“The refund policy”

I am very disappointed regarding your refund policy which obviously in very fine print. I ordered a wig which took over a month to receive. The wig was not as pictured as it was not the color I wanted a way too curly. I sent it back in December. I'm now told I cannot be refunded because of the 60 day refund policy which I did not see in the catalog I spent 79.00 for a wig that was not what I expected it to be.

I returned 3 items because they didn't fit. I followed the return policy and they charged me 29 dollars for return, stated 2 were on clearance and was not, No refund, but exchange and they kept my taxes paid. Never again!

Consumer beware!

Nothing. Since I could not get a refund, I ordered a ponytail wig I will never wear.

Been shopping here at least 6 yrs. Great designs with matching hat's and shoes for most shutouts and dresses. I'm always complimented and asked where i purchase my suits. I should be getting paid for advertising. Wigs are awesome.

I have ordered from this site a few times. No more! The first thing is the sizing is WAY off, so you never know whether to order your normal size or not. Secondly, I ordered 3 items and only 2 were delivered. I waited over a week and still no email, no merchandise. I called to find out it is on back order and I should get it in ANOTHER three and a half weeks. I understand these things occur but you have no desire to inform the customer? Upon calling the customer service and supervisor could care less and are condescending. Really? My money spends anywhere, you are NOT THAT SPECIAL!

I've been a loyal customer of their company for three years. Never had a problem. Accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe. In no way would they exchange it for me, even though it was in stock. I wasn't asking for a refund, or another show. Just a different size. Have ceased ordering from them.

They never shipped my order (birthday gift for my mom!) and didnt i never received an email stating that the items were in fact not in stock and my order never shipped. I would have been ok if i had received some sort of notice but i had to call their customer service dept and was basically told in so many words "oh well" and "better luck next time". This is unacceptable! This was my first and LAST time ordering from them. BE WARE!

As a first time buyer I was thoroughly disappointed they charged additional fees to expedite an order which came after my trip. I called two request a refund and they said that the shipping will not be refunded that is their policy. That maybe their policy however I think they should make exceptions when they promised an item to be there a certain time and charge you the fees

Normally, I don't write a review, but I am angry and disappointed. I purchased 2 items with the same item numbers in different colors, but they sent 2 of the same color. Naturally, I thought I would be able to exchange for the other color, but they emphatically refused only saying that it was my fault and I could still order the other color. This does not make any sense to me. I will never shop here again. And just FYI they make it hard to leave a negative review too. Buyer beware, because if you can't use it you are completely out of luck.

This people are rude as hell!. Not just one person, but every body I talked to yelled and talked over the customer. The owner of the business should be made aware of how unprofessional the workers can be. Am sure the business could be making more money if not for the nasty attitude of the employees, except if the own is in it with them. I experienced the same attitude few years back with my first order with them, and I thought it may be this one person who may be having a bad day. Well I thought wrong, they are RUDE!

Customer Service do not listen to clients as they verify their personal information upfront. Also they cannot see billing information and of no assistance. Customers need direct number to accounting/billing during the week and this department is closed on weekends. It woukd be helpful to share accounting/billing to your Customer Service Representatives so they can assist all aspects of an order.

I called to place an order and asked the representative the approximate date of delivery. Her attitude was nonchalant, unprofessional, and down-right rude. I decided not to place the order. It seemed as though I wanted her to give me something free. I've always been told you don't beg for something you are paying for. There are too many other places to shop where your purchase is appreciated. Akissa must not know that the customers pay her salary!

Ordered a pair of boots and received the wrong size. Returned them expecting a refund of $29.99. Only received $2.00. They said theres no refund or exchange on clearance items. Says its stated on the website. I had no idea. Didnt see it. So they kept my returned boots and say they donated them to charity. Well heck if Id known that I would have given them to my sister as a gift instead. Never deal with them again!

I rec'd my wig on 3-6-20. I returned it on 3-9-20. It was not going to work for me. Especially Yours advised me that my return was rec'd on 3-24-20! They claim their returns dept is closed due to the coronavirus. However, they are still accepting new orders! Seems fishy to me that they have personnel working to fill & ship new orders yet no personnel to do the paperwork needed to process a credit/refund. At this point I'm assuming there w/b no refund for me. Really pissed.

