Established Titles

Got this as a present for my fiance for his 30th birthday, great original present:)
It was easy to order and the certificate will look great on our wall.

This is the second order I've placed with Established Titles, and everything went just as smoothly and efficiently as the first time. Such a great gift idea and solid outfit to deal with.

It's obvious you won't get all the benefits and responsibilities of being a lord but it's still funny to have the technical title. The jokes your able to tell make for a good laugh for sure

My hubby was ecstatic when our children and I gave him his peice of land he always wanted to go to see Scotland and now we own a peice of where he is from. Beaming father's day.

My wife loved this and is trying to figure out what to put "Lady" on. She want to be burred there someday. Not sure the legality of that but i have many years to figure it out

I bought this for my son, Justin, and he loves it. He put it in a frame and told his kids they had to call him Lord. It was a fun and very unusual gift. I wanted to enter for myself as well.

With a common name such as Joe Marten, it is hard to separate yourself from the plethora of other Joe Martens. Now with a name such as Lord M., one can stand out for sure.

Dealing with Established Titles was easy. Communication was efficient and quick. The quality of the certificate I received was nothing more than a piece of paper laser printed on card stock. For the prices being charged, one would think that Established Titles could at least make the presentation of the Certificate be a little more authentic and print it on parchment and put it in a nice heavyweight folder, embossed and foil stamped, befitting that of a titled land ownership document. Similar to something you receive when you graduate from University. Regardless, the gift was fun and well received.
Finally, when we went to the GPS coordinates given to us by Established Titles for our "plot of land", we discover those same GPS coordinates are "claimed" by another business. Quite disturbing, when contacted, Established Titles did not have an explanation for us and told us those are the GPS coordinates for our 5 feet x 5 feet of Scotland. Because this whole thing is not a true land ownership venture to begin with, we just let it go, but the elusion that our 5 x 5 square feet would be in the middle of a remote Scottish forest didn't seem to hold true, made us feel deceived.

I bought both the Lord and Lady packages for myself and my son, and we love them. We quickly found the coordinates to our land. We also framed and hung up our titles on the wall. Thank you so much.

This is a great idea. We purchased 2 lots so that we can be Lord and Lady. We are planning to visit Scotland once we can travel again, and will hopefully be able to see our land!

I gave this as a gift to my nephew. He absolutely loves it. Best Birthday gift ever! Now of course I will have to make all of my nieces and nephews Lords and Ladies.

Well, I'm Military Paramedic, I have a Master Degree in Finance, I'm silver medal in american football World Cup U-19 as Scout, and this Lord Title is the perfect complement for my wall. I have printed my electronic Title for my CV and I'm justo waiting for the original.

I am so thrilled to own a piece of Scottish heritage. I can picture it with a crop of thistles blooming, or perhaps oats or barley! Ah, to be a lady of all I survey!

Bought it for my partner for our fourth anniversary he loved it. Got it within a few hours and printed it myself going to frame it and put it on the wall.

I have repeatedly contacted customer service in regards to the printed certificate that I still don't have. The promise was made but no certificate was received
