Was not told they closed March 17,2020. I placed order on March 24 no notice on website of closing. I called 3 everyone plus supervisor Karl lied. Today was told after the virus has ended maybe 3 months you will receive the item.
I would have giving them a higher rating but due to the fact that I have emailed and spoke to their customer service representative and verified the address. They still managed to ship the order out without a unit number on it. So I haven't received my item. Calling customer service about this, couldn't hear due to the other representative laughing and speaking loudly. No accountability for their error. If I could leave a zero star I would have. Never again and will make sure my associates won't shop her as well.
My boyfriend ordered me a promise ring from this site about 6 months ago. It has chipped some around the band, but nothing horrible. A few days ago I cleaned it & a few hours later I realized a diamond fell out. I was super bummed so I called and asked if they could fix it, they offered to send a new one. Which was super nice of them. Just wish they could just replace the diamond in it cause it doesn't feel like it'll be the same.
Ordered a ring from eves... I was really excited and then it arrived and I was totally disappointed! The preview of the product looked awesome and the engraving looked fine... The piece of jewelry is so small you can not even read the engraving! They claim they want to keep their customers happy, but I'm sure they just want your money! Big waste of $70 dollars! Will tell everyone I know not to shop here... Total ripoff!
I ordered an initial ring for Christmas for my daughter. I thought the ring was a bit pricey but felt since NBC had so-called endorsed it, it must be okay. When the ring arrived I was disappointed. The initials were difficult to make out, but my daughter loved it nonetheless. By April the ring had turned a completely different color. I reached out to Eve's Addiction's customer service to no avail. I would not buy from this company ever again.
I'm STILLLLLL waiting for my package. The email that they have been spamming apparently will not let me log in or use option for "forgot my password". The tracking number in my email brings me to a page that says orders ship within 24 hours but "tracking not available". The chat option doesn't work. I wish I read reviews before ordering. Now, I'm waiting for a Christmas gift a day after Christmas, and I will probably have to replace it anyway.
I feel like the 5 star reviews are from employees.
I ordered an engraved signet ring as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and the quality of the engraving was embarrassing to say the least. Very jagged and cheap looking. When I contacted them (with pictures of the terrible engraving) and told them I was unsatisfied with it, they said that the engraving meets their standards and won't give me a refund or exchange. I believe I deserve a refund since it's the quality of their work that was so terrible. They should be ashamed to put their name behind this product.
This is the worst experience I have had with an online retailer. Ordered a necklace and was notified shortly after that they cancelled the order because my credit card information was declined. Then I notice 2 pending charges on my bank account for the order. Called and asked how the card was declined and order cancelled if they obviously had no problem charging my account. No help from the customer "service" team. Promised the charges would come off my account in 24-48 hours but now they have gone through. Don't do business with this company, they are a sham. I will be filing a suit with the BBB.
Purchased a ring that fell apart immediately, I had purchased their warranty and emailed customer service immediately to ask if the warranty would cover the stones falling out. Never heard from them and then the main stone fell out so I've given up. It was a beautiful ring shame they have horrible service.
I never leave negative reviews, but I feel I should warn potential buyers. I ordered a rose gold engraved bracelet. The bracelet itsss egg lo looks like it came out of a quarter machine. To top it off, the engraving was completely illegible. The machine must have malfunction while engraving. When I contacted them for a refund (The item was $61), they stated they could not refund because it was "customized" lol! This company is a scamming joke.
I have NEVER written a review before. I recently found out my best friend has cancer. I want her to know I am with her always. So I went to this website and ordered a bracelet and had it delivered to her only a few days ago. I asked her via phone call if she liked her gift. She said yes with a slight pause. I said what do you think of the quality? Honestly, She said it's very thin and very cheaply made. I said "I'm so sorry I wanted you to have something beautiful". She said it is pretty. But I'm afraid to wear it in fear it might break. I was so disappointed in this company they will not refund my money I have to pay full price to buy another one and have it better quality. Just thought you guys should now.
Ordered a necklace with engraving for mothers day. Necklace arrives missing a stone. Great, now I get to give a broken necklace as a gift. Contact customer service and send it back. I contact them and they told me to give at least 10 business days from the date it is received. 10 days comes and goes, so I reached out again showing the item was delivered to them. Told they hope they can get to it within the next week. I just wish it was not engraved so I could return the junk.
STAY AWAY from this place. Overpriced junk and poor turnaround time on customer service.
Ordered a $70 bracelet for my boyfriend but it was too small to fit around his hand so I kindly sent an email asking if they would be able to maybe send extra bracelet links so he can wear it and they took that as "Can I send back the bracelet and have my money back?" After I reiterated the fact that I was just asking if they had extra links they told me to order another one that's bigger! LMAO! Unreliable and poor customer service.
I ordered four birthstone anklets and they never arrived. Of course I was charged the day of placing order. When I called customer service, there was absolutely no apologizing for the situation. The agent just indicated she would send them again. When they finally arrived, there were four anklets tangled together in one pouch along with one box. I was so frustrated. I called again and they said they would send more boxes and pouches. Took me forever to untangle. Such a disappointing experience. The worst part was that no one gave an apology for the situation.
Its a cheap price for a reason. I bought all of my bridesmaids initial necklaces and one of them broke on the first wear. The pieces were lost because it fell off of her neck during my ceremony

What I received was NOTHING like what they advertise. First they put the engraving on the inside rather than the outside, then their "replacement" product had the engraving on the outside but it was so small it was almost impossible to read. All they offered me was a 10% refund, which I find cheap and insulting. I so not recommend this company to anyone, steer clear of their products?
My stepdad passes away a year ago. My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer in January of this year. I wanted to get her something to celebrate completing radiation. I ordered her a dog chain necklace with a picture of my dad on it. Turned out amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you so much!
My grandfather and my father passed away So for Christmas I wanted to get my grandmother and my mother a ring signed from their late husbands but you cant read where they were engraved talk about another huge heartbreak and the sad thing about it is the person who engraved it signed and an inspector signed. I guess because the rings werent for there family. Better luck then I If you order
Bracelet broke after 1 month. Horrible company to work with! Do NOT recommend. Just short of refused to fix. Sent bracelet back for repair and they lost and refused to rectify situation. Once again... pick other company to purchase personalized items.
This was my first and last order with Eve's Addiction. The bracelet I had made for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day came out of the clasp. Neither the voicemail I left or the email I sent were returned. On the third day, I call back only to be told all purchases have a SIXTY day warranty. The bracelet broke 2 days after the 60 days. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company.
Answer: I had the same thing happen to mine twice and the first time they replaced It i had it less than a day and it fell out again now they won't respond to me. I paid 40$ for mine... good luck
