“I bought Norton antivirus 2011 for $24.99”

I bought Norton antivirus 2011 for $24.99. I downloaded the software and got the product activation key by E-Mail. The key did not work. It came up saying that it was cancelled and it appears to be froudulent. I called the help line and they gave me a new key. It worked for a few days and it to was cancelled. This site sounds like esoftwaredoctor that has allready been reviewed on site jabber. I am trying to get my money back through paypal.
