Goods paid for on 20 April 2020 not received by 24 November 2020. I have emailed them several times and have not heard back. Still no reply or refund. Stay away from this company
I will never ever purchase anything from europarts again. Paid for next day delivery om tuesday before 4pm so item should be here today. Now being told its not going arrive until end of day friday. So why have a f#cking next day delivery option. When i phone up to ask for my delivery fee back they refused even though i paid for the service i DIDNT RECEIVED! So will be connecting my bank and telling them to cancel the whole paymeny for goods and services not received
Went in for Brake pads, C-19 signs say take gloves, there were none, don't touch anything, queue here.
I queued and waited, I waited, but there was no one there, so I was in a queue of 1, that 1 being me. 3 people in the glass fronted back office all having a laugh, another person comes to serve me. I asked for part and she replied, "are you a key worker". I said, "no", "in that case you'll have to order on line". I said, "ok", "but I'm the only person in the building, can't you serve me?".
No Sir we cannot... well can you tell if you even have the part?

I left and did just what she told me to do, I went on line and found it somewhere else (NOT EuroCarParts), with someone else who had stunning reviews. I ordered at 16:00, at 18:00 (2 hours later) had a email conformation of tracking.
When someone gives you Lemons, bugger off, vote with your feet and go elsewhere... which I did, their service is terrible, their attitude is terrible, and I'll do just what they say... go on line... I just didn't go with them
Despite my never knowingly giving them permission Euro Car Parts have been inundating me for years with adverts in the form of push notifications via Google Chrome, which I'm fairly certain is illegal. This was becoming very irritating and I recently had to complain twice before receiving a response, where I was told that this would be dealt with, and I also gave a negative response and explanation when asked if I was satisfied as weeks later the adverts are still coming. Not knowing much about push notifications I had to waste yet more time researching what these things are and how they can be blocked, which I have just done, so hopefully I will receive no more of their annoying rubbish.
Absolutely Abysmal Service Online! All Discs And Pads Were Of The Wrong Size-(they cant carry out a simple swop for the correct items)even though they are in stock! No contact whatsoever -ECP ignore all emails -even contacted head office to no avail ECP just keep issuing -what they call tickets //Remedy if purchase on debit or credit card -raise a " DISPUTE" with the card company -for the balance of your money! Blaming each other. This is a complete disaster and avoid them for the time. Waited for ages and to only find out they cannot even check their own order number online.
Shocking service, poor communication and total lack of concern that I will have been kept waiting three weeks from order date for a battery to be delivered to me.
If you live in Europe don't bother ordering from this company. They tell you delivery times, by DHL, and then nothing happens until DHL gives a much longer delivery date.
The first battery was damaged on arrival in France. Nobody informed me. The website site gave estimated days to deliver, rubbish.
Several expensive phone calls later I was told four days to deliver the replacement. What a surprise that DHL sent an email giving eight days for delivery.
Latest message from this company says "I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to you, it seems due to this item being a battery it does have to be delivered by the road surface to France and not by air which seems to have caused a delay on being processed."
So why was I told during the phone call that it would be with me in four days?
Don't waste your time, order from another firm.
They claim 2hr wait on phone and message four days and nothing i have waited 2hrs + on message and the phone was apparently two hr wait from the moment they switched to calls from answer machine at 9am. Zero communication reference missing parts. Orders taken for fast delivery payment taken at point of order to then recieve an email stating sorry we have not got that item. After payment taken then expect you to wait 10+ days before they will talk to you about it then you cant talk to anyone you are expected to message. Please people they maybe cheap parts but with the cost added such as new mot costs or as i have ordering from a local parts department so the car is not off the road longer. Please please go to a local supplier and pay a little more for good supply and communications... in 28 years of working life this is they worst car parts compnay i have ever dealt with fact
Got fed up with poor service in store so used the Ebay site they have, Carpartssaver.
Wish i hadnt, they lost the parcel and are in dispute with DHL but wont refund until DHL find the parcel.

I spend £500-£700 per month, but NOT WITH EURO, they are too dear and staff generally have not got a clue, wrong parts delivered, and cocky attitude on the phone!

I've been calling since Monday once i haven't received my full delivery.
Every day someone pick up the phone and they always saying to me your delivery has been dispatched so will be with you by tomorrow and you will receive a email with the track number as i got the first time.
Basically i lose every day more than 30 minutes on the phone with the customer service to try to get the rest of my delivery and even like that after all this days still nothing, in terms of customer service i would say is one of the worst i ever experience.
When i inquire with the customer service with different people as well in different days more than one person said to me "i don't know what's going on with your order"
"I believe we were out of stock"
"It's nothing i can do for you".
With all the respect for everyone works on this customer service but it's a joke what you guys are doing i do believe you are just following orders but you really need to look into the service you providing when i already paid for the service, which i never received and the worst thing is how you dealing with the situation, for me will be better if you tell me your parts will take longer than we thought and should be with you by this days and you don't get your customers upset and losing their own time to write complaints.
For the future customers once again look the way you dealing with customers.

ECP's click and collect system is great, and I can't fault it. For the first time I tried ordering for "next day" delivery - nothing turned up on the day it would've been due to arrive. Tried chasing it by phone, initial automated message saying not to bother chasing orders unless they're MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS LATE(?!?!?) and the usual "Unprecedented demand, COVID-19 blah blah blah" excuses (Although somehow other online retailers seem to have managed to meet demand). But decided to persist - so far nearly an hour on hold listening to crappy looped music and endless announcements (at least if you're going to keep people waiting for that long, invest in some decent hold music). Have ordered for click and collect next day and will be cancelling order if and when I get through. Long and short of it, if you want online ordering, buy your parts from another retailer, and stick with ECP click and collect.

Stay away from this company, it is the worst I have deal with on the internet. I paid for goods on 10th May, e-mailed 1st, 4th, 9th, 11th, 22nd, 25th and requested refund 28th June. Still no reply or refund. Can not contact by either phone or chat as the recorded message states there is a two hour waiting on both,
There are plenty of motorist discounts out there so do not be tempted to use this one. I am now wondering how to notify other potential buyers.

My delivery was due to be delivered earlier this week. When it did not arrive as expected I checked the tracking with DHL. This showed that the parcel was sitting in Gatwick and it was listed as being suspended. Two days later it was still suspended. I attempted to contact eurocarparts via live chat. I got no response on my first three attempts. I then got speaking to a staff member who said he would contact DHL to see what the problem was. He then left me hanging on live chat unsure if he was contacting DHL as we chatted or if he would contact me later. After 5 minutes I asked him what he was doing. I never got any further reply. I finished live chat and sent customer service an email instead. Asking them to look at the problem and contact me. I got an automatic email informing me that they had got my email and would contact me within 24 hours. I've had no further contact from eurocarparts. Truly appalling service. This is the second time I've used this service and on both occasions I've been left very annoyed. AVOID!
Ordered next day delivery car on axle stands awaiting parts 2 weeks later still not here can't get hold of them even waited 2 hours on hold to get cut off
Stay clear... full stop, poor delivery service, poor customer service, still not received parts.
But very easy cure... if paid by card. Contact card company and get payment withdrawn.

Thats the last I heard. I emailed 22nd to cancel order. No reply. Email again this morning and post on their social media. Nothing this evening they took the payment via PayPal... AVOID THEM TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
