One item wasn't really what I was hoping for but the cost to ship back doesn't make sense. Too often clothing is hard to buy online when you can't try it on or see and feel the material.
It was impossible to order a gift card in the denomination I wanted. Shipping cost is ridiculous.
I was supposed to receive a call back that never happened, so I bought two gift cards and ended up spending less. Your loss.
Great place to shop! Has the best sales, and some of the nicest stuff for good prices. I found the shipping on one of my orders very slow, but other than that it is an awesome place. This is not normal, and has never happened to me, but it was probably due to an ice storm or something.
Great prices on excellent equipment. Excellent choices. Will shop here again for our snowboarder. This is a birthday gift -- didn't see any opportunity to include gift receipt or gift message which would have been nice.

I found these goggles for a huge discount compared to even backcountry or steep n cheap. Showed up in some sick packaging considering msrp is $189 I'm not surprised. Super comfortable and as advertised with a free extra lens as well. Goggles were set to arrive a week away so I paid for the 2 day shipping and it arrived early the second day.
Honestly the best experience I have had ordering from a winter sports distributor! I really liked the personal touch of the Cliff bar as well :) I will continue to shop with you guys from now on for all my snowboarding gear needs! Keep shredding, Evo!

Paid too much for shipping. Product was not as expected at all. No sleeve/cuff gaiters! Color is horrible hunter green n black stripe with peach flowers n hood. Runs small in size... ordered 10 n my child is 58lbs 4'6' not a comfy fit. Jacket went down in price by $10 the very next day (after the Cyber Monday Sale!) I did get a credit for that but now I have to pay to return it and have no jacket... I will have to see how the return goes now ugh

I've purchased a lot of snow gear from here over the past couple seasons. Website is easy to use and compare items on -- Far easier than some of your competitors: dogfunk, the house, etc... And way better prices than REI.
I ordered a helmet and got large sized ear/ speaker pieces with a medium helmet. It was also not as described. So I have already sent it back just today and would also just like a full refund. I've spent an extra $20 just to get it shipped to my house and return the package as well. I love evo and will always continue to shop but I would have to say I was displeased with this item.

I did get the goggles, fit great, but they were cracked in frame. I called Evo, They sent me a return label and it was free shipping back since it was damaged. They sent me a new pair when i had the damaged ones dropped off at Staples (UPS drop off). I am just waiting for the replacements. Customer service was great, pleasant and so helpful.
In addition to using your website, I had to call and clarify which ski brake I needed. Your customer service person was very helpful and quickly answered my questions. I appreciate a smooth transaction. I also appreciate you are in the Northwest. My only complaint was the price of shipping added on. I realize this is somewhat beyond your control but it did add 50% to the price of the ski brake. The service and product were great.
I actually went into the store to get these poles and a super nice guy, Matt, told me that, since I'm just learning, I should check out the stuff online because it was so much cheaper. Such a great way to do business. I saved $50 and now will go back to EVO every time I need gear or just wanna look cool. Cuz I'm old now. EVO helps me stay legit.
Only thing is that there appeared to be a special 20% discount however when I tried to apply it it was not applicable to my order. Bait and switch?
Update: product arrived (men's ski pants) and they were huge around the waist. Ordered large for husband who typically wears a large and the pants literally fell off my husband's waist to the floor! Length and quality appeared fine but had to return due to waist sizing.
So far the process of returning has been easy. Went to the Evo website and was able to print out a return authorization mailing address label to affix to pkg and have sent to be returned.
EVO is very quick and they are a company you can trust! There is also a donation option to donate to the High Fives Foundation, which helps people with life altering injuries such as spinal cord injuries. I have been touched by the helping hand of High Fives personally and I'm stoked to see their donation as an option when checking out. High Fives has changed my life!

Good thing I did!, I found the same ski with a better binding at Evo for LESS than the used pair. And, I was assured that if the price dropped within 20 days, Evo would refund the difference. Been an EVO customer since 2012. They are professional, friendly, experts in all gear they sell; hands-down the best outdoor outfitters either on-line or "brick & mortar". They actually LISTEN to the questions a customer may have and do what's possible to make things right. I.E. "righting all wrongs", if any came up at all! I and alot of my family do and will continue to shop our outdoor gear exclusively at EVO when the time comes to repair, replace or up-grade...Thank again Evo, stellar work! Epic job in keeping things down to earth...!
Over all good experience. I ordered a helmet that was a size too big. The return policy is nice and easy, although I had to ask about my return before the money was actually returned. But if that's the biggest problem then I'd say there is nothing to worry about.
Received order ahead of schedule, but found that the item, a full wetsuit, was probably a return because it had signs of being worn, slight damage to the collar, and ripped packaging. After a call to Evo customer service and sending photos of the damage, the rep offered a discount on the item as a solution. I accepted. The matter was handled professionally and to my satisfaction, and I would not hesitate to patronize the seller again. I would however recommend Evo inspect for damage all items that are returned before reselling as new.
