Horrible customer service is an understatement. The items are CHEAP fake looking and just aweful. The customer care is the meanest bunch of $#*!s. You will regret ordering from these people TRUST ME save your money go elsewhere! They will charge you for shipping and God forbid you have to return their aweful products you will pay for the return shipping PLUS they will not give you FULL refund, they'll take more money out of your order. Seriously, DO not make the same mistake I did. They are horrible!

I looked for a 40th anniversary gift for my wife. I decided on aTree of Life locket with three birthstones. The ad showed spaces open enough to really see the stones. When I received the necklace, it looked smaller, and you can hardly see the stones. I shook it around and still could hardly see them. The garnet stone looked more of a tangerine color. I am very disappointed in it, and really don't want to give it to my wife. Our anniversary is just a little over a week from now. I feel like I need to get something else. This necklace had an original price of $122.

This is a scam

Unfortunately i did not read the reviews on this site before purchasing a necklace and i Really wish i had. I placed my order and paid Extra for quick shipping so i could get it to wear for my baby shower. It is now the 11th, and the shower has come and gone and it STILL has yet to be shipping out. I am a single soon to be mother who does not have $60+ to just throw away. I am extremely frustrated with this place and they have yet to respond to my emails, which from reviews i doubt they will nor give me my refund. I wouldn't have even given 1 star if it let me. This place should be shut down.

I read all the reviews after I placed my order I can honestly say that I absolutely loved my order no problem ordering on the web site and with engraving the jewelry also. It was beautiful and good price but when I did call them a few days after my order to confirm that my order would be here in time for mothers day I could not got the life of me understand the young lady on the phone I though I was talking with a foreigner and there was so much back ground noise of people in the company on the phones that I had a hard time talking to her also she couldn't even understand me lol. But in a nut shell I'am very happy with my order I would definately order from them again.

Bought two fathers day gift key chains for $50 a piece and I put professional photographer photos on them when I got them in the photos we're completely blurred out and the key chain was plastic with a plastic clip. Honestly could have got a wayyy better one at Walmart for $30. The key chains I received we're not even worth $10. I tried getting a refund but they won't give me one bc it's personalized. I didnt want anything else from this site but my money back and they refuse to do it. Never ever waisted my time or money on this $#*!ty site again. It's probably some idiot who thinks they can scam people out there money because they can't get a better job. I'm beyond pissed I wouldn't even let the fathers I bought them for see them.!

I ordered my boyfriend a ring for christmas with his mothers initials and the year she was born and year she passed engraved on the outside and our little girls name and birth date on the inside, i didnt not read the reviews untill after i had already ordered it, so when i seen my order was not sent out when it should of been i got nervous and called customer service and expecting to get awful service from what i had read, i ended up talking to two different ppl in which were both very helpful and polite with helping me with questions and some changes i wanted to make but i was still nervous on what the quality of the ring and the engraving was going to look like, i did not receive the ring in the 2-3 days it says but it did come with in the week and i love it! Its exactly what i wanted and expected, the ring is good quality for what i paid. I would definitely order from them again.

I'm so annoyed

They took money out of my account when I ordered, told me that my item couldn't be found after giving them all of my information I put in for the ring and now my money's gone that I paid for it and I cannot receive the item they even told me that I could not get the ring so I am obviously really angry, also I called two people from customer service because I just couldn't understand what the first girl was telling me and the second girl better at English but still did not satisfy what I needed to know. This is so unprofessional. But I've learned my lesson never to shop there

Ordered prior to 1pm. Website clearly advertises order before 1pm for same day shipping. Ordered, paid for next day freight. Even started live chat with them to confirm that the order would ship the same day. Received confirmation. Next day received shipping notification. Started live chat again only to find out that my order didnt ship the previous day as I was told. Now i am out the overnight freight fee that i paid. The offered a 20 dollar gift certificate when i paid 25 for next day air freight. Now i will not receive my order until Monday. And i will be out of town until Thursday. There is a reason that people pay for next day air. Dont offer something that you cant deliver on!

I bought a charm necklace for my niece with her children's initials and birthstones. My order came and the initial charms were small and poorly stamped (off-centered, etc). The birthstone charms came without the ring to attach them to the chain. I called and was told they had some problems with the initial machines and that my order was "botched". They ALLOWED me to return the initial charms (against their policy) and I decided to order something else. I was told I would get my new order with a return label for free shipping. I got my new necklace- equally awful and cheap. I bought new charms from a local jewelry store and threw Eve's Addiction's charms away. NO LABEL. Called and was told they would email one to me in 10 minutes. 6 hours later- I called again. Was told they would email me a label for free shipping. I have not gotten the label yet.

I ordered a necklace for my mom with my, my sister's, and our kids birthstones. It's nice but cheap feeling. Then I ordered a ring for my husband with our kids' birthdtones and sn engraving on the inside. The ring size they recommended was way too big, and when I pulled the ring out for the first time one of the gems was already missing. I called and sent it back but they would not let me return it since it was engraved, although it was "broken" already. Customer service was not helpful either. I DO NOT recommend this site!

Ruined Christmas

My order was put on hold because I put the wrong billing address while I was in the middle of talking to someone to fix it someone else from the company had access to my order and canceled it?! Why I have no idea! Now the money for the order wont be back in my account for 1-3 business days meaning I wont have a gift for my boyfriend on Christmas! I hopeing to be able to give him a meaningful gift but that wont be happening very upsetting!

Ordered a 7 birthstone family tree necklace. Showed up with out ANY stones.

Called and they replaced it with a different necklace because the one I wanted was backordered. That necklace showed up up 3 days after I was told it would be here. When it did show up IT WAS MISSING A STONE! I was furious! When I inspected further I saw another stone had glue all over it, and the party that you string the chain through was bent. It's just a cheap piece of trash.

Save your money. I have another order arriving today and I'm praying it's not more trash.

So dissappointing
March 25, 2017

Boight a titanium wood inlay ring and engraved it for our wedding. I received a. 25 cent machine thin metal wood ring and the engraving is so light you can't even make out what it says. Cheap quality super dissappointing we were excited to have found a wiodbinlay ring as he is a contractor. Going to the jeweler for a plain and now and 90.00 down the drain cause you can't return personalized items.

Okay, well I bought a set of engraved rings for me and my boyfriend. They went on back order so I called and asked them to cancel that order And that from their I was gong to make a different purchase. So, I make my new purchase and get the rings and they are super great. Then I get 2 weeks later a HUGE credit amount charged to me from eves and so I look and the rings I canceled they went ahead and sent them and charged me full price for the non-clearanced version of it. So, I call to get it fixed and they won't let me return them for their mistake their stupidity because they are engraved with an engraving I never chose. So, well for that much money I smell a law suit about to happen.

Had the worst experience with this company. Ordered a custom necklace for my mom for her 80th birthday on May 3rd and paid shipping to have in 3 days. As of May 15th have not received it. Called several times and could see via DHL that is was in Stow, OH since May 8th. No one ever called me and finally cancelled the order. Horrible experience and disappointing no gift for my mom.
