This company is a $#*! show. Order my part first week of July and still waiting for the tracking number. Spoken to 7 different people with no resolution. I will never never ever do business with this company again. I will tell as much people as I can not to buy from your company. Why are you guys still in business, with all the negative reviews. I have to call my card to dispute the transaction as I sent the part back and never get refund from this business.
Paid for next day delivery and ordered before published cut off time but part never arrived. Customer Services unhelpful and arrogantly told me it was not their problem and I should have read the T+Cs more closely! If anyone doubts that this review is genuine then my order number was ************** and it was a Fiesta Rear Coil Spring!

The pads arrived 7 days after ordering and showed up in a battered box and had obviously been fitted to a car already!
I am still waiting for the discs three weeks later and still no sign customer service says they're on back order?
Utterly useless at the Nottingham branch yesterday, tried to click and collect a car battery but despite them having one in stock int he correct size, I wasted an hour and a half of my life and came out with no battery. Rude, condescending and time wasting staff, I'll never darken their door again.
Ordered Eicher brake pads having carefully checked the fitment details and picked up in store to fit myself.
A simple job made unpleasant by the rain; imagine my delight to find the pads were oversize overhanging the rim of the disc.
Euro car parts were as helpful as a wet fish not helped by my local store now being closed to customers. Web chat useless, store helpfully suggested ordering a better brand from another branch and making return there, but none available that day within 20 miles.

Been waiting over 10 weeks for refund on cancelled order. Contact has all been one way... they treat customers with contempt by ignoring them. Have reported them to Competition & Markets Authority for obstructing my statutory rights. About to issue County Court proceedings. The spirit of Arthur Daley lives on in Euro Car Parts.
Don't order any online parts from these jokers, after sales for missing parts is an hour on hold and then a commitment to have a look, and I may hear something in 48hrs. Not worth wasting your life. Call handlers can't actually do anything at all to resolve any issues.
Got a starter motor, it worked exactly 3 times. The 4th time, dead! When I called and questioned them, they admitted they they use reconditioned parts! But it doesn't say that anywhere on the website nor do they tell you when you go in store! So now I ordered the part somewhere else, I will have to be without a car for about 5 more days. I'm a community health care worker, so not having a car means not being able to work, therefore losing money! All because they sell crap parts! Never buy from them ever again!

I have tried for 2 days now to order discs and pads, I can get as far as selecting pads but it comes up with "something is broken" in very large letters across the screen. I am using an Iphone 11 running latest version of google. Have sent two emails but had no reply.
I'm so disappointed in the service you get from Euro parts as I have been left on the line for over 1 hr and still didn't get through about my order which I placed 8 days ago! I would never use Euro parts again they are a joke wish I'd have gone to Halfords! Ordered some parts last year including a radiator for my BMW. They sent the wrong one and then there was some messing about to eventually get the right one. Last week this 18 month old component failed on me in spectacular manner on the motorway. Could have destroyed my car, cost me hundreds of pounds in hire cars and a whole load of inconvenience. ECP not interested that they're selling stuff not fit for purpose. I would advise you to go elsewhere

Order 2 items for my car and received one even though I was charged for two! Packaging was disgraceful, one tiny part in a bloody big box, picture attached. I contacted Eurocarparts and received an automated email stating they'd get back within two days. Severn days later I've had to contact them again via email, telephoning is a joke, constantly in a queue, live chat just isn't 'Live' as get disconnected eventually. Then I received an email asking for feedback. Haha, their joking right? I won't be using these robbing bar stewards again. AVOID!
This is a live review the garage that are doing the work on my car ie mint motors Sheffield order a set of rear calipers one came within 24 hours the second is going all over the uk centers this is a complete joke if they had a real problem with the missing part own up and say so then I could have got both calipers oe parts on a guarantee 24 hour delivery. Great to see the young girl on the front counter being given good advice from knowledgable staff.
Would have been a higher score, but was let down this time by the fact the shop was full and there was only 1 person serving while the men/boys in the office were just laughing and joking about.

All I wanted was some windscreen wash and been told to wait for 10 days to find out where it is.
So after 10 days have sent 4 emails all giving me a ticket saying the customer team are looking into it.

Wait time of an hour to get customer service, after discussing problem with them and agreeing that I am due refund for non delivered goods, they then say that they will pass it on to customer services, "I thought you were customer service"
I paid for next day delivery, but after paying, then received an e-mail stating the delivery would be five days later and not next day, on a part that is in stock. When I called to complain about them taking my money yet not delivering the service I'd paid for, I was given a host of excuses including that their terms and conditions explain this, whilst it is not evident on the online form... I didn't even get an apology.

Euro Car Parts proudly made it to #2 of my worst internet shopping experiences. My only order was of two items. They needed over a week to deliver them. Unpacking the box revealed that they got it completely wrong. All the parts were from wrong manufacturer brands, for a wrong car brand.
Customer service reps are hard to find - they wasted me over half an hour on the phone just to let me know that the person in charge with my case is not at the office despite previously reached agreement to call her at that time. Customer service reps are not empowered to solve customer problems, but are rather trained to recite company policies.
After agreeing on return, it took them over a week to organise shipping. Then, for 3 weeks they did not bother to issue refund for faulty order. Only after reminding them again about the case, the payment was processed.

Drove to my local ECP to collect some filters. The Mann fuel filter was brought out by the gotoget guy and dropped on the counter before he attempted to make a swift exit. I noticed the state of the filter box and shouted to him to come back and open it. He then did, to reveal the black grubby fuel filter! I refused to take it, so next he tried fobbing me off again, but this time with an inferior make. Cut a long story short, upon my suggestion Im now waiting for a delivery next week. Grubby filter may be back on shelf! Totally rubbish service all round. Photos taken by me whilst box was on the ECP counter. You just couldnt make it up!