I agree with all the comments I just read.

I placed an order December 2021. However, I did not receive it total order $296.00
When I called to let them know I did not receive per representative the policy was to resend before a refund could be issued. I agreed to that. (Big mistake). Once I got order, I was not satisfied with it. The button holes seem to be too small for the buttons to fit w/o damaging the hole. The supervisor initials D. D. at # *******000 must have flagged my account. No one will talk to me about my order and she will not return my calls. I am only trying to return the merchandise before the 30 day grace period. I don't have proof of purchase because the supervisor said she would send separate, due to her sending second shipment signature required.

The merchandise looks great in the catalog, but the quality is not always as good. The customer service sucks and I will not be ordering from them again. The sizing chart in the catalog is not accurate to size if you were to shop at regular store.

I ordered a wig from Especially Yours and it looked nothing like what I ordered out of the catalog. I returned the wig only to get $26 of my $33.99 back. I was very disappointed and felt like I had been totally ripped off. I will never order from this company again and I suggest that everyone else do the same.

I order a suit that look gorgeous online costing me $169.00 When suit arrived, I was not impressed with the material, but love the style. When I finally tried to wear the suit, the pull tab on zipper broke in half as I was zipping it up. I could not zip the skirt. Buttons was for decoration only with snaps under it. The thread holding the snaps were very loose and not properly attached, 3 of the 4 snaps fell completely off. Buttons on the jacket was half attached and one fell off. Called the company to complain and I was told I can have it fixed, but will not refund or replace it. They told me if I noticed this before I wore it, I should have returned it. Did not know I needed to examine the threading, zipper, buttons, and snaps attached or if they properly work.
Do not recommend this company... suits has good looks only, it is cheapen because of how it was made. Poor made quality.

After a recent purchase of an article of clothing for my wife on mother's day from this website then getting the article of clothing with a serious rip half way across the back side to the front of the dress. Sad like where was the Q&C person to allow this article of clothing to be put in a plastic bag and shipped to a customer? Not to mention since they've received the item back 05-13-2021 they've still not processed my refund? Call them today 05-24-2021 and they say it's still being processed? Never again!

I just called the customer service today to place an order using the credit I have with them after I returned a product I bought.
Ken, the customer service agent was so rude and not him alone the other ladies I have dealt with in the past are even worse. Ken just hang up on me while I was asking him to repeat the order confirmation number.

You order items confidently. You receive your order, no problem. But when you have a problem with your items, then everybody you speak to tells you something different. In the end you have no item, no refund, no credit or exchange. Just burnt!

I ordered several wigs forgot that some were final sale items returned the wigs without thinking twice because I had never had a issue with this company. I received a postcard in the mail that stated because my items was returned and some of them were final sale they donated the wigs to charity on my behalf. Excuse me but I didn't ask anyone to donate on my behalf and what's so interesting is that they didn't disclose the charity.! I was livid! I work hard for my money you don't take my money and do what you went with it. I will never purchase anything else from this company
I mean ever!

I should have read this site before ordering from this company. When I did not receive a refund in four weeks I emailed the company only to be told I would not receive my money back and that the dress was donated. My belief: they took my money, took the returned dress and sold it again. They have profited twice or more on the same dress. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a wig which was a drop ship item on June 26th, 2016, I called back on August 26th, 2016 only to find out the wig is no longer being made. My card was never charged but it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call or mail saying something to this regard. I had to call the company to get this information. That is bad customer service.

I ordered a suit from this company, it didn't fit so I returned it. I was told that I would not get my money back and that they "donated" the suit. They would not give the suit back or give be a refund. They ripped me off for 150.00 dollars. Do NOT order from this company. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful.

The Reps were very brash and unknowledgeable. I placed an order; it took almost a week to process it in their system. Once processed, I could not get any updates on the order; after nearly a month, someone finally told me that the order was canceled; why we don't know. I have never experienced such horrible, unprofessional, incompetent customer service in my entire adult life.
