“The refund policy”

I am very disappointed regarding your refund policy which obviously in very fine print. I ordered a wig which took over a month to receive. The wig was not as pictured as it was not the color I wanted a way too curly. I sent it back in December. I'm now told I cannot be refunded because of the 60 day refund policy which I did not see in the catalog I spent 79.00 for a wig that was not what I expected it to be.

I purchased two wigs from them, and the Wigs did not have any way of attaching to your hair. The band was too small so I returned it back it was a total of $57 and some change. When I received my credit it was only for $31.92. I would never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone

Ordered a top for my Mom it was too small. I tried to exchange the product and was told it was not available. However, before I called I went online and the extra large was available. I was told since the tag was taken off the top they would not give her an exchange or a refund. Do not buy from this company. Bad refund policy and customer service.

It seem as though that's there motto, keeping customers money. I order a pair of shoes return within the 30days allowed. They only returned the money for shipping and handling, kept 40.00 dollars claiming I did not send within the 30days. I have recipet from the post office confirming I sent within the 30 days, but they refuse to return my money. What ever you do, don't deal with this company. I told them to stop sending me catalogues because I will never order anything from them again.

I was very disappointed at the return policy for this company! I waited 15 minutes before speaking to a representative concerning an exchange. Finally, I was told to pay the postage myself and return the item.

I will never order anything from this company ever again!

They charged $10.99 for shipping... Item did not arrive. I then returned the shoes was charged $8.99 with the label they provided me. The item arrived late I had to leave the country for a funeral without shoes and by new shoes... Tamika Thompson supervisor was the most unprofessional supervisor I have ever spoke to in my life... she assumed... didn't not let me speak and was rude... NEVER and will I order from this company...

This place is so bogus. I will never order anything else from them ever. My first order with them and my absolute last. The dress I ordered was way to big and although on clearance, they refused to replace with a smaller size. I did not request a refund, only a dress that would fit. I was told that I could send it back by one of their reps, which I did and was told they would not take it back
I called the company after receiving a message telling me if I didn't call by a certain dau, my return was going to charity. If that don't take the cake and I have to pay for them to send it back. What the hell happened to Customer satisfaction. No wonder they have a 1 rating. I wished I had seen that sooner.

I place an order back in March for a dress and some pumps. Instead of notifying me that the dress wasn't available I was still charged for it and had to wait a month to get the dress. The shoes came early but didn't fit so I sent them back for an exchange. They charged me again today for the shoes 2 months after I previously paid for the full order back in March. When I called customer service all they could say is that's the price of the shoes. Leaving me confused because I already paid for the dress and shoes. They stated they can only refund me 27 dollars. I don't understand why my card was charged twice for one item and I can't get back the full amount that I was charged for. Never again will order from the company. Bunch of scammers and robbers!

Tip for consumers:
If you need to purchase from them go in person and pay cash. Otherwise you’ll will be charged multiple times for one order and won’t get your money back!

I purchased a suit back in 2017 as a gift and it did not fit. So I call to see if I could exchange it and I was told it had been 30 days and I was 2 days over sending it back now I'm stuck with a suit that I cannot sell. Customer service was very unprofessional and rude the young lady kept cutting across me not letting me talk and told me that it was nothing else that they could do for me. She stated if I sent it back it would be considered a donation.

Have had this wig for one month and go to wash it and it totally matted up. I can't even comb thru it. I have ordered wigs before and know how to wash and take care of it. The wig is beautiful until you have to wash it and by that time you cant return it because you have worn it. I feel like this is just $80 I threw away. I will not order another wig or clothing item from them again. I will let my friends know via social media to tell there friends not to order from this company.

I was very disappointed with their business establishment. I was not satisfied with the wigs that I purchased from Especially Yours and I decided to return the items. The representative explained that I will be able to return all items. I returned the items with the tags still attached. After waiting for weeks to receive a confirmation, I decided to call. The customer service representative rudely said I would not receive a refund for 1 of the wigs. All of the wigs were shipped backed at the same time. If I received credit for the others than I should have received credit for all. Do not order anything from Especially Yours! I repeat please don't do it. I'm stuck with two wigs that looks a hot mess! I had to pay extra shipping to get the unwanted wig back!

I have been demanding my money back for a wig that was not going to be shipped for one week after placing the order. I never received a confirmation email saying my order will be shipped. I called them immediately to find out it was going to ship one week after them TAKING MY MONEY< which was immediate. It boils down to me arguing with the people and calling my credit card company to call the charges bogus.Do not deal with this company and do business elsewhere.

Returned an order, especially yours sent my refund to a charity without my permission. When I ordered the pantsuit, I saw nowhere no returns/no refund. I received a card in the mail stating they have given my money to charity. NOT RIGHT! They could have sent the item back to me and I could have given it to my sister or mother. I am really angry with them. I will not order again from them. Off their mailing list.

