Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
I have had a problem with parcels for two days. I am a seller and I sent about 20 parcels from the same point over the long weekend. I am disappointed with Evri's service. On the way from the moment the parcels were sent to the first sorting office where all my parcels were together, someone stole the contents of 6 parcels. For two days I have been receiving messages from buyers that they are receiving empty packages. However, contact with Evri is impossible. I will only add that the items were packed in boxes and well sealed. Someone cut the tape and stole things.
Tried to arrange collection of an item to return. Nobody turned up between the times given to collect it. Tried to contact Evri who don't seem to want to talk to their customers as everything automated including so called "live chat". Changing name from Hermes to Evri seems pointless as customer service still terrible.
They need to change their customer service if they want to improve their company. Wouldn't use them by choice.

Just been on the receiving end of rudeness and verbal abuse from the Evri delivery driver. The parcel was for someone at a company and after simply asking who it was for, the delivery driver launched into a tirade of abuse directed at me! I hope never to have to deal with this shabby company ever again!
Having used evri before they rebranded i was quite apprehensive about receiving my delivery, after it was delivered this has only confirmed my reasons to be cautions and avoid using them where possible. Having ordered from an overseas supplier i expected the delivery to be a while however it was quite quick, but the quality of the delivery was horrendous. I had left my porch unlocked for the parcel to be thrown in, or even expecting it to be put in the bin for a safe place which they have done before but i was met with the parcel being tossed in the open garden for anyone and their gran to see. This is completely unacceptable as anyone could have taken it or the weather could have completely destroyed it. With no consideration for the parcels delivery i would avoid using evri at all costs based upon this unprofessional experience

Worse delivery company ever waited at home all day and didn't deliver went out to greet the driver they said they never had a parcel for me then they took a picture of my road and updated the tracking with missed delivery

Do not ever use this company. Zero customer service and when they leave your parcels outside and they go missing they want you to contact the company you ordered from as if it is their fault. Totally inept company from top to bottom and their arrogance and lack of responsibility is astounding

Do not use either Packlink or Evri as they lost my parcel and pointed the guilty finger at one another. I would not rest until I have had my refund of £11.50. Evri physically handled the parcel and yet they blamed Packlink - twins in fraud.

A customer emailed me, stressed about being told her parcel would be delivered to Grays whilst she lived in Suffolk. She later got the parcel but it was deliberately open UNDER THE pasted label.
Then another customer bought 2 plants and received a tracking number on 31st. On 11June, she asked for a refund as the parcel was stuck in the depot since 31 May. I had to refund her £11.50 They now wanted to wash their hands of refunding me by sending me the following.

The obviously had LOST MY PARCEL and told me to contact their shipper. My contract is with EVRI, not any shipper. How dare this person send me up a garden path. WORD OF ADVICE: NEVER USE EVRI. IT DESERVES NO STAR, zilch, zippo, A terrible company who banked my money and provided NO SERVICE! A fraud!
To Tasawar Ali Even Packlink has refunded me and they were right when they pointed out that YOU PHYSICALLY HANDLED THE DELIVERY, NOT THEM. You have LOST my parcel. Please REFUND ME £8.68. I told them several time that my porch isn't a safe place to left parcel and asked several time to give them to my neighbours/nearest post office. 3 of them have been stolen. It is difficult to contact them, you can chat just with a computer. It is no annoying and I'm upset...a lot.
My delivery was just flagged as delivered with no delivery made (I have a camera so can be absolutely sure no attempt was made, and I was home). The photo proof uploaded is just blank. I can only imagine Evri needs to log it as delivered so have put it in their system and hit tye related target even though no attempt was made. No follow-up yet after logging a complaint (which cane only be done through an automated system).
They delivered my package to some unknown person at an unknown address and take a picture they could be anywhere. So you go through the long process of dealing with customers service that it a bot. You finally get an email that the issue is now with a customer representative. So they finally call you and you miss the call and a message is left that you can call back on that number but an email will be sent to you with more information. The email tell you nothing about you package and also tells you not to reply to the email address as you will get no response. So please tell me what in the hell do I do now. How incompetent can one company be and how much of your time and money can they waste. If you can avoid this courier service please do.
They are rebound for not delivering packages. They either don't attempt at all and "lose them" in the depot, until it goes on for so long they just don't bother and keep them or they straight up take a picture of your door and take the package again. They are abhorrent I have no idea how they are still in business. Thousands upon thousands of complaints, no customer service whatsoever and copy and paste replies from their social media team which tackle absolutely zero issues. They have lost three parcels of mine from two separate companies in the last week all marked as "delayed" 6/7days ago with no update or intention of arriving. Disgusting. Their CEO Martijn *******@evri.com should be ashamed.

My daughter ordered a computer chair and it was despatched to Evri for delivery. I received the tracking number and given a date for delivery. I waited all day and checked their site only to be notified it wasn't being delivered. To add insult to injury the exact same thing happened the next day.
No delivery without any notification as to why.
There is no way to contact this company directly only their atrocious website which is of no help whatsoever. My daughter is going to contact Amazon to ask for a refund.
I would suggest to anyone that when it comes to this company, to avoid it like the plague they are useless.

