I am here to evaluate the merchant services of my payment processor EU Pays. They are serving up to my expectations. The payment success rate is good, and I am getting payouts on time. The only I have with them is with their clause of holding a portion of my payout. They call it Standby Balance. I have asked them to release this portion of my money but they have never cleared when they will release it. That is my money and I should be paid full amount.

Cannot say I am very satisfied with this company but at this stage I dont find a better solution.
Their charges are less but AMEX cards gets declined.
Also, IVR support system is mostly in German language so even if I connect to their German number I cant understand their language.

Amex cards get declined mostly which decreases the sales.
Also, daily batch settlement is not available

Its been 3 months now, I processed EUR, 19,000 but the sale on the dash board is showing 18,200 only. Where is the another 800 EUR?

Also, when I speak to their service agent they speak German only, I am from India how the hell I can understand the German language.
I am still with this bogus company because they do settlements on time and their charges are very less comparatively.

This guys (Eupays) are big frauds! On take setup fee and dont provide working account.! And Now one will be available when you conatct.!

I was promised for transaction rate of 1.5% I'm also copying the email of the business proposal sent by Kenneth.

When I received the settlement I was charged 2.5% rather 1.5% percent

Also the International wire took five days to receive in my account

That is not So fair.

In general cases international wire takes only two days.

For Visa and Master Card the transaction Fee is 1.5%

Amex might incur addition fee in future if approved.

You will be happy to know that if you are approved with us, the first 10,000 transaction will not incur any transaction fee, so by definition what ever you process, that will be paid to you without any deduction.

After 10,000, you will be charged 1.5% per transaction for all cards (Via, Master And Amex) and 0.20 as Transaction Charge, there fore if you process 100, you will get 88.30 ( 10,00 is for reserve which is paid as it is on completing 90 days after transaction

The set up cost for MID is 490,00 (TAX inclusive)

Hello EUPAYS.COM I hope doing well, I am Asif Shaikh From ASIF METALS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED India in Pune last one week we are using your service my merchant ID is: ******* once I started work with you its good experience we loved to use your payment gateway, we done first$50 transactions its display after 24 hours in our portal(eupays.com) but after the continue using your portal our client make the payments also most 4491 GBP as per Indian Rupees= 3, 81, 735 also whatever you declined 3 payments transaction id is: 1) ******* 2) ******* 3) ******* GBP 1500 if we calculated I INR=1, 27, 500 still not refund to our customer.

After sending email why payments declined we didn't received any email from your side after that also we wait ext 48 hours but still no feedback no reply as per the company law. After we done some verification about the your company and payments gateways we found your doing scam in the market so when we see lots of complaints against you in the google in many link available these mentioned eupays.com company are scammer.

EUpays and firstdata merchant services both are same company, We processed with them ******* GBP, on time of payment said we will send it next week due to delay they gave us fake wire copy stating wire came back when we asked for wire copy no reply stating we rushed wire and donot stop processing. We checked with intermidoary bank as well there was no remittance, Crap people again asked USA UK INDIA account we gave to those bastard then after we got reply. Here is their last email-
