I place an order for 2 items online and paid for an expedited delivery mail (the site claimed it takes 1-2 business day). After three days, I got the message will be shipped and shall take 3 days to be delivered. As I had a planned trip, I called the customer service number who did not offer any help to resolve the situation. The agent tried to justify the situation by making inaccurate statements, contrary to what is mentioned on their website. I highly recommend not pay for an expedited delivery cause they are not equipped or capable of handling it.

Bought 2 bathing suits from everything but water, before going to Mexico vacation this past February. Even though I thought they were overpriced, I liked them enough to make the purchase. I wore one of them one time only, and the bottom got so frayed that I couldn't wear it again, again after only one-time use. I took it back to the store at the mall to exchange it for something different and the sales associate told me she couldn't do that and gave me the customer service email and advised that I reach out directly. Strange approach! Nevertheless, I emailed customer service and called them and they also declined to offer an exchange and claimed that it was a case of normal wear and tear. $175 for one wear. Very expensive!
Will never buy from them again. If you don't have a decent return policy, you don't have my business.
Fabric with darker colors bleed even after rinsing in cold water. Stained my white towels and sink. Some tops & bottoms of "matching" suits have different dye lots. Didn't realize defects until wore each suit one time. They don't allow you to return defective suits to store. You're forced to call or email customer service dept. Shouldn't be this difficult with any merchant but especially with these very expensive suits. Never buy from this store!

Don’t buy their swimsuits. Go to a store that takes returns of defective items easily without making customer jump through hoops. Shouldn’t have this problem with any merchant especially expensive items.
I received the excessively expensive bathing suit that cost me $200. Sure it looks cute on the model but in actuality, the quality is lacking. I will no longer purchase anything from there anymore and advise anyone to not do so either.

I've been promised delivery 2 separate times a week apart and still haven't received items. It's been over two weeks since I placed the order. The merchandise is also misrepresented online. The swimsuit fabrics are loose with no support not firm and made for flat chested ladies.

I purchased a bag, after one year, the bag started bubbling. Obviously the fabric is defective.
The store itself was polite. However the 800 costumer service was very disappointing.
They informed me that despite the defective textile they would not be able to provide me with any assistance.

They did replace the suit but only after a lot of going back and forth and threatening to drop the suit off and contact my CC company. Just to clarify - the staff in the Ft. Myers Beach location was very apologetic and accommodating. It was the corporate office and their policies and attitude that made this a very difficult situation. I still will not shop at one of their stores again.
We are on vacation in Fort Myers Beach, Fl and stopped in to find a one piece bathing suit which I really could not find one anywhere else that I really liked. Their suits are very nice but pricey, but I figured what the heck, you get what you pay for and it will last - WRONG! The suit I bought I absolutely loved and the first day I wore it, no problems. Then the 2nd day I noticed that it was "bunching" up around the wire on the breast. I thought that was odd and could not get it to stop. It started on one side and then the next day it was both sides. Now I have to pull the fabric across my breasts to keep it from bunching up which is constantly. I went into the store where I bought it and the manager was very apologetic and saw what I was talking about and agreed with me that to pay $170 for a suit it should not do that. Their return policy is that you have to call customer service so I did that which the lady then told me that her manager would have to call me back. Later that day the manager called me back and said that I would have to mail the suit to them and let them determine if I get an exchange or not. I explained that I am on vacation and I would have to go and buy another suit while they decide if if they are going to let me exchange it. So sorry but that is how it is going to be. Told her I would not do that and that I should be able to go to the store and let the manager talk with her and decide that. No go. WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT ANY EVERYTHING BUT WATER AGAIN AND I JUST THREW $170.00 DOWN THE DRAIN. They think a lot of their suits but not their customers. They lost a customer FOR LIFE and I will tell everyone I know how I was treated and not to shop there.

I was in the store at Northpark Center, Dallas, Texas and an associate named Aubrey was so nice.
I have shopped there several times and when I entered the store, she called me by my name. I live 2 hours away and I though that was very sweet. She truely helps you and seems to be honest when you ask if this suit looks good. A lot of associates will never tell you NO and I really appreciate her honesty!

Overpriced item, poorly made and then charged for postage twice (once for UPS and additional for USPS) because their claim was they couldn't locate my street address on their website. They didn't offer to refund the additional shipping. Claimed that they had a recorded phone call stating that there was no guarantee that the item would arrive at my post office if it was shipped to my box number. Buyer beware!
Ordered an expensive swimsuit and a 15 dollar pouch, paid 25 dollars for shipping. Got confirmation that my FULL order was shipped, yet only the pouch arrived. Called customer service and was told that the suit was no longer available. Did not get an explanation why I got a notification that the FULL order was shipped, or why I wasn't warned about any of this before the shipping commenced. Ended up paying 40 dollars for a 15 dollar pouch! Never ordering from this website again.
I will never go into another store of theirs and spend money on their overpriced items. The VP of this company is horrendous as well as the manager at the Lynnfield marketplace. When I tried to talk to someone about the VP, customer service said they had been informed of me, and I wasn't able to talk to anyone above the VP. What a joke! To return a $49 shawl when I spent over $500 in there! Ever again! Beware people and stay clear of these stores!
Just a word of warning, do NOT expect your order to arrive when they say it will. In-store service was good, but customer service on the phone to follow-up on an online order is a waste of breath. It will get there when it gets there.

