my products within a week. I live in Ontario so I think that's fair. In the past few months I have noticed and taken advantage of their frequent sales. Also noticed now they offer money value off toward purchases and keep reminding me of my points which I appreciate. I receive sample suited for my skin type based on what I have ordered and my products always are packaged well with very little waste. I am very surprised at all the negative reviews as I have never had a problem in anyway. I'm grateful to be able to get these professional products especially on sale. Thank-you Eternal Skin Care

Their website clearly states they will lower the amount on the invoice to help avoid customs fees, but this turned out to be completely false. Not only did I still have to pay customs, but the customs price was €65 higher than the actual cost of the product! I emailed their customer service twice and received no response. When I finally managed to get through on chat, they admitted they try to mark packages as gifts – but that's not what they promise on their website. I explained that I'd end up paying €50-100 extra in customs fees, and their response was simply, "I understand, is there anything else we can help with?" To make things worse, they didn't ship my order until 6 days after I placed it, and now, 30 days later, it still hasn't arrived. Avoid them if you're buying internationally!

Ordered 2 products and wasn't getting an update on shipment after a couple of weeks of the order date so I contacted the chat and found out that one of the products was back ordered for up to 5 weeks. Credited me for the backed ordered product and shipped out the one they had in stock. Charged me shipping because now my ordered didn't meet the min purchase which they said was $200. Then when I checked the min order for free shipping it said $150. I should never have been charged for shipping!

Fraud / scam. My order was on non-stop 'back order' for 7 weeks, so I called them to cancel. They did. They sent me an email confirming cancelled order at 6:27pm and at the exact same time they charged my credit card for the full order at 6:27pm. I called them back, and they said they didn't charge me.

Very poor customer service! I placed an order on 11/4/21 which I did not receive until 12/8/21. In the meantime, I was able to get the items from another site right away. When I called to find out how to return my order I was willing to incur return shipping fees) I was told there would be an additional charge of 25% of the cost for restocking fees... no one in today's online ordering does this! I will NEVER order from E Skin again!
I ordered over $200 of skincare products in order to use $35 gift card promo, everything was in stock. 5 days later, after never receiving any shipment confirmation, I checked online come to find out one of the item is on back order ( 3 weeks). So this company instead of notifying me, pretty much just waiting 3 weeks to ship my products. When I called them, the option was to drop the item that's not in stock but at the same I will not be able to use my $35 gift card, which make absolutely no sense to me, because like I told them, when I made the purchase, it was in stock, it's not my fault that you advertising stuff that you don't have. So to sum it all, I end up losing my $35 gift card. Never again. Stay way from this company!
They first gave me a defective skin ceuticals serum which cost over $200. Upon returning they still charged me a restocking fee when their website says no restocking fee on defective items. Now the cowards won't even pick up my phone call when I try to call and get my full refund back. NEVER shop with them. Total greedy scammers who will not send you quality products then make you pay. Wish I read the other negative reviews before even trying to do business with this store. Never again. They will lose this customer for good. Btw I made two large orders with them this year as a first time customer. I would have continue making purchases if they had some decent morals and good customer service. Taking my business elsewhere from them from now.

I left 6 messages, emails and phone calls over a two week span. No one called back. I've been ordering from here for almost 3 years and this was the first problem I had. The toner I've been using changed their formula. I didn't like the switch and just wanted to make an exchange. Was given no help at all. I'm done with this site.So rude.
Don't ever buy from this online store. They'll send you the wrong product and hope you dont notice it. And when you contact them, no one seems to know what to do or how to fix the issue. They want you to wait until they finish "investigating" what went wrong on their end before they give you your money or send you the actual product. Its so disappointing because i really wanted to trust this company but they are very inconsistent. One of the product i got looked really dodgy as well, label was half peeled off when i got it. Very different from all the Elta MD i ever bought.
After waiting a month to get the 100$ product I ordered, it arrived half empty and when I asked for another product they said I have to ship the product back at my own cost for a defective product. Will never buy from this store again.

