I bought the title, since so many titles in the world are bought. I got the title minutes after ordering, all I had to do was transfer the money. Since then my tolerance for and of people with dubious titles has gone up. A very nice gift for anyone.
Took a long time to ship, there are more reasonably priced ones (even with discount rates), no way to follow the shipment. If you want to gift this you better print it yourself and order it months in advance to make sure you get it in time for the date. For the price I paid I expected at least what WISH would provide.

Unable to verify that any tree was planted, the type of tree, the actual location, remains a mystery. If you want to drop $80, just get some nice stationary amd print out your own fake title
My husband was stunned, then thrilled beyond words when I gifted him with the title of Lord <3 LOL we had a great time with the official document, which is now framed, and we both decided to just let the kids find it once we are gone.
Very speedy and friendly responses, helpful when I wanted extra assistance regarding printed copies of Proclamation Certificates. Most of all, lot's of fun in somewhat dark times. Highly recommended!

I feel like this is a scam. But I am not completely sure. I still havent received anything in the mail and it seems as if I would have had to go through a much more thorough application process.

Great fun, however, slightly disappointed that we can't claim our £300 per day from the H of L. Lol. But it'll provide hours of entertainment for us and our friends (the serfs).
My family left Scotland in the 1830's for Upper Canada. Riccarton Ayrshire, became Brechin, Upper Canada as our home. Scotland however, ever in our hearts as our clan goes back to Sir Malcom and Sir William Wallace.Our love of freedom is our motto "Pro Libertate" Lord protector of Scotland was the title given to Sir William. Now with pride in my heritage you have confered the title Lord as my established title. Thank-you Lord J. D. Wallace.
We bought couple pack, but we think about refund as we could not find any proofs of trees being planted. Can you share some documentation or some video reports on that note?

It is true, we suggest all Lords and Ladies purchase a printed certificate, as this is superior quality printed on premium stock, however we would be more than happy to assist with your at-home printing as well.

Bought for my gf, myself, and a couple friends, we now going around referring to each other as lords and Lady, its great. Plus we now have another reason to visit Scotland.
This is a wonderful company who made Father's Day so cool Everyone in the family was receiving texts with pics of the certificate
I would recommend this for anyone who likes to be different and enjoys something special I will definitely be getting more for some other members of my family
Having been to Scotland numerous times, I truly love the idea of buying a small plot of land for my son there. Obviously not large enough to do anything on, but it's a really cool idea!
This comes in handy. Ive insisted my boss now refer to me as Lord. I showed him my title and he is reluctantly compliant. Ive also knighted several of my friends.
Found out a few months ago that my wife's heritage was not irish but scottish,(Mcgee) and to be able to give this honor to her, I could not ask for more..

This was a gift for my eldest nephew, who just reached the age of majority. He LOVED it and will milk it for all it's worth. The digital certificate took 48 hrs instead of 24.

We are extremely happy with our title purchase. We both think it's very cool to have the title. Just for fun but we also live in a tudor style home so it's kind of fitting.
Since early childhood I have been fascinated with the idea of being a part of the Aristocracy and Established Titles made that dream come true. I can't thank them enough!
As soon as I read the information sent by this company to Canada, I recognised a scam. The directions they gave to find her plot in Wigtownshire were to travel NORTH from Edinburgh, towards Dunfermline. Hey, Wigtownshire is south of Edinburgh, in the Scottish Southern Uplands, nearer to the English Borders. What a con.
Tip for consumers:
If my Canadian friend had been better informed she would never have bought this. Check your geographical facts via google

This, becomming a Lord in scotland, are probaply the best thing one can wish fore, and the soil being placed in woodlands are sp romantic, if i ever am able i will imigrate or have a retreat that i can resite to when im old, anyway 11 foot are just enough fore a couple of apple-treas and a distellerie, so i can produce a scotch whiskey.
I had bought four (4) titles in quick succession around Easter AND paid for the documents to be posted to me. To date I have only received one (1) of the documents in the mail.
I understand that COVID may have impacted delivery, however I have still received one - so where are the other three (3)?

In regards to your inquiry to the planting of the trees themselves, the trees most recently planted have been part of other reforestation efforts at the moment, rather than on the estate itself. As you may have been able to see from the satellite images on Google Maps, we are pleased to say that the land the plots are located on has already mostly been reforested.
As you know, we have pledged to preserve the estate in its natural state for the foreseeable future, thereby protecting the existing flora and fauna in the area.
In regards to the land itself, we do not offer actual deeds to the land, but we do take our obligations to our Lords and Ladies very seriously and ask all who purchase to bear in mind that the intention very much is to keep the land in its natural state for the enjoyment of all landowners of the various plots.
We have signed the UK Woodland Trust Charter, and work with tree-planting partners to ensure that these donations are properly allocated to particular projects as needed. This means that the trees planted vary from project to project, depending on what is most suitable!
