Stumbled across this site while hunting for a replacement vacuum cleaner. First thought was to look at the "Brazilian region" site. After sort of finding what I was looking for, decided to search for that vacuum and eVacuumStore came up with a better price for the same model. In addition, an extra 10% discount was given on the order that included free shipping. All in all saved around $50.00 extra. Also the shipping was fast with delivery. So it pays to do your research.
I have done business with vacuum for the last 15 to 20 years purchasing bags and other equipment for my built-in Nutone vacuum. After 30+ years of good service, the Nutone vacuum broke down. My first choice was Evacuum. I spoke to the service representative at Evacuum told them exactly what I wanted Plus, they consulted my previous purchases and knew. I was replacing anPlus, they consulted my previous purchases and new. I was replacing a whole house vacuum. We on the price and they shipped it out. When we received the vacuum, I had to go visit my sick mother in another part of the state so I had a friend do the install. When we came back, everything looked fine. The vacuum looked similar and it worked. The same to me. Unbeknownst to me they had sent us a vacuum that was designed for garage use only. That vacuum has now burned out after three years I Contacted Evacuum and they told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us we could pay for a service person that would cost us $500. Evacuum has made no effort to help resolve this issue. This was their mistake by shipping the wrong vacuum! DO NOT purchase a vacuum from Evacuums! There customer service will disappoint you! The prices and selection for this sight is great, webpage is easy to find what you need. And then it ends. Their email, notification system is not set up to notify you when something is out of stock. So you can wait 13 days from the time you order something until it arrives, with no explanation or apology. When I emailed to find out why the long delay a brief explanation was offered, no apology offered.
I will pay a little bit more next time for a quicker turn around.
The package did not deliver and they did not help with anything. I ordered a pack of 3 items for my cleaner and they issued the shipment 3 weeks after that. While the USPS says it has been delivered, nothing has been received. I called the customer service of the company and personal, Josh, lead the conversation. He was so impolite.
I have a Beam system, and the service and parts are sparse in my area. I did a quick search, found this business and spoke to a fellow on the phone. His advice, to change the platen on the beater bar and replace the bulb and belt myself saved me $300 over buying a new one. That's a decency and honesty I thought long lost. I ordered Dyson filters, which were branded parts, not knock offs, and masks. Again, excellent service, free shipping and a fair deal. You can deal with these folks with complete confidence.

I had been looking for a new vacuum for several months. Checked out the reviews for a Bissell upright designed with pet owners in mind. Great quality (Made in America) product with easy to understand directions! Love the attachments, power and ability to adjust suction for different jobs, i. E. upholstery, carpet, hard floors. Light weight and easy to maneuver. Great value!

I ordered a replacement powerhead for my Beam vacuum on August 26th. It is now October 14th and I still have not received it. I've called 3 different times and was told that it would be delivered in 2 weeks. It never happened even though they've been paid. I just cancelled the order and am going to contact PayPal to get my money back. Buyer Beware!

Ordering the replacement was fairly easy to navigate. Ordering was also easy. Got the hose in a good fast turnaround time and it fits perfectly and improved my old worn out vacuum a lot. It sure beat getting a whole new vacuum. I certainly would order from this company again. Good experience all around. Thank You.
I received my order rather quickly and the items were exactly what I ordered. My city store had been out of my necessary bags for months, so I chose to order from this company. Glad I did and will from now on.

I bought 10 KN95 masks for $60 - good price except they are a cheap Chinese knockoff not worth more than $1. They didn't have the N95 certification printed on the mask. Another order I placed for vacuum bags was never delivered. Do not purchase from this company.
I ordered a 3 in 1 attachment part for my Electrolux Ultra, the order was taken quickly and my payment processed. The item I ordered was at my doorstep in 3 days. I will say that having everything in front of you when you call makes the process of ordering a breeze.
In my case I had the invoice of purchase (4 years ago) in front of me.
They are a total fraud. They shipped out a vacuum that is not performing as described. They clearly state they will accept returns! Now because of COVID-19, they have changed their minds. The customer service is zero.
Edit. Evacuumstore has agreed to take back the vacuum. They will not be issuing credit right away. I hope they still will once the pandemic is behind us.
So much for customer service. I purchased two boxes of Sebo Vacuum bags. Cost $75. Bought wrong model. I only found out when I used up all of my existing bags. They refused a return or exchange. This is bad customer service. I would never do this to one of my customers. It guarantees this kind of review.
We purchased KN95 masked on the basis of the other reviews. They arrived within a week of ordering and were of good quality and comfortable. Will be wearing them under our cloth masks. We had filters in our masks but this is much more protective. Also, they have a link to it's certification by the FDA for the product. So I feel this is a good product.
In June I ordered a vacuum hose for my thirty-three-year-old Electrolux canister vacuum cleaner. I was pleased that they had one for such an old vacuum. They shipped it promptly. After about six weeks the hose pulled out of the handle. I called the eVacuum store, talked with a pleasant and helpful customer service rep who told me they would send me a replacement. UPS delivered the replacement in two days (I live in a neighboring State). They had been having trouble with the hoses like the one they first sent me and the replacement was made by a different company and is of much better quality. I'm very happy with the eVacuum Store.
I was specific with the saler on the telephone about my vacuum beam 253 and asked for the cloth filter for that, so he say yes we have I bought finally arrived I opened and the size was 2x small. When I order with the customer service I asked more than one time if is the right one his answer was "yes that will fits your vacuum ". You expected that they are professionals and know what they are selling but his expertise was sale take a hold of your money (boosting his commission) for 40 days until you return the wrong purchase. I call that a scene. Be aware!

