Stumbled across this site while hunting for a replacement vacuum cleaner. First thought was to look at the "Brazilian region" site. After sort of finding what I was looking for, decided to search for that vacuum and eVacuumStore came up with a better price for the same model. In addition, an extra 10% discount was given on the order that included free shipping. All in all saved around $50.00 extra. Also the shipping was fast with delivery. So it pays to do your research.
I have done business with vacuum for the last 15 to 20 years purchasing bags and other equipment for my built-in Nutone vacuum. After 30+ years of good service, the Nutone vacuum broke down. My first choice was Evacuum. I spoke to the service representative at Evacuum told them exactly what I wanted Plus, they consulted my previous purchases and knew. I was replacing anPlus, they consulted my previous purchases and new. I was replacing a whole house vacuum. We on the price and they shipped it out. When we received the vacuum, I had to go visit my sick mother in another part of the state so I had a friend do the install. When we came back, everything looked fine. The vacuum looked similar and it worked. The same to me. Unbeknownst to me they had sent us a vacuum that was designed for garage use only. That vacuum has now burned out after three years I Contacted Evacuum and they told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us we could pay for a service person that would cost us $500. Evacuum has made no effort to help resolve this issue. This was their mistake by shipping the wrong vacuum! DO NOT purchase a vacuum from Evacuums! There customer service will disappoint you! I placed a order on December 16th as a Christmas present for my husband. Turns out I ordered the wrong item. I called EVacuumStore customer service and received NO customer service. To return the item, I am responsible for $57.00 in shipping. They do not provide return labels. To top it off... they shipped 2 of the same items and argued with me that I ordered 2 of the same product. I am now responsible for $114.00 in shipping to return 2 of the same items. Service was awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased k95 masks(10 pack) from eVacuumStore and used my first mask from them last week. The string on the very first mask I put on broke off and I did not even stretch it more than necessary to put it around by ear. This happened when I was going into a Home Depot store so the mask was completely useless.
These masks are poor quality. I contacted eVacuumStore via email but they never bothered to respond. I purchased a vacuum from eVacuumStore in the past but I will never buy from them again because of their poor customer service and the poor quality of the k95 masks I Purchaed from them.
Apparently there is one person in the store and he cannot recognize what type of bag it is by looking at the bag. AND he wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. He said No One at the store can look at a bag and sell you that bag. WOW.
I could not decide what the right part was right for my vaccum... Because there were several. I called... the lady that answered the phone was very helpful. Figured out the part. N that was it. Sent part. It was perfect. Vaccum is back to great. Thank you.
I couldn't find the name of the part that I needed on the name brand site. Your schematic diagram of parts was solo helpful and I was able to get the perfect part and was up and running 10 minutes after the part was delivered.

I placed an order for a Dyson Motörhead replacement part mid June. It is now almost September and I still don't have it. Every time I've called they say the part is on backorder and usually takes two weeks to come in. I asked several times if anyone could do anything to expedite or find out what was taking so long. Everyone told me no and basically I was out of luckjust to cancel if I wanted. Finally I did cancel but the part is still on the website, no notice about backorders. I should've cancelled sooner but since I was getting a good deal I waited. Lesson learned. I won't try to order from them again.
I had ordered the KN95 mask on 02 Jan 2021, I just received the mask today, 16 Jan 2021. I do realize that the mail system has been overwhelmed due to the election & Christmas. The item was mailed out 05 Jan 2021. EEvacuum Store did get in contact with me & ask if I had received my mask. I have always received great service & products from them. I do highly recommend them.

I called this company and bought a system they recomended, made here in the US, I bought the kit, I received the Vacumaid unit, which worked great, however, the attachments were from Germany and do not work with my system. Sebo is the name of the attachments, which need the European connections... I would not take a chance with this company
Phone support was great, and I'm glad to be in touch with them. My particular Orick vacuum cleaner is a good model, but they don't make bags for it anymore, and I was really happy to find a source.

Ordered 50 vacuum bags which were not as advertised, they sent me a return shipping lable and I sent them back.NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT HAS EVER COME, I get the run around every time I call them...do not trust this company with your money, glad I did not buy an expensive vacuum cleaner from them!
Ordered the bare floor accessory for my Hoover upright. Product is as described. However, had to make a slight adjustment for it to totally fit my stick.

Ordered on line and in a short period of time my order arrived. No problem during the ordering process, found the bag type with no problem. Confirmation was correct and quick.
I ordered a part for an Oreck vacuum on July 15th and paid with my credit card. I received e-mail notification that the item had shipped. After 12 days, I still had not received my order, and they had not provided me tracking info on the order that was shipped. I contacted them via e-mail to find out that the order had not actually shipped - it was "on backorder." Should ship in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, still no tracking number, and no parts received. "It will be another 2 weeks." 2 weeks later, no parts received and no tracking info. They then stopped answering my e-mails (sent them 4 requests for updates/info), and they do not answer their phones. Took my money and scammed me. It's now September 3rd - 7 weeks after paying for the part. Filing a fraud report now with Visa Security. EVacuumStore is a fraud - do not use them!
Price were retail, however availability was good. Parts installed with no issues. Would recommend. Eastern US Location plan for your shipping lead time.

We have been looking for a replacement hose for our cannister vac for a long time. So happy to have found this location
I placed an order on October 22,2020. Provided a street address for delivery as directed by website. Store shipped via a combination shipping service that ultimately dropped the package at a U.S. Post Office that not only does not serve my street address but is in another County. Through tracking I learned on 10/27/2020 that the post office returned the package. I notified eVacuum through their website of this problem and received an automated reply that a "Case" had been opened. Never any further communication on my "case." I learned through tracking that the returned package was received by eVacuum on 11/04/2020 at 9:50 a.m. On 11/12/2020 after not receiving any credit to my account I called customer service and spoke with "Mike." He checked tracking and confirmed it showed delivery to them on 11/4. He advised he was sending an email and my credit should be through in a few days. Today is December 4th, a month since eVacuum received the returned package and I still do not have a credit. I called eVacuum returns and was told just because it was received in their warehouse on 11/4 didn't mean they processed it then. The man I spoke with exceedingly rude and still was unable to tell me when I might receive a credit. On October 22nd eVacuum had no trouble charging my credit card before shipping the product, but a month after receiving it back (due to their own error,) they have not processed my refund and have no idea when they will. At this point I don't think this can be attributed to poor business skills but rather fraud.

Ordered a vacuum bag using the PN. They sent a bag that wouldn't work. When I sent them picture of the bag I have, showing the PN, they gave me a "RA" number and told me to ship it back. The cost of shipping it back doesn't make it worth my time. I guess they got money from me, and I now have a bad I'll never use. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, EVER!

Avoid this site, unless you want to throw money away, and have bags for vacuums you don't own.