I got the "EZRA BOTTOM - Ezra Banded Skirted Hipster Bikini Bottom" and the "EMBER TOP - Ember Metallic Underwire Bikini Top" for a total of $200.00, and it was my worst purchase ever!
I purchased it on Mar 25,2021, even though I wasn't going to use it right away, just because I loved it. I used it only two times this month, and the decorative fabric that covers the swimsuit is already breaking in several parts, both the bikini bottom and the bra. For this price, the quality should be way much better! All this time, I kept it very safe in its original packaging to prevent any damage, and I took great care of it, precisely for the price I bought it. But it was in vain.
I realized the price groped down, but I wouldn't waste my money on this quality anyways. Don't waste your money. I did lose a lot!
I will never shop with this brand again. I purchased a $400+ dress from them for a grand opening event of our store. It looked beautiful for the two hours I wore it. The next day I flew home with the dress, hand washed it with delicate detergent as the label exactly told me to and everything looked great at that point. When I laid it to dry flat and came back later in the day, all of the gold ribbon bled into the dress ruining the entire garment. Because the global pandemic hit, I was not able to visit a store until months later to tell them my problem. The lady working said she had zero capability at the store level to help me in any way and that I would have to contact customer service. Customer Service told me they could not help because I was out of their return policy window. It's unbelievable how a company can sell you a defective product, a pandemic hits where you're not supposed to leave your house, in result = they cannot help which means they don't stand behind their products. NEWS FLASH = Your customer is your most important asset. I did not ruin the dress, you have a bad vendor and your company will not last operating this way. I will never shop with you again and would never recommend your brand to anyone.
I purchased 3 bathing suits for my vacation; 2 in the 17th street store in Manhattan and one online. The first day I wore one of the bathing suits, in the water, the material came apart. Not only that, once the suit became wet, the bra stretched out and no longer held me securely. The 2nd day I wore the 2nd suit, the same thing happened. I decided to wear one of my old pieces the next day and no issues of course. I finally wore the 3rd suit I purchased, and had to change it right away. I ended up purchasing a new bathing suit from the resort gift shop.
Once I returned from my trip, I reached out to customer service who asked me to send photos and proof of purchase which I did. My email I was told would be sent to their quality team. What a joke.
I received an email back about 1 1/2 weeks later declining my request for a refund. I sent another email and have yet to hear from them. $400+ in the garbage.
I do not recommend this company. Shopping in the store is also not a great experience. Most of the sales people have no clue. I finally found someone who was able to help but this was after walking around for more than 30 minutes.
It's sad because the pieces were so beautiful but poorly made. I am always careful with my clothing and have never had this experience. A bathing suit should not fall apart after one wear. They actually fell apart while I was wearing them. I was swimming in and this is what they are made for.

Went on line to see if sale. It stated there was a sale. Went to the store in Garden St Plaza, Paramus, NJ. One sales girl was sitting by counter on her phone. Another sale associate was shuffling papers and ignoring myself and another customer. I found a bathing suit. Asked if it was on sale. The associate began yelling nothing is on sale and walked to the back. When she returned I stated the website says sale for her store. She again was loud and rude that nothing was on sale in HER store. I offered to show her the site. By now the others customer was by me and asked a question concerning an item and sale. Associate then asked if I was purchasing the bathing suit or not. I tried to ask about another suit. She yelled at me "it's not on sale either "
I walked out and called corporate. Spoke to CS. Told them what happened. Very apologetic. Said she would pass on what happened. Finally get a call from Shannon- tells me first she knows which associate it was and the issue was taken care of. She would speak to her higher ups to see if they can do something for me since I still wanted a bathing suit, Today I get her on the phone - she tepid me. The associate was spoken to so I can go in store if I want to. Then tells me if I sign up got their website I will get a 15.00 discount to use on a 150.00 bathing suit! Unbelievable. Guess I will look for a better quality store. Stay away!

I received the items as a gift. They did not fit. Their website indicates they are currently for sale at the purchase price. After three calls to different customer service levels, I was told that the 21 day return policy was being enforced, although I did not receive them until after 21 days from purchase. My experience appears identical to many. Since many of their stores are closed or closing, I am not surprised.
