“Very bad experience from the very start for childrens...”

Very bad experience from the very start for childrens party. Entertainer just under 1 hour late and no notification. Office closed on the day of the party so unable to contact anyone from the company. Very costly for what it is and certainly not as advertised. Daughter very disappointed and certainly not a magical experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Bad customer service when making complaint. Sent 4 letters and not once received an acknowledgement. Very unhelpful and unsatisfactory.
