I recommend this company they helped my parents sell a villa they owned in Spain earlier in the year. Mum and dad got a buyer from overseas advertising through them. The buyer paid close to asking price and the agent assigned to my parents sale was constantly in contact with them and myself when news of viewings or offers came in. We found them very reliable and we were extremely impressed by the lengths went to advertising the villa globally. I myself know allot about websites as I work in I. T. They had us listed on over 100 of the worlds best property portals. I personally checked their page rankings and most of these sites are getting over half a million visitors per month. We got leads from all over the world and my parents saved allot in commission marketing through them. The marketing they can do is highly recommended
Recently contacted this company to market a property i owned in Egypt into many countries worldwide and i sold to a buyer from Russia. They were very efficient as responding to my update requests and full of great advice on how to attract more interest to the property. Sold close to my asking price and had no problems getting funds sent over from the buyer. Recommend them.
Recently contacted this company about the possibility of viewing one of their properties in Europe and was called back by an agent within 20 minutes. I gave them the ID number and they went about making contact with the vendor to make sure the property was still for sale.
They came back to me the same day to confirm it was and asked me to provide some ID to book in an inspection trip ( i guess this was to show i was indeed serious and not wasting anyones time)
My wife and i travelled to the property last week done the viewing and made an offer on site as it was just what we were after. This company put us in touch with reputable notarys and legal teams in the town we wanted to buy in. Deposits have been paid and paper work is almost finalized and we will get getting the keys in January 2020.
They provided us with a very professional service each step of the way.
Contacted them to put an offer in on one of their advertised properties. I asked if there was any way to possibly see the inside of it during these lockdown times and they arranged a facetime video call with the owner living in the property. I was happy with the overall layout and my offer has been accepted by the owner.
Very professional until they get your money then nothing have to chase them for any info after 2 years never got any contact property in south of France reasonably priced and not one contact
Professional marketing service an excellent job has been done on the marketing of my property and I look forward to future viewings. Excellent value for money to be listed in so many countries and high ranking property agent websites for such a small marketing fee. I have been sent backlinks to my property on over 112 property portals in Russia, many countries in Europe like Germany, Belgium, Holland, China, the USA and the UK and Ireland targeting all the countries i wanted.

After 3 years it's only been me catching up with the progress onthe property I am selling. Wasted 500.00 and now can't find anyone in the company to speak to.
Over 4 years not received a single update from them, or any evidence of well thought out marketing. Awful service.