I ordered 2 wigs in April. I received one which was not the wig I ordered. Called and got a very rude person who told me the 2nd wig was back ordered. It is now June and I received an "empty box" this week. Been calling and recording states office is closed although it is Tues and they should be open at 7am. Will never order anything else from this company!

This company charged a wig to my credit card in November. They did not have the decency to inform me that I would not receive my order until February. This is unacceptable. I informed them that I want to remove this order from my credit card. I do not know if this has been done or not. I am not wishing to wait for this order.

My 80 year old mother purchased a dress from Especially Yours for a $149, When the dress arrived, I opened the package and the dress was crushed and the material and color looked cheap. The dress did not fit well and was returned Match 2016. She called 3 times to inquire about the refund and has been give the run around. She has spoken to several supervisors and customer representatives and again was given the run around. I called again today and was told the dress had a smell of perfume and was discarded. I further demanded my refund or the so called "damaged" merchandise to be sent back. I was told the dress will be sent in 7-10 days. We will see! They wanted to keep the dress as well as my mother's money! After this, I will not be doing business with this company!

Before you buy any products from this company, read the reviews. I bought a wig from this company. I open the package took the wig out, hairs fell out! Called the company to asked for another wig or refund, was hung up on. Calling "Better Business" on this company! This company need to be check out!

I had a problem with my order I emailed and the customer service person that wrote the email was nasty. I couldn't believe the thousands of dollars I spent with them I couldn't get one customer service representative that was helpful, professional, or concerned about me their customer. I emailed Especially Yours and expressed the poor service I received and that person was nasty so I will not be shopping with them any longer,

Tip for consumers:
Don't ever have to deal with Especially Yours Customer Service that's when the problem start.

These people copy their designs from other contour fashion designers! They have no Integrity and stole designer robe designs from A Bride of Christ Robes, Tessian Leak Designs and Tawni Haynes Designs! They seek to gain off of other people's hard work and when you confront them they admit stealing your designs! They are not Christians but dirt bags that can't do their own work! Christians beware that you are not shopping with a Christian company but with thieves that seek to under sale contour designers with cheaply made low quality garments. African American women stop shopping with these crooks.

I purchased a clearance item that was a size 14. I've purchased a number of suits from them, all size 14. This clearance suit didn't fit. It was to small. I called them to return it for a size 16. I wanted the suit, I can't wear it if it's too small. They told me I couldn't exchange it because it was a clearance item. If I would have been informed that the item runs small then I could have gotten the correct size. I told her to look at all my past orders, everything is a 14. Her response, No exchange on clearance items. I never thought to review them until this happened. I'm glad this happened with something I spent less than $60 for. This will make me more cautious about purchasing from them.

Picked up shipping from previous order with sister company, not the one I paid with. Called immediately when I got confirmation. Told I needed to call back in 4 hrs. Called back 3.5 hrs later, was told too late, label already made. Told me it was rerouted but it was not. Now it is in feed ex/usps reroute limbo. They do not even care.

Wow! Just wow! I wish their customer service was as Great as their merchandise! Heres the deal there are other plus size companies to purchase from. Ashley stewart, lane Bryant, midnight velvet. Nevertheless E. Y. HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. I cancelled my order that how bad the service was. I hope they purge the customer service and get better people!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use any of there so called specials i.e. the deferred billing. It doesnt defer

Three months ago, I purchased a total of 8 clearance items from EY each discounted to around $50.00+. To my disappointment, none of them even remotely resembled the photos in the catalogs! Either the fabric was cheap and chintzy or the items just didn't fit right! It almost reminds you of sweat shops in China that use other retailers' models in catalogs but outsource the garments you think you're getting... What you get are botched, shoddy, and ratchet rejects that couldn't be sold in a garage sale! Their customer service policies make it impossible to return anything because ALL SALES ARE FINAL on most clearance items. This is their way of unloading garbage and taking your money.
What I wish I could do is take a picture from their catalog, and upload pic of what I actually received.
Will not purchase anything from them ever again..

I was lied to and they took my money. I emailed them to tell them how disappointed I was with the product and that i would never buy from them again because was not going to get a refund. They told me I could get a refund even though they knew the products that I ordered were clearance. Once I sent them back I received a letter stating I could only get an exchange and I should call them for my merchandise credit. I was told that my credit was 5.99. I asked for an explanation and was put in hold for about 20 minutes. When they return I was told the amount was 4.98 because they charged me to restock the items. The took my money for 3 wigs and I got nothing. I could give away myself but told me that I could get a refund. I am reporting to BBB. This is robbery.

Please stay away from this company. They sent me a book and I order a wig and when I received it, it was nothing like the wig they advertise it was terrible. Tried to get my money back and they want return it. Right now I'm out of my money and the wig. People don't order from this company BAD BUSINESS..

I ordered items not knowing it would be given to charity if returned. Well I returned the clearance items 2 items totalling $120 and they said they couldn't credit the item. I am so upset and have never heard of such nonsense. I would have sold the items of I was aware. I won't be ordering from them anymore.
