“Great option for vacuum cleaner purchase”

Stumbled across this site while hunting for a replacement vacuum cleaner. First thought was to look at the "Brazilian region" site. After sort of finding what I was looking for, decided to search for that vacuum and eVacuumStore came up with a better price for the same model. In addition, an extra 10% discount was given on the order that included free shipping. All in all saved around $50.00 extra. Also the shipping was fast with delivery. So it pays to do your research.

I have done business with vacuum for the last 15 to 20 years purchasing bags and other equipment for my built-in Nutone vacuum. After 30+ years of good service, the Nutone vacuum broke down. My first choice was Evacuum. I spoke to the service representative at Evacuum told them exactly what I wanted Plus, they consulted my previous purchases and knew. I was replacing anPlus, they consulted my previous purchases and new. I was replacing a whole house vacuum. We on the price and they shipped it out. When we received the vacuum, I had to go visit my sick mother in another part of the state so I had a friend do the install. When we came back, everything looked fine. The vacuum looked similar and it worked. The same to me. Unbeknownst to me they had sent us a vacuum that was designed for garage use only. That vacuum has now burned out after three years I Contacted Evacuum and they told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us we could pay for a service person that would cost us $500. Evacuum has made no effort to help resolve this issue. This was their mistake by shipping the wrong vacuum! DO NOT purchase a vacuum from Evacuums! There customer service will disappoint you! I have done business with Evacuums for the last 15 or 20 years, I purchased different parts and equipment for my whole house NuTone vacuum. After over 30 years of service the NuTone vacuum finally died. The first place I called was Evacuums because they had given me good service in the past. They have my purchase history, plus, I was very clear with them with my request . I told them I needed a whole house vacuum to replace the NuTone vacuum that they had sent parts to me previously. I decided on a vacuum that was recommended by the service representative. The vacuum was shipped out to us promptly. Unfortunately, I had to visit my sick mother in another part of the state so I had a friend to install. When I got home. The vacuum was installed. It worked, and it looks similar to my previous vacuum. Unbeknownst to me this vacuum was intended for garage use only it was not intended to be used as a whole house vacuum . After three years, this vacuum has burned out I contacted Evacuums. They did not offer any type of support or warranty service. They told me to call the manufacturer and the manufacturer wanted $500 for a service call. I contacted the Evacuums and they have not responded to any of my request for some type of warranty service. I will not purchase any other products from the Evacuum and I recommend that any person reading this review should not purchase a vacuum from Evacuums as their customer service policy for vacuums is nonexistent.

Website was easy to navigate, found what I wanted and ordered it. Vacuum bags arrived in a short time, very happy with my first experience with the eVacuumStore. I will certainly order from them again.

Ordered the part online based on part number from Kenmore owners manual. Easy order process. Arrived at our doorstep within a week or so. Great discounted price as Sears quoted us about $50 more for the replacement part.

I ordered a part which, after 21 days of waiting, never arrived. When I emailed their customer service, my complaint was met with customer service sending a document with the USPS tracking number, detailing the package had been delivered! When I attempted resolution over the telephone I was treated with total disdain. I have learned a lesson which cost me $26.98 that eVacuumStore is happy to take your money but once they have it, they could care less. Definitely NOT a reputable business! Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware)!

What a disappointment. When my expedited (at my expense) shipment didn't leave their warehouse on time I was told to refuse the delivery. I did so and waited six weeks for a refund. On calling their 'returns' department today and speaking with Andrew I was told that I had already been refunded three weeks ago (which, if true, is not appearing on my credit card statement online). When I said I hadn't received the refund, he told me it can take a day or two to appear (which is odd, as he said it was issued more than three weeks ago). When I told him again that it isn't there, he hung up on me.

I disputed with American Express. "Service" from this company has been a disappointment from the get-go. I bought elsewhere and recommend that others do the same.

Wanted to get a better hose for my central vacuum. Sent an email with questions on hose selection. No answers, just "call the number." Called and was told that I could only buy the same hose that came with my system or buy a new power head. He refused to offer any alternatives. It was like talking to a brick wall. Hung up.

Ordered belts and filters for our Bissell. There was a delay in shipping due to an understandable supply chain delay. When finally shipped, we did not receive the goods. The post office showed delivery but we never received it. Contacted eVacuumStore and they immediately started a file. I received a message from them stating that the shipment was being returned to them and that they would refund or replace the order. We asked for a replacement as we wanted the merchandise. That was three months ago. We have had one follow-up message saying they would email us when a refund was issued. To date, we have no belts or filters, no refund, and no email. Our experience with eVacuumStore has turned very sour from what could have been a great customer service opportunity.

I needed parts. For an older but kick but machine. E-vac. Had the goods. Easy to find. Easy to get. I've used their service a number of times over the past few years. And will continue to. In fact. I'm going today to look for a battery for my cordless. Thank you E. Vacuum.

I ordered two parts, and waited over 4 weeks with zero updates on status. When I contacted them, they gave me a tracking order, which was not correct. They double checked and finally explained that 1 of my items was on back order so they hadn't shipped anything.
After a few more weeks I asked to have 1 item shipped and the other item cancelled and refunded. They were prompt to do so at that point.
Seems strange to me that they would take my money, provide ZERO updates to me, sell a product that they don't have or the manufacturer doesn't have either, and then really just "lose" my order without keeping me updated on status. Seems this could be rectified by automated emails. I had to do all the chasing and asking about status. Not the best way to keep customers engaged and informed.
They were apologetic and prompt once I request partial refund and partial order shipment.