First tried to sell me a $100 part that would take a month to get. When I said never mind, the agent apparently was able to locate the exact part I needed in stock for $10. Unfortunately, it still took a month to get AND it was the wrong part!
We ordered the vacuum on line after trying unsuccessfully to order on the phone. After getting online the order process took about ten minutes and much to our surprise was delivered in four days. Considering this was ordered on Christmas Eve day I was quite surprised. The vacuum arrived intact and well wrapped for shipping. We are very happy. The product quality is far above our last Electrolux. We love the color as well although each model has its own color and can't be chosen. We ordered the C3 Alize canister it comes in a very nice Green color. But bottom line is that the suction is fantastic and the ease of use is fantastic and we have a lot of floor rugs a on hardwood floors so the ease and use of height adjustment from floor to thick rug is vey good. Would not recommend this model for very thick carpet.

I contacted eVacuumStore prior to my purchase of a central vacuum hose to make sure it would fit my Power Head. I was assured by the Customer Service Rep that it is the correct hose for my Power Head. When I received the hose, the power cord from the head did not fit into the hose. I was told to return the hose in the original box, however, I was responsible for the cost. The cost was $35.00. I opened a case with eVacuumStore explaining that it was their misinformation that they provided prior to the purchase and would appreciate if they covered the cost of the shipping. They never responded to the case. I contacted Customer Service directly and the Representative informed me that they will not refund the shipping cost even though I was misinformed. I will never purchase from them again and hope others take heed when they are not exactly sure of what they are purchasing.
A vacuum store will make you pay your own shipping to return the product. It took them almost a month to get my vacuum cleaner bags. I couldn't wait that long so I had to go to the nearest so and vac store and purchase them for half the price.
Now they tell me I have to pay the shipping to return it to them.
When I contacted a repair service far from my neighborhood to replace a broken belt in the detachable power nozzle i was told I would have to bring in the entire vacuum, cannister and all, as well! For a city dweller without a car that would have been very difficult.
Luckly I found the evacuum store website, called and was directed to the correct replacement belt. It was very inexpensive and easy to install. My 27 year old electrolux is working well. Thanks!
Ordered an important part for a vacuum that i needed for my business. I received email that item was shipped 9/27 by USPS priority. After 3 days and not receiving order i checked the tracking and it stated that a label has been created but not shipped. I called the customer service on 10/4 too inquire why the order STILL was in preshipment. I talked to a confused and unorganized operator who promised me shed get back to me during the day to rectify the situation. After no call for 8 hrs i called again and the explanation i got was that the item was shipped the 27th - i explained to the agent that USPS tracking still had the item in preshipment... she then told me she had no idea what was going on and would have to investigate it again- i then canceled the order and bought item on amazon and it will be here in 2 days. I tried to give another vendor a chance to get my business instead of amazon, but this company fell way short- do not use, bad company and very unorganized.

I have ordered a number of items just to see what kind of service and quality e-vac would have. I ordered a couple of vac motors for the original Electrolux vacs and cord winder, filers for cvs, belt, cords etc and the service was excellent and the quality was good. We will see about the motors as to how long they last.

I placed my order on 12/12. Received an email on 12/13 that it shipped. Have not received it. Emailed their support team on 12/23 and was told they would respond with tracking number. I still hadn't received an update so on 12/26 I contacted them again. They finally got back to me on 12/29 that it was on backorder. I asked when they expect to be back in stock and they still haven't responded. I am hoping that the money I spent hasn't been wasted.
They sent me the wrong part for my Roomba without explanation. It took a while to hear back from them, and when I did, they wanted me to do all the work to return it.
