Everything neon went the extra mile creating mock ups for us with different versions. When it arrived it was packages perfectly with hanging mechanics. They even included a dimmer control switch. I am very thankful to the team who has worked with me in creating amazing neon sign. It was surprising and refreshing to be able to talk to a live person despite all the automated help and unresponsive emails we have encountered from other companies.

Major Hassle if you have a problem. Site says its from Texas, but your dealing with China. Bad grammar and no help. When I told them I had a problem they wanted me to bang on the sign to see if it will come back on.
Make sure what your paying for is something you dont mind throwing out in a year and a few days.

I was looking for a neon sign and found this guys on the web, I was in doubt ordering from them because there are already a lot of scams online this days. But this guys are different, they have the best design that really meets what I prefer, customer service who are always available when I have questions and OH! The sign, its just perfect. Looks awesome. I love how bright it is that It can really be seen from a distance. It was very easy to deal with them that I only had to communicate through email and their sales agents respond to my queries right away. If you want stress free, go with them.

I was looking for someone to help us asap with our sign and I've tried out so many suppliers but none of them have responded. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this website, and I was surprised that someone called me in just a couple of minutes! Speed and reliability at its peak!

I purchased a 12in by 24in led sign and in less than a month "23" days to be exact...lights have gone out! $295 wasted! Never buy from this company. 1st off they delete all emails sent to you so you can't go back and prove where they offer a larger sign for the quoted price and you receive a smaller one. Very cheap material. Looks like a lite bright game...not worth the money! Shop elsewhere!

I got my second LED sign from this company, and it looks perfect! Just the way I wanted. Our customers love to get their photos taken with our storefront neon. I would highly recommend This company to anybody looking for a LED or neon sign. They do an awesome job!

They did not send the proper power cords with my original order. When I reached out to Customer Service, they said it was past the 100 day mark after the purchase date and said they won't ship the proper power cord. The reason why I couldn't open it and check right away is because we had a family member pass away and I did not get to this task until recently.
But Everything-Neon doesn't care. They just tell you it's not possible and there's nothing they can do to fix their own mistake. This company is awful.

Thanks to you. My wedding was a success! The sign was an impromptu idea and I didn't really have time to shop around. I'm so glad I called the right folks who genuinely helped me make my wish a reality.

While designing my custom neon sign, I changed the colors and fonts so many times and they were very patient every time. I read some bad reviews online so I was a bit skeptical but after receiving the sign early, I knew it was worth it! It came from China but the quality and packing were outstanding. Keep up the good work guys!

I am so happy with the out come of my order. I customized the sign and received the way I wanted to be. Its not a 100% exactly the same on the website, but I am very satisfied on how it looks like. You guys are great.

We have ordered multiple signs through EverythingNeon.Com and have issues with all of them whether they are the $$$ US made version or the cheap China version. We received signs with spelling errors that did not match the proofs and had to fight to get them sent back and fixed without it coming out of our pocket. Multiple LED bulbs have gone out again since receipt of the new signs. It has been less then 6 months! Customer service is awful resulting in multiple emails back and forth. Reps advise you to switch power supplies between TWO DEFECTIVE signs to see if the power supply is the issue. Obviously was not. Now have been advised to send signs back for them to take a look at. They expect us to ship them with $ out of our pocket! As well as be without signage on the front of the business for how long? We operate at night hours and replaced all of our neons with LED signs from this company, and not a single is living up to its expectations. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This light is very well made. It's easy to hang and looks great in my office. It's easy to adjust the settings and turn them on and off. It offers a variety of brightness and blinking options. I would recommend it.

I was very doubtful at first as I read through the bad reviews. A review said it came from China. I have to agree with that. It seems like it was made in China and shipped international priority and the from address was a Chinese address, and one shipping label was in Chinese. But let me tell you, if it came from China, they did an awesome job! I ordered with them in sept 8th and I received it today sept 17th, even though they had told me it will take 3-4 weeks! I was totally surprised to get it today. They had also given me a discount in my order. The package came in well secured and neat. The product looked absolutely wonderful and the letters were exactly how I wanted them! Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered a sign from everything neon. The sign fell off the wall because the chain the company provided to hang it with broke. I called them and they said they would work with me but the sign was no longer on warranty. By working with me that meant they gave me a quote to replace the sign for 350.00 more than I paid for it originally. That's how they work with their customers!

The company and his team took great care helping us design our amazing signage within our budget. I especially like use of up to date Neon's and materials that insure our signs are built to last. The company went above and beyond to accommodate us and I would highly accommodate and would highly recommend this company.

Our first light stopped working after a few uses, but another was shipped immediately and so far - so good! Such a cute light and love that you can dim it to the occasion or preference.

I would not recommend this business at all.

I ordered a custom sign, which I believed to be neon, since it quite literally stated that it would be "glass neon" on the website. When I received my order, my sign was not neon at all. Just cheap plastic LED that looks awful.

I contacted customer service and they stated that they no longer do neon and that they have only ever made one real neon sign. This is suspicious to me as their website has several photos of real neon signs. They also only offered to give me a refund of $120 when I paid $459 for something I do not even want. They also continued to ask me "how much I would be willing to pay" for the sign. Mind you, I thought I was getting a real neon sign, I should receive a full refund, which I have not received anything yet.

False advertising, expensive and cheap looking products. If you are looking for real neon, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a nice looking LED sign, then still go elsewhere because what I did receive was low quality. 0/10

So surprised at how bright the sign is. You won't be let down with this purchase at Everuything-neon.com. Have been using it everyday for weeks and are very pleased.

We wanted a neon sign for our wedding reception, but my wife was worried that the quality of some other companies didn't match the price they were asking for the signs. When our friend suggested 'EVERYTHING NEON' Signs we were so excited. We sent them a picture of what we wanted and they made it PERFECTLY.