When I received my items was was damaged and inoperable. It took server all emails and two phone calls in order to get reimbursed... Which was short by two dollars. When I addressed this, I received no reply. After several attempts, I just gave up on getting any type of a resolution... it just wasn't worth it, and I could not deal with the lack of respect over this whole transaction.
I would recommend to NOT work/order from this company.

I have been using eVacuumstore vacuum bags for years and had no problems until now. The bags are
The correct item for my Kenmore vac but the cardboard insert is too wide and would not fit in. I even
Cut the sides to fit but still could not fit it in. I did a chat with an agent but it was not helpful at all. All
He said was they never had this problem before. Well, they do now. They lost me as a customer.

I had purchased this for myself for Christmas but did not receive it until after the holidays, but it was probably because of the rush this time of year. An okay product, it doesn't seem to last very long on a charge, and just lately the motor has been making a very loud hum noise while in operation. Was thinking of returning it but then it went away. I'll keep an eye on it and if it starts doing it again or gets worse I will return it. Great suction but again the long charge time that I wonder how long it will last.

The initial order of my power nozzle seemed to be very smooth, to the point that I made comments about how easy it was to place the order. It was after that, the customer service fell to pieces. Extremely rude representative I just hung up with again. The team at EVacuum seems as if they have absolutely no idea what they are doing, or selling. My product will be returned immediately, so i can order from a professional organization. Do not use this company.

dont use the evacuum store, thats the best advice i can offer

Ordered two small items which were allegedly in stock and ready to ship. My CC was charged right away, and over 11 days later, I still only have a UPS tracking # which was generated by their "warehouse". I have requested the order be cancelled and the customer service representatives refused. Note, this company simply seems to be just a reseller, as a wholesale only company named Essco actually generated the shipping label and is the "warehouse" they refer to. (See www.Essco.net) Don't get ripped off, buy somewhere else and avoid the headache.

I needed to determine if I ordered the right part and was treated very rudely by Josh. In an email conversation he told me I owned a fake Electrolux model (not true) and had a very condescending tone, instead of asking me questions & providing good customer service. I made a complaint via email. No one got back to me for weeks. When I called back, guess who answered? Josh. This must be an extremely small company, & it's not accredited by the BBB. Would definitely not recommend this company.

I tried to order filters online and could not decide what I actually needed so I called this company to place the order. This Yankee lady was insistent that I needs a particular filter, so I gave her my cc and info. When I received them, indeed they were not what I described to her. After going through 4 different people that refused to understand my frustration, I am still stuck with 2 boxes of the wrong filter. No matter how many times I described my filter along with a picture, I was told that filter had been changed to the felt filters I was sent. I tried the filter in my machine and am convinced these people are thick and do not intend to correct my problem because they refuse to admit there is a problem

The prices and selection for this sight is great, webpage is easy to find what you need. And then it ends. Their email, notification system is not set up to notify you when something is out of stock. So you can wait 13 days from the time you order something until it arrives, with no explanation or apology. When I emailed to find out why the long delay a brief explanation was offered, no apology offered.
I will pay a little bit more next time for a quicker turn around.

The package did not deliver and they did not help with anything. I ordered a pack of 3 items for my cleaner and they issued the shipment 3 weeks after that. While the USPS says it has been delivered, nothing has been received. I called the customer service of the company and personal, Josh, lead the conversation. He was so impolite.

I ordered a replacement powerhead for my Beam vacuum on August 26th. It is now October 14th and I still have not received it. I've called 3 different times and was told that it would be delivered in 2 weeks. It never happened even though they've been paid. I just cancelled the order and am going to contact PayPal to get my money back. Buyer Beware!

I bought 10 KN95 masks for $60 - good price except they are a cheap Chinese knockoff not worth more than $1. They didn't have the N95 certification printed on the mask. Another order I placed for vacuum bags was never delivered. Do not purchase from this company.

So much for customer service. I purchased two boxes of Sebo Vacuum bags. Cost $75. Bought wrong model. I only found out when I used up all of my existing bags. They refused a return or exchange. This is bad customer service. I would never do this to one of my customers. It guarantees this kind of review.

I was specific with the saler on the telephone about my vacuum beam 253 and asked for the cloth filter for that, so he say yes we have I bought finally arrived I opened and the size was 2x small. When I order with the customer service I asked more than one time if is the right one his answer was "yes that will fits your vacuum ". You expected that they are professionals and know what they are selling but his expertise was sale take a hold of your money (boosting his commission) for 40 days until you return the wrong purchase. I call that a scene. Be aware!

Ordered Electrolux PU3650 Platinum Builders for $1599. 99... my husband spent over a week installing throughout the walls in the house. We still have not received the accessory package or the bonus packages so I have no Vaccum to Vaccum the floors. Shirley Herberger Order#******* 12/30/2019

I have ordered a number of items just to see what kind of service and quality e-vac would have. I ordered a couple of vac motors for the original Electrolux vacs and cord winder, filers for cvs, belt, cords etc and the service was excellent and the quality was good. We will see about the motors as to how long they last.
