Never received order
January 7, 2019

I placed an order that was expected to arrive just before Christmas. The item never came, the tracking link from the order confirmation email showed no information, and I never received any order updates after the initial confirmation. I reached out to customer service with an inquiry. I did receive a response, but it said 'Your order was canceled'. I replied that they could have at least let me know and I asked what happened. I was given no extra info - just 'your order was canceled in error - sorry. Would you like to re-place the order?'
So I asked how much that would be and when would it be here. They replied that it would be the same price and they would ship it out in 5-7 business days. WTF? I've already waited 3 weeks, they could have at least offered to expedite the shipping. So nope - you're fired.

Engraved? Not really

I ordered a bracelet with and engraving on it and you can't even see it. You actually have to stare at it to even see the lightly stamped print on it. Since it is personalized you cannot return it. I also ordered 2 day shipping on the 22nd and didn't get it for 6 days! What a waste of money! Do not bother! So disappointed

Piece of trash

Terrible company that deserves to be shut down. They are garbage at customer service and money hungry thieves. I placed an order and within 2 minutes of placing it requested a small change to the order. The next day they shipped out my order AFTER RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL SAYING "sorry your order was already shipped." Meanwhile it was still in the processing stage and only 5 hours later was it actually shipped. Why would you ship an order out when you willingly see a change request was needed? Dirty scammers. Giving this company your money is like giving worthless trash your hard earned gold and hope they will value it. These people are nasty owners of this business and I will never order from them again which sucks because I have placed orders before but at this point I'm fed up. You lost a customer and also my 5 family members said they aren't ordering again.

I hate them. They charge more than its worth. I paid for 2 day delivery, and it didnt come until a week later. Therefore, I paid more than I needed to, and they did absolutely nothing about it when I spoke to them. Garbage. Dont waste your time or money.

Terrible quality

I bought two engraved necklaces. I paid 150 dollars for two. Very cheap quality. The necklace is very thin and the engraved part of the necklace is so small that you can barely read what was put on it. Btw i found it to be kind of odd when I went to pay for the items I bought the price kept changing. ( Increased) and I had to keep fixing it. Its just very disappointing. It's a rip off to say the least, this company won't be in buisness for long.

Beautiful

I recueved my beautiful necklace today, very good quality piece., it certainly touched my heart. I have the regret of not finding Eves Addiction sooner. I will be purchasing all personalized jewelery items from here. Thank you for the quick shipment, i ordered on a thursday and recieved my necklace the following monday, and let me just say it was much more than i expected, it is beautiful. I ordered four rings on 12/26/14. My order was placed and my money taken. I never have received the rings and I needed them by 2/6/15. The date of shipping keeps changing and I'm so very angry. My mother passed away in April 2014 and I ordered rings for the daughters and granddaughter's to honor her on her birthday. It had her birthstone and ours. I am so heartbroken and upset and ANGRY. I hate Eve's Addiction and I wish I would have read these reviews before I shopped on their site

Think again.

My husband surprised me with a beautiful birthstone set from Eve's Addiction (EA). Bracelet, ring, and necklace.
Within weeks, a stone fell out of the ring. EA emailed a shipping label to return it to be fixed. Two weeks later, a stone fell out of the bracelet. We decided to wait until the ring was returned to me before mailing the bracelet to be fixed. The ring took TWO MONTHS to be returned and the new stone was badly glued onto the ring. During this wait the chain of the necklace broke amd a stone fell out of it as well!

The fact that all three pieces broke in some way within 2 months proves the horrible quality of materials.

Think twice before buying from this company.

I bought one of those Gold id bracelet because im a dumbass who didn't read the reviews first and its soooo $#*!in tiny like it's meant for a wee baby and not a grown adult spent over $100 for something so tiny and they wouldn't even give me a refund because it was "custom made".