I sent a parcel with Evri covered under there £20 free insurance. The item sold on ebay for £12.95 and when delivered looked like it had been driven over! I obviously refunded my ebay customer and took the matter up with Evri. They have done nothing but put obstacles in the way rather than reimburse me £12.95 and the postage paid. They were sent photographs but they weren't interested. Issued a potential ccj against them for reimbursement but they are "fighting it". I am now a further £35 out of pocket in court fees. Don't bother using Evri if you want your item covered by insurance and expect to get reimbursement if there is a problem.

Évri, the rebranded Hermes, are even more appalling than they were before. I have now not received five parcels, ordered from various companies, at various dates from the beginning of April. Their tracking system is a joke, their "friendly customer service team' is just an automated chat response which merely repeats the useless tracking information andI can find no way of contacting them direct. So now I will just avoid ordering from companies that use this delivery service. Appalling, terrible company.
I was returning an item to the retailer, I completed al the necessary documentation and returns requests etc.
I handed the parcel into the collection point and received my Track number.
After about 12 / 13 days I wondered why I had not had a refund, so I checked the progress of my parcel only to discover it had not moved in 11 days.
I contacted Evri to find out what was happening with the parcel only to receive a message the following day that they could not find it.
So my £200 item has gone missing and basically Evri do not seem to care or are going to find out why.
Same crap service different name. I have only click 1 star because I couldn't leave it blank, I give them no stars.
Absloutley shocking incomptence in being able to lose parcels, with no intention of finding them, customer service system is a joke that never works, automated chat that cuts you OFF, then emails with broken links to so called claim forms, so you spend more time emailing and chasing which costs you more money and time lost!
How do they solve the problem with hermes having a bad reputation on delivery etc, well you spend millions on a rebrand called Evri which looks like it was designed based off ransom letters, time you have painted all the trucks, sign written buildings etc waste of money when they can't even do the basics of picking a parcel up and delivering it to destination correctly!

3 times now Evri has just thrown my parcels over the back gate and the other day left it outside the gate on a public foot path, The driver sent to photo as proof of delivery, the parcel was not there when i went outside it had been stolen when i emailed Evri it went to an admin for approval and subsiquently was not approved im fuming

Sorry no way they are anything more than 1star. You can change your name but not your terrible service. Ordered a special birthday present and paid extra to get delivered on time. Sadly the retailer used these Muppets. If I'd known I would have purchased elsewhere. Never delivered a parcel on time this one was supposed to be delivered between 6-7today and at 6 receive a text... not coming. Customer service closed, birthday spoilt. They should not be able to deliver goods just terrible every time
Evri are Liars, they claimed they attempted to deliver a parcel on Tuesday, lie. They claimed they couldn't deliver Wednesday because a "business is closed" I am a private citizen waiting on a parcel that doesn't make sense and is a stupid lie. They claimed they would deliver my parcel between 15:30 and 17:30 on Thursday, they then claimed they tried to deliver at 23:05 but no one was home, another lie. If you try to contact them a bot will tell you someone will contact you by email within 24 hours another lie, they never contact you

DON'T DO IT! Probably the most unprofessional, uncontactable courier in the history of crap couriers. I knew I should have paid a bit extra for my USA, pre-Xmas delivery. Estimated date from these $#*!'s being 23rd December. As of today (5/1/2023) its only just left customs in the UK after being collected on 13/12/2022!
Anyone who gives these 'dangers' anymore than 2*, is doing so for no other reason than financial. Even when these weapons manage not to 'lose' parcels, they generally turn up in, let's say, less than a 100% state of delivery. Boll*cks to Hermes/Evri (tax dodge there somewhere me thinks), I'll pay extra elsewhere in future.
EVRI? Now I get it...Evri parcel has a slim to no chance of getting to their intended destination!
I am disappointed each time I see Evri has my parcel. No human service, parcels NEVER arrive in the time slot given, new slots are never given and they have left a parcel of mine in a public space for it get stolen. New levels of useless.

Evri are by far the worst courier in the UK. They repeatedly fail to deliver any item sent here through them. They will claim no-one was home to take the delivery, but that is a lie. They send photos of other addresses and photos of the inside of the van. Then they claim they will return the item to the seller, and then lose it. It's impossible to contact anyone to try and resolve any of this. Unbelievably bad service.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Evri completely and choosing a courier that is actually capable of delivering things.
Every time a seller forces me to use evri its a nightmare because they can't seem to even delivery a parcel 30 minutes up the road but can't seem to do that in a week they gotta be the worst courier company there is that why they came in last in the surveys and all the genuine review site I always have issues when companies use them as they are the cheapest but like everything in life the cheaper it is the less quality you get I have no idea how you can mess up something so simple so bad properly middle management as you have it at your warehouse but haven't bothered to delivery it for over a week which was meant as next day its not even going far 30 minutes to Glasgow which is so basic aviod if you can.
The last time i had a delivery, my package was abandoned on the communal stairway. It wasn't anywhere near the floor I live on even. The usual service is I'm lucky if the courier even knocks before dumping my package on my doorstep. Usually the first i know they've been is i receive an email saying the package has been delivered
