Very quick and efficient service.
I brought this as a "quirky" present for my Dad's 76th birthday as in his works he "has or can buy anything he needs" so I wanted something a little different for him. He was delighted with it but has yet to have the chance to exercise his new Lordship thanks to COVID 19!

During Covid I needed a clever (and remote) gift. I purchased more than 20 titles, and they were all VERY well received. I think that was my best Christmas gift giving strategy ever, and I am almost 60 years old.

I came across their post on Facebook, and I thought it sounded interesting. I decided to purchase from them, and become a Lady. When I purchased it, Established Titles, sent me my Certificate with the information, pretty much immediately, and were very efficient, professional, and sweet. I first found this as just something to buy something new to have and i will say it is a wonderful gift to mess with people. I do plan on purchasing more for frineds and family for when i really cant think of something to get them as a gift.

That being said I did have a little hiccup with my purchase since it took a day or two longer that i would have expected, but then I got my title.

If you want to get someone special something special i would recommend a Title be that something special

I purchased a 1 square foot land package for USD $50 (Ladyship title package) and received a digital certificate.

I understand this is a novelty gift, but it doesn't appear to linked to a physical plot of land.

For example, the legitimate company "Highland Titles", which you based your website on, offers the GPS coordinates of the plot of land you purchased, and runs actual tours of their land, located in Glencoe, Scotland.

For this reason, I would like a refund. Otherwise, I will report this organisation as a fraudulent seller, and seek a chargeback from my credit card company.

As true trailer-park trash, we have finally risen to the station that this honorable title bestows.
I plan on moving my double-wide to Scotland and soaking in the local charm. I hope there is room for the still and my huntin' dogs! The only question I have - Will I have to call my still-swill Scotch, or is it still " 'Shine"?
Also, does anyone have a recipe for 'possum Hagis?

This is a great little way to have fun. No different than "naming a star" after someone, except you can actually visit "your" land in Scotland. The certificate is nicely done, and it is truly a blast when you tell your friends they have to call you by your title. Are you actually a "Lord or Lady"? NO. Scottish law is very strict on conferring titles, BUT you don't really have a star named after you either. It's just fun!

I love owning a piece of Scotland. Makes me feel closer to my Scottish heritage plus I can make all my family and friends call me Lady Patricia :) I'm going to order for my sister for a Christmas gift.

My boyfriend has been having a rough couple months and I wanted to cheer him up. I ordered him the Lordship pack and received his title and downloadable PDF within the hour! He absolutely loves being able to make people call him "Lord Soutar," and while I may have created a monster with this gift I still recommend it to everyone I know looking for a fun, easy, affordable and silly gift for someone they love.

Heard about this *******@kinsellawarren twitter and immediately jumped on it -- friends have been calling me "The Lady" for years because i am anything but a traditional "lady" -- now they HAVE to call me that -- toooo fun!
Regarding the company, it was easy and VERY fast (less than 24 hours) and if you print the digital certificate on fancy paper (as a lady would, of course!) it is totally frame-able!

The way I was treated by the staff of Establshed titles I really was Lord of the Manor. The way they all went out of their way to make sure my certificate would arrive as it was chaos during lockdown at our Post. But I got it. Unfortunately I can't display it as it's being framed and gilded. Next time I will show you all how it shines. Just like the service of Established titles.

I just became a "Lady" this morning. Nah, I'm not even remotely Scottish. Well, maybe "remotely", after a recent AncestryDNA test revealed that I have Scottish ancestry, along with Welsh, English and Irish. About 26% in total. However, the rest of my lineage is African & Indigenous (Yucatán Peninsula). In other words, the descendent of African slaves! We never got our promised "40 acres & a mule" from America so I thought 5 square feet of Scotland was a pretty good deal for $40. That's actually $1 an acre for the land we never got! I'm not into livestock so keep the mule! I already have a Scottish-ISH surname - McCall (actually a SLAVE name that is likely Irish - but I'm good with my McName!). So now I'm LADY!

Ordering was difficult in that I ordered the same thing twice (and was charged twice).
Then it was difficult to get a proper refund, still not sure if I got the proper refund because it came in different amounts, and with the USA/CDN exchange who knows?
Being in touch was frustrating because replies came randomly addressed Lady/Lord (stock reply) which made me think no one is reading these or can't understand English.
I once asked if I was dealing with someone in Nigeria... no offence Nigeria but it has been the source of all the scams I've received.
It took way longer that stated to arrive so I thought I was being scammed.
I was going to do it for myself Brenda Lina Galminas but I'm afraid of the process.

My Dad has always been proud to tell everyone he meets that he is of Irish descent. When I purchased a title of Lord for him, he was almost speechless. He said he wished his Mother could see it.

I just bought it for fun however later realised, that the Lord Title makes all the difference and elevates your experience to the next level when you travel around the world.

Purchased 2 titles, and received our proclamations within the hour. Can't wait to renew my IDs etc and have our new titles shown. Easy process, and ripper idea. We are now a house of lords!

You get a certificate claiming you are a Lord or Lady, cant do anything with it as its not accepted by any banks etc, so maybe print your own deed and frame it. Exactly the same outcome

I stumbled across an ad on social media and I'm happy I made the purchase! I've always hated my status being determined by marriage (miss, mrs, etc.) but now I'm Lady Jade. A cool and fun buy!
