Placed a small order and got the item quickly. Next placed a much larger order on 07 September 2013 and paid by PayPal and I can neither get the goods; can not get my money back; nor can I get a response from the customer services.
It is now 8 weeks exactly and Christmas is fast approaching. At this rate, I think Christmas will come sooner than a shipment from Everbuying.com!

They take your order and payment and do not ship the item. They ignore your questions and inquiries. They consistently list your item as: "processing". Mine was "processing" for two weeks. I subsequent read other reviews and found many many folks were treated in the very same manner. The few 'good' reviews are on the Everbuy website ONLY!
I am still waiting on an order that I place last month. I still have not received it, when I track it still say not found.The tracking number is RR*******FJ.
I payed for 2 phones almost 3 week ago on my paypal card 84.00 dollars an still have not got them I have been done wrong,

I ordered a tablet for my daughter for christmas, paid for expidited shipping, it got here before christmas. On christmas, we charged it up and attempted to use it, the tablet screen doesnt work, you have to put ten times the amount of preassure on the screen to get it to select anything, and as soon as it was unplugged from the charged the battery was dead within 15 min. I emailed customer service and told them I wanted to exchange or a refund, they said I would have to pay the shipping to ship it back. I emailed again, and said if I have to pay for the shipping back, I just want a refund, they promptly told me I would have to pay to have it shipped back plus a $25.00 fee for the refund. They insist that the tablet was in good condition when they shipped it and was damaged during shipping, I can't get them to understand that the item wasnt damaged during shipping, it was damaged before it was sent. So the $80.00 I spent on the tablet, I will only get $35.00 refunded to me. This website is a crock, you can forget about calling them, if you are in the United States, there is an customer service number that you can call Monday through Friday 8a.m.-5p.m. Beijing Time. This Website is not worth the hassle if their product is defective
