Stay away from this site! I ordered and paid in full for a UPS shipping, and still waiting after 3 months! They first told me the order was cancelled, but never refund! Then found the order but it was shipped with normal post (still paid for UPS). Then that the order was cancelled again but not refund! Stay away this is scam!
I bought a bracelet for my mom for Christmas… found the reviews afterward and was scared it wasn't gonna be good. It was terrible, the bracelet is tiny and doesn't even fit around my wrist. Please do not waste your time with them. I can't get a refund and I'm very disappointed.
This store is phoney I paid 25$ for next day delivery and they gave me some crap about it won't be delivered because I miss the cut if time BS and I won't get my anniversary gift for my husband untill tomorrow. It's a scam
I ordered a sterling silver necklace from them. Not only did they send me gold they did not package it as described no blue cotton, no gift card just placed on a piece of cardboard with my gift message on the invoice. I asked for a refund and after several emails back and forth with them finally telling me they would refund my money plus cost to ship back. They sent me another email stating they would only refund me cost of item less shipping and handling and cost to send back. Then they agreed to refund shipping and handling but not my cost to send back. Company sends you wrong item and expects you to pay for their mistake. What a joke.
I ordered some items that I needed in about 9 days. Eve's info said ships in 1 day or same day. I checked twice and not shipped. I was mad by 2nd call and they did 1 day ship! It made it! They did keep their final word. Rectangular clear glass locket with rhinestones. Beautiful with chain that's not too short! Small silver jewelry box also beautiful! Really nice stuff! Ordered a 5 stone birthstone ring for my mother for mothers day. When it came the prongs were holding the stones in were so rough it would tear up the side fingers. I called to see if I could get it exchanged for a different kind that would work better (this was to be for an 80 year old). I was told no because it was a custom item with engraving. Wrong it was ordered with engraving but that was not done. Another disappointment!
I ordered a necklace from this site that was to be a gift. I have tracked it, stated it was delivered and nothing. I emailed requesting an update. It's been over a week and I have not received any reply back. Don't order from here!
A mother's ring was purchased for me and given to me as a gift. Three months later, one stone fell out. Contacted the company and sent photos and the ring was replaced. Less than 3 months later the exact same stone fell out of the second ring. Contacted the company again to be told, it was beyond the warranty and that I could order something else with a discount. Very dissatisfied and the sad thing is, this was meant as a very special gift.
I ordered three Sterling silver necklaces for me and my two daughters. They were NOT Sterling silver as I brought them to a jeweler to get checked out. I contacted customer service and they would not help in the least bit. They do not care about customer satisfaction like they display all over their site. They will not return them or exchange them. Save your time and money. Do not order from them!
Liars! Tried to tell me that my item was non adjustable but they were adding that in as I was chatting with them. Every time I refreshed the webpage, a new word popped up in the description! Then, wouldn't even refund me for my item! Do not trust them!
I ordered a medical ID bracelet for my brother. I specifically searched for a man's size bracelet on the website. It was expensive and when it came it was TINY. They refused to exchange or issue a refund. Total scam.
I see all the bad reviews here but mine most definitely takes the cake. I ordered an engraved bracelet for my bestfriends birthday and payed 73.25 for it. When it came in there was only a pouch in the box. No bracelet. Only a receipt for the order with my address. Terrible company I wish everyone who wrote a review here could sue!
I purchased a locket with two gems in it. The gems fell out five times over the next year. I reached out to customer service and they said they couldn't help because it was beyond the 60 day return period. But, they offered 40% off a new locket if I wanted to buy a new one! Why would I buy a second cheaply made piece of junk?!
Ordered a necklace with my boys name gave my telephone number email address they could only put 2 names and on the the third name they put T why did they not contact me and let me know too many letters then i call and all you have to go through to get it fixed took to jewerly store here intown and they are redoing for me at a cost why give your information if they dont cont you
I ordered an engraved bracelet that was purported to be 18k gold, it was not. It was something that could've come out of a $. 25 gumball machine, and the sad thing was I paid over $70 for it :( they do not allow refunds, stay away!
I am very disappointed with the quality of my necklace and pendant that I ordered for my daughter's for Mother's Day. I got the cross necklace with 3 birthstones in it and the sapphire is light blue inside of dark blue and all the stones look dirty. I will not be giving these as gifts because I would be embarrassed to!
I ordered a gold and silver birthstone bracelet. Was disappointed because they were more like a young girl's bracelet. I expected better quality for the price. They each had birthstones inside of them. The stones were so tiny. I mean very, very tiny that you could not see them through the bracelet. I would not recommend ordering from this company. You are better off going to your local mall or jewelry store and finding something nicer. These were gifts for my daughters who are moms. I was embarrassed to give the bracelets to them.
I'm getting married Dec 15th 2018 in literally 9 days and I wanted a engraved ring for my husband. I paid 204.00 and they took my money never recieved an order number from them. When I called to speak to Customer Service they asked for my last 4 of my card and my name and the date and the amount of purchased and could not find me, but my bank statement said otherwise. They are complete Frauds!
I ordered a necklace for my best friend who passed away... they charged me twice and said I would be refunded then when I called back they said I would not be refunded and can't dispute with my bank until it isn't pending. I called back to cancel my order and they said they can not cancel my order! If I had read these reviews ahead of time I never would have ordered! I will be disputing both charges with my bank and getting reimbursed. This company will surely be out of business Soon. My best friend deserves a better quality necklace! Garbage service and a scam DO NOT order anything from this company or you will be sorry!
Won't fix their error even tho i HAVE emails listg errors. Rude, rushd shoddy product. Spent over 100 and have ugly not matching stones on 3 pieces even tho ordered all same. Was a gift and really was a stressful time with them being so uncaring. Do not order from them.
