I used Evisa Express to get my electronic visa and I must say, I was qutie impressed. Whole process was so easy!. All I had to do was fill out the online application and after a few minutes I had my visa in my inbox. I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking for a reliable online visa company.
As usual, I don't write any reviews. But at this time I was really impressed when I applied for eVisa to Kenya. I've got my travel document in just a few hours. Evisa Express support team did really great job. Thanks.
Not only they charged me visa processing fee 3 times higher than that from the official website, but actually they did not process my application as if they had forgot my case until I threatened to expose them in Internet as a scammer. When I finally received my visa approval letter, 3 weeks had passed since I paid money to them, which would normally only take 3 days to get if you applied the visa through the official website. I did a very stupid thing this time and gave them a chance to rip off my money!
Scammers. They dont issue a visa. It's a fake visa with no validity of issuance. Fraud site. I called Amex and disputed the charges. You should too.

But if you Got charged by these scammers just call credit card company and ask for refund on services not rendered to specification.

It is clearly stated on our website that we are an Agency - when you apply with an Agency for any kind of service, the fee will always be higher, as we are the ones applying on your behalf and making sure everything is correct, and if there's a need, contacting the Embassy, which is why you pay the fee for the service provided.
I applied for a visa which was said to be processed in less than 5 working days. After one full week without any response from them, I decided to enquire. After my inquiry I was told a specialist will start working on the application. I waited another week and never received any feedback. I enquired again only to be told that my nationality is not on the list of countries that can apply for visa while on their site they never indicated it and they made it possible for any nationality to apply. They then had to deduct about 15euro (which is almost equivalent to what one pays directly to the embassy) before refunding.

I made a major error on the application and asked for a refund. They were efficient, professional and sorted out the refund same day. Great service, I'd use them again
I got charged 375 aed for a a visa that I can get for free on arrival to Oman. And when I made the complaint the answer was ( it's mentioned on the internet that it's free and you decided to do it with us! What a joke! Unprofessional. As they ask you about all details before applying they should come back to you with an honest answer if this application is chargeable or not. Not getting every single opportunity to steal people money!
Dear Sir/Madam, kindly note that you applied for the eVisa which can be obtained in advance of your trip. We are a private Agency, therefore the price you are paying includes visa fee, service fee and processing fee, as an assigned Agent is taking care of your file and makes sure the application process goes smoothly.
They made this look like a legitimate government website but in reality they take your information and money. DO NOT PAY or enter any info.
I made the mistake on paying and will be filing a chargeback from my credit card.