Not an accommodating company to work with first of all. Secondly, I ordered a matching bracelet for my daughter and her new baby (the first baby in our family) for her first Mother's Day and I couldn't be more disappointed. Online it looks like the engraving was large enough for the naked eye to read however in reality you cannot read the engraving. I think I remember being able to read a name on a grain of rice back in the day more than I can see this. I contacted the company, expressed my dissatisfaction with the size of the font they used and basically was told 'sorry... not sorry'. I'm the unproud owner of this junk now. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Not for anything. Keep shopping around. I have major buyers remorse and remorse for NOT shopping around more. 4-20-2021

Super Dishonest
December 10, 2020

Called and asked for return soon after purchase. At first they said it could not be refunded and said it was in the warehouse. I asked for more details and they refused. After asking a second time they agreed to cancel the order. I called back again after I didn't receive a confirmation and they said that it was never canceled and was now about to ship and could not be canceled. The most dishonest move I have seen in a business in a long time. Didn't feel understood, didn't feel like I could trust anything about this company.

Well I read a ton of reviews about this site and they have a ton of bad reviews and like 60 plus people have reported them to the better business bureau well thank God the jewelry was actually right the pendant had the right stones in it but I wanted a message left and it seems like they just put whatever they wanted they put half of my message on the gift and just apparently left the other half out

Buyer Beware! Very Cheap

I ordered the birthstone cross necklace that was supposed to be sterling silver... it is not and it peeled/tarnished almost immediately, the birthstones started falling out within a month and only has 3 of the 6 still in it. Customer service is horrible and does not uphold the quality of the products. Do not buy

Absolutely horrible customer service. The supervisor is a scam artist. I called right after I placed the order to make sure that I had ordered it correctly and I was told yes. Something told me to call back the next day just to make absolutely sure and wouldn't you know it was incorrect. The supervisor told me we have thousands of orders and I cannot find yours. I said if you have thousands of orders how have you already completed mine? I called right after I ordered to make sure that it was correct and was told that it was. Call today and you're telling me it is wrong and I am stuck with it. I am disputing it with my bank and I only wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Stay far away from this company.

Disappointed
November 22, 2016

I spent $80 (that was with 30% off) on an engraved necklace for my Mom with her Grandkids names and birthstone. The company stated on the website that the Jewelry was sterling silver however it is not. It is metal. The engraving is so tiny and light you can hardly see it. The Stones are all crooked. And the chain that it came with is horribly cheap and thin.
I am disappointed and will definitely not order from this company again.

Misleading

I ordered a chain with a birthstone, angel wings and the the letter "L". It is so small you can barely see it and it looks like it has been warned before. Very Unhappy. Yes the speed in the delivery was great, but the item itself--NEVER AGAIN. Everything so small. Not a happy client. I can send a picture of the items, but you know what you sent---hummmm

I ordered a personalized necklace for my Mother for Christmas and never received my package. I emailed Customer Service, explaining that I never received the necklace that I paid for, and their response was that they couldn't do anything since it was delivered on their end. Essentially, I was out of the $100+ amount I spent on the necklace and shipping, and they were going to do nothing about it. Nothing like this has happened to me before, and I was flabbergasted by their "you're on your own" response. Never shopping here again!

My first purchase was July 2020. When it took more than 6 weeks to deliver, I thought it was an issue with postal system as they indicated. I ordered again on 12/14/20 for a Xmas delivery (which it stated would be no problem) and this time I know it's not for several reasons. 1 - other items on order with USPS were delivered timely during this timeframe 2 - still hasn't arrived 3 - sits at a Connecticut address for weeks (same as before) with no updates 4 - response was the exact same which indicates that its'a standard response you get - when the jewelry did arrive - it's fine, nothing special, the discounted price is really what it should cost any way for the quality - still haven't received the item that was supposed to be delivered before xmas and get the same response. FYI on 12/21 they were still sending emails stating it would arrive before Xmas.
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I would recommend paying more a a more credible company or going shopping. Try Etsy or

Damaged jewelry twice

I ordered a necklace personalized with stones. The first one came and was missing a stone, they sent a replacement and that necklace was missing the same stone! When I called for a replacement I was told it was on backorder for 2 months... so much for a unique present

Just don't shop here. Find an alternative.

My necklace never made it to me, and I had to file a claim with USPS. Problem is, they wouldn't let me file a claim because I didn't have insurance? It wasn't offered. Hilariously they did take my money when I paid for expedited shipping. But again, I never got it. And I paid a few hundred dollars for this item.

Had to go to my bank. BAD. BAD. BAD.
