Stumbled across this site while hunting for a replacement vacuum cleaner. First thought was to look at the "Brazilian region" site. After sort of finding what I was looking for, decided to search for that vacuum and eVacuumStore came up with a better price for the same model. In addition, an extra 10% discount was given on the order that included free shipping. All in all saved around $50.00 extra. Also the shipping was fast with delivery. So it pays to do your research.
I have done business with vacuum for the last 15 to 20 years purchasing bags and other equipment for my built-in Nutone vacuum. After 30+ years of good service, the Nutone vacuum broke down. My first choice was Evacuum. I spoke to the service representative at Evacuum told them exactly what I wanted Plus, they consulted my previous purchases and knew. I was replacing anPlus, they consulted my previous purchases and new. I was replacing a whole house vacuum. We on the price and they shipped it out. When we received the vacuum, I had to go visit my sick mother in another part of the state so I had a friend do the install. When we came back, everything looked fine. The vacuum looked similar and it worked. The same to me. Unbeknownst to me they had sent us a vacuum that was designed for garage use only. That vacuum has now burned out after three years I Contacted Evacuum and they told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us we could pay for a service person that would cost us $500. Evacuum has made no effort to help resolve this issue. This was their mistake by shipping the wrong vacuum! DO NOT purchase a vacuum from Evacuums! There customer service will disappoint you! I ordered items on the 17th. After a full week I had not received any update on my order so I reached out to customer service. I asked when I could expect my order. The only response I got was a part was not in inventory (which any reliable business would not have allowed someone to order a product they didn't have in inventory). I then asked again when I could expect my order, and they ghosted me. 5 days after my initial reach out to the company, I called to cancel my order.
Since I had not received any shipping information, I should not have had a problem cancelling since their website clearly states "orders can not be cancelled once they've been shipped." The first person I spoke to told me "it hasn't shipped yet but it's supposed to ship today and she wasn't able to cancel my order". This was baffling to me. How can they not cancel my order if the company is still in possession of 1. My money and 2. The items I paid for 10 days ago? She refused to cancel my order, said a manager could call me back then hung up on me.
Then I talked to Mike when i called back. He told me "the item has already shipped because we printed a shipping label." How convenient. I had not received any email alert, no tracking number and his colleague had told me it hadn't shipped yet. Caught in a lie. When I said this, he hung up on me... so I called back and got Mike once more... who proceeded to lie about how we "got disconnected" told me "I don't like being called a liar" when he continued to lie to me even more. He once again refused to allow me to cancel my order, said because a label has been printed it has shipped (this is not true... most people know printing a label does not magically make it fly out of a warehouse). Before I had called Mike, I submitted a new ticket to cancel my order. It's now a week after these phone calls and I have yet to receive a response from that ticket. They shipped my order the very next day I tried 4x to cancel.
Shoddy business practices going against their own policies on website. Probably a scam for identity theft as well.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. If you can not trust a company to follow the policy on their website, you clearly can not trust them at all.

I find the masks to be of good quality. The only issue is that there is a slight odor to the mask that I don't like.
