Hello, Europecar Thessaloniki is different of Europcar Athens: in thessalaoniki even without desk in the terminal ( and this aspect is an inconvenience because nothing indicates to the customer where the office of acceptance is located) the staff was more prepared, more fast. Car was good and the staff was very pleasant.
A global remark: a lot of customers were blocked before me because they only have a debit card (and not credit card). Europcar should mention it to avoid trouble on arrival (for all of them the rental was canceled!)…

We are really appreciate for your remark. We only hire out cars to drivers who have a credit card and this note is rewritable to the Ts & Cs online and in the voucher we had share you when you had booked online the car. All our rentals a security deposit will be blocked on the credit card in the name of the driver plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit that will be blocked on the credit card will be released by the cardholder's bank, upon notification after the vehicle returns.

Nous comprenons que les panneaux sont nécessaires, mais malheureusement, la réglementation de l'aéroport ne nous permet pas d'afficher de panneaux dans l'aéroport ou dans le hall d'arrivée. C'est pourquoi nous avons mis toutes les instructions pour nous trouver dans le bon qui vous a été envoyé, toutes les instructions étaient dans le bon que vous avez reçu.

-: when you are in the airport you don't know where to wait (there is a shuttle to take) and the journey to the agency is taking some time (5 minutes). So it takes a lot of time before you have the car.
