I have been ordering products mainly Yonka skincare for many years and have always received my products within a week. I live in Ontario so I think that's fair. In the past few months I have noticed and taken advantage of their frequent sales. Also noticed now they offer money value off toward purchases and keep reminding me of my points which I appreciate. I receive sample suited for my skin type based on what I have ordered and my products always are packaged well with very little waste. I am very surprised at all the negative reviews as I have never had a problem in anyway. I'm grateful to be able to get these professional products especially on sale. Thank-you Eternal Skin Care
I had a terrible experience ordering from this company as an international customer. Their website clearly states they will lower the amount on the invoice to help avoid customs fees, but this turned out to be completely false. Not only did I still have to pay customs, but the customs price was €65 higher than the actual cost of the product! I emailed their customer service twice and received no response. When I finally managed to get through on chat, they admitted they try to mark packages as gifts – but that's not what they promise on their website. I explained that I'd end up paying €50-100 extra in customs fees, and their response was simply, "I understand, is there anything else we can help with?" To make things worse, they didn't ship my order until 6 days after I placed it, and now, 30 days later, it still hasn't arrived. Avoid them if you're buying internationally!

I wish i have had read reviews b4 ordering.
After reading all the negative reviews I must say I am very surprised. I have been ordering products from eskinstore for a few years now and have never had an issue with my orders. I hope if there is a problem they resolve it quickly because if I had read these comments before I ordered anything I would certainly would have changed my mind and ordered elsewhere.
Do not be seduced by their existensive product line. Information from both my debit card and a credit card was stolen and used to buy online gift cards.
Either their website security is faulty or the employees are thieves.
I contacted eskinstore as a courtesy to let them know and never received a response. So unless you want a stranger to buy online gift cards to Whole Foods and Forever 21, with your money, I would avoid this company at all costs.
After calling to ensure the product was in stock, my order 5 seconds later was backordered for 1 product. So I wanted to pick up the products that are available. Nope they don't do that... it can take & has taken 2 weeks to 4 months for them to get products in stock. Horrid horrid customer service. Unbelievable.

I purchased 5 Lira rose concealers from Eskincae store. Three of five were not the correct color and I have photographic proof. I wrote to the company and they failed to respond to my complaint. So I am out $114.00. Worst company who will steal your money.