While the selection of items at Eternal Skin Care is impressive, the fact that 90% of what I order shows as "backordered" after submitting payment information is not. Dealing with customer service is a breeze, though. Very easy to adjust orders and done in a timely manner.

I have ordered from here a few times with no issues. They are great for getting special products hard to come by in Canada. Have never had to deal with customer service, so can't comment on that. Order three different lip products from them. Of the three, two of the tubes were empty - actually had no product in them. I was told by customer service to take a picture and send it to them and that I might receive a partial refund. I still havent heard back. I would suggest you do not order from this company.
I have been shopping for years and am surprised by the negative comments. I have had an occasional backorder on my order but nothing substantial - I make sure I order a few weeks before I run out. Also, I feel better knowing they don't just sell you old stock but fresher product right from the manufacturing line. I keep ordering and my products keep coming. Plus I love their expanding product catalogue - so many new things to pick from.
Items were on back order. When they arrived approximately a month later, liquid from some products spilt in the bag as it was improperly packaged. Attempts were made by email and telephone calls to help with this issue. No response by email and kept receiving the answering machine when I was instructed to call back if I did not receive a response by email. I was very inconvenienced by this and did not receive the full quantity paid for. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
Ordered three products 12/11/19 and have received none. Nor an email telling me what's happening. Contacted two weeks ago and was told they were ion back order and just received should get them in 5-7 days. Days go by and nothing. Such an easy website or order from, order came promptly with some amazing samples and they sell medical grade skin care you can't get at a lot of places, I got the renewel complexion pads they are amazing, especially for someone with acne I use them everyday a long with other products and they work!

Found an email in my junk mail telling me that I will receive the products in a month. I specially ordered on this site to have my products quickly, otherwise I would have bought them elsewhere! Purchased medi spa products (read EXPENSIVE). Took over 1 month for me to get it. Cleansing balm was liquid, not solid. Vivier ultimage was broken (bottom off, pump loose and liquid leaking out). After multiple complaints, tickets, reminders, emails, pictures sent, they now tell me I have to PAY to ship these defective products back in order to get a refund! TOTAL SCAM SITE BEWARE.

This company is such BS. I got screwed over big time by them and they have no remorse. Got a facial at the Robson location - they took liberties with my skin and used a needle on a milia on me without asking. Now I have a scar, for life. I bought hundreds and hundreds of dollars there of skincare for years - I suggested so many people to go there for treatments and products, they made so much money off me and now don't even want to make things right. Never will order from them or suggest them.

I buy the Sothys eau de parfum Secrets in Paris on layovers and love it. I ordered online from eskincarestore and was sent a product that smells putrid and not at all like the original that I am used to using. I will ask for my money back once they send me the refund approval. I have 7 days to return the product. I hope I get my $200 back.

This item was received by the Sothys supplier recently and we are looking into this issue. The item is original and not a knock off. We will take responsibility and will investigate any possible claims our customer may have. Posting such reviews just because an item may have been defected once received from supplier is a very unpleasant act. Some customers attempt such acts online to take advantage from legitimate and hard working people and local businesses.

Long term customer. Finally got tired of their BS. They advertise a site-wide sale when most brands are excluded from the sale. Free shipping is rarely offered; it is standard practice with other companies. They never have an event where they pay the taxes, to the best of my recollection, while other companies do. Backordering is common and annoying. Recently I wrote a review about one of two products and was prohibited from attempting to review the second one. Emails I sent resulted in non-answers, so I couldn't collect the promised points. Either there is stupidity or plain dishonesty going on and I am pretty disgusted. Time to exit this irritating operation.

I was trying to find a retailer that carried Rene Futerer products in Nova Scotia. When I found the products I wanted on-line being sold by Eternal Skin Care, I was a little hesitant to order, as I normally don't shop on-line.
The company was having a 20% off sale, so I took the plunge and I am so glad I did. Two items were backordered, but it only took a few days before my entire order was shipped. I could track the progress of my goodies and when my parcel arrived, everything was just as I hoped it would be. Every item was in it's pristine box and was surrounded by bubble wrap.