They sent me a dried/defective product which was a 4 months supply according to the product's website. After about 2.5 weeks it completely dried out. I contacted them and asked to talk to a supervisor. He asked me to return the product and if it was dry, they will refund me the full amount (as they didn't have any of that product in stock to re-send) and 25% stocking fee wouldn't apply as it was a defective product. I did that but they refunded me a portion of it and held about $50. When I called them back, customer service said that we identified this as not defective and the reason was dry was that you used it too much! Can you believe this?! A 4 months supply and after 2 weeks of usage, they claimed I used it too much! A BS excuse in order to not to pay me fully. They never returned my calls when I asked for a supervisor! Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.
Dont shop there sent soon to be expired products and dont return phone calls or email. Dont have stock of some of items and charge way too much for shipping. Customer service representive was very very rude. He doesnt listen start talking before you even start your conversation.
Very disappointed with this company. Products are always on backorder because they ckearly do not stock - they order product from suppliers only after they receive a purchase. Also, their customer service is very poor. I have emailed them my concern and they have not even responded.
From my experience and what I've gathered from reading other reviews, it doesn't appear like they actually stock any products. They may only order them from the supplier once an order is placed. I was told that my item was out of stock and would take four weeks to be in stock. Once in stock they claimed it would be sent express (international) shipping... I waited patiently, then in the end the item was shipped standard shipping. When I emailed to confirm that it was sent standard (I thought maybe that was a mistake in the email), they did not acknowledge their mistake or appologize for the wait time, lack of communication, or their lack of follow-through with the express shipping. Avoid ordering from this site, if you'd like to receive your items in a timely manner.
Very simply - you order from this site with the impression that they have the product in stock. They take your payment. Then you find out the product is on backorder for weeks at first and then months on end. Customer service is useless. When asked about where your order is and how long it is going to take to get it here in Canada after you ordered it months ago, it is the same song and dance useless non descript excuse and a waste of your time even bothering. This has happened to me twice now for the same product. I don't know how others have had a good experience with this site. Guess they got lucky. My advice is to go elsewhere and give this site a hard no.
I ordered a product with eskincarestore in June 2019, some products could not be shipped due to being out of stock. Ultimately after waiting 4 plus months, I asked for the amount for unshipped products to be refunded.The said refund will be issued in 3 to 5 days (I also have an email confirming the refund has been made). Till date, no refund has been issued and products not shipped. I have called them more than 20 times each time they make some excuse. I am also not able to escalate the issue to a manager as each time they say no manager is available and someone will call back. No one calls back at all.
I am forced to think that they are trying to steal my money by not refunding. I would not even rate them as a zero.
I ordered two products on line that were deemed available when ordering. I subsequently received an email that one of the products was on back order and would take at least a week. I immediately called (because they give you no method of email communication) and left a voicemail with a very suspect system that didn't seem to have anyone manning the phones to completely cancel the order and provided my info. No one returned my call and low and behold a week after ordering they send an email that they are shipping and it will take another week for receipt. Again called and although they appear to "put you on hold to be answered in sequence" I was again thrust to voicemail. Terrible communications and service and I suspect it is someone who sells out of their garage and has some other full time job. DO NOT ORDER FROM ESkincareStore
These people offer a sample for 4.95, then charge you 84.75. They tell you can have a refund, if you send it back within so many days, then they say, we don't take them back because they are consumable, even if you didn't open the package. This is also true for CGS*Splashfiness. They are the same company as Eskincare, both in UT. Since this is there web page they'll probable not leave this review up.
WORST customer service ever. They do not even understand or follow their own store policies. Impossible to get a hold of and do not care of customers at all. They won't refund your money even after you return it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Used to order skincare products and had no problem other than the occasional backorders. Stopped buying my skincare products from them few years ago because my credit card was comprised not once but twice after placing my order with them. I could tell it was someone relating to eskincare because that credit card I used was solely for online ordering of my skincare products. I now buy from somewhere else to save the hassle!
Despite the COVID/19 limitations, my order arrived within reasonable time, with a number of free samples. They even shipped my order in two installments. First I received the products they had in stock, and then those that they had to order from their Canadian distributer. The person I spoke to on the phone was kind and professional and gave me correct information. All paperwork was done professionally. The prices are competitive. I will definitely order cosmetics from Eskincarestore again.
I have ordered my skin care products on eskincarestore.com for about a year now. Everything is decently priced and the site is user friendly. Promotional 15% or 20% off happens very frequently - which is wonderful. I would love more reviews on the products - that's the only thing remotely negative about the site. They ship the orders FAST! If you're looking for skin care like Yonka, Kinerase, Sothys, Clarasonic etc... this is the site to go to.
I ordered 3 items in September 2020 and I called them to ask them if I could return one of the items. The management team said no to giving me a RMA# so that I can send them back to them which I was not happy about or impressed with. If you are concerned about returns, do not ever buy from this place as they do not care about you and are greedy, Go to a consumer that will respect and honour a return/exchange policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Do not buy anything from this store as you will regret it as I have!
This website has the worst customer service and shipping policy. When I was placing my order all the products were shown in stock and delivery between 5 to 7 days, next day they sent me an email saying that half of my order wasn't in warehouse and it would take 3 weeks to get it just in stock ( that would be 4 weeks to get it delivered to me). After I requested that they ship what is available right now I was told that I have to pay another $10 to split the order ( I already paid $20 just for delivery) and after I told that it's not fair to make customers pay for their mistakes they just sent me an email saying that they've canceled my order. I would highly recommend to stay away from this website.
I have made an order over $200. The next day got an Email that couple of items are backorder and will arrive in couple of weeks, waited for couple of weeks didn't hear anything back from eSkincare so decided to follow up. I spoke with customer service but they had no clue when the item would arrive. I was advised to speak with customer service specialist Carol left her messages but she never called back then finally got her on the phone. She told me that one of your item is still backorder and will take another couple of weeks to arrive. I have asked her that I have waited enough so please ship whatever items you have to my surprise Carol tole me that then I have to pay the shipping twice. I try to explain that its not my fault but she didn't wanted to hear and got rude. She said if you are in hurry then buy somewhere else and cancel your order. I end up cancelling my order. It's one of the worst customer service that I ever received. They really don't care for the customer.

I ordered 4 products, was notified one was backordered AFTER i placed the order and that the entire shipment would be delayed over a month. Tried to contact customer service to have the items that were in stock shipped right away and the out of stock item shipped later, or just cancel the out of stock item. The customer service rep barely spoke english, was so rude and canceled my entire order.
I have ordered several items from the Canadian site. About 75% of my orders have been delayed due to backordered items. In the past they have charged my Visa before items were shipped. Now they backorder the entire order for weeks.
Today I received my first order. There was a wait as there were backorders on two of the items. I was surprised to see one of the products taped. A note was added to the order to state the cap was broken and the product was fine. I have no way to ensure that that is true- that the product wasn't tampered with, a health and safety concern. No retailer could sell such a product but this was shipped to me! After leaving a message the store failed to respond. In addition, a second product appeared also to have been opened. Disappointed with unsafe and shoddy practices.
