Any problems and you simply cannot contact them. Their help system just takes you round in circles, the helpbot doesn't work and the telephone automation cant understand what you're saying. Try to complain and you go round in the same circles. A disgrace of a company!
PARCEL LOST. OPENED THE CASE. SENT ALL DOCUMENT. THEY ACCEPTED CLAIM AND SAID WILL REFUND. MONTH LATER RECEIVED EMAIL CASE IS CLOSE. CLAIM REJECTED

Reality: They don't have printers in any locations
Ad: "Open all the time!"
Reality: shop open between 7.30-12.30 during week.

Evri have now lost a record 15 out of 15 parcels in 20 days to my home. This is because one courier was on holiday and they didn't have the ability to fill the staff absence. I've now lost a lot of money from these 15 items and their response was unapologetic and that i should "chase up" the sellers for a refund.
Absolutely disgusting! Yodel aren't a great deal better but at least they actually delivery your items.
I will never buy from a company that evri delivers for and will always contact the company to confirm which delivery company they contract. My item was stolen by their delivery driver. How do I know? The parcel was opened when the item was delivered and the driver stated the bag broke when he lifted it. Item was missing but delivery note and itemised bill stated everything was sent out. This was investigated and confirmed by the company it was purchased from that all items were sent out for delivery. That's how I know.
Terrible service, customer service are incompetent and do not give a sh#t. The driver delivered to the wrong door, app was only giving me the option to have my parcel delivered to strangers half way down my road. The customer service agent Claire was useless, I gave her clear instructions she said she would pass them on, instead my important item got sent back to the sender. I used to use these fools to send parcels never again!
This delivery is by far the worst I've ever come across. I waited and watched my door like a hawk after being notified via email that my package was to be received between noon and 2 PM. I even waited outside for a time and never received the package despite it saying it was delivered. I checked around the block, I asked neighbors, I checked nearby post offices, and nothing. The delivery person never called me, never sent me an image of where they supposedly "delivered" my package which I paid 250 euros for.
I tried calling Evri and all I got was a dumb robot constantly telling me that it has been delivered. No human support, not even a reply to my emails or the inquiry I sent via their website. I waited days and nothing, I even got in contact with the retailer of my package who said that it was sent to this delivery company. I am considering a full refund because of this confusion and back-and-forth nonsense.
Ordered some shoes on eBay, delivered by this appalling company.
They tried to deliver 3 days early and as I was away clearly left instructions to leave with neighbour as property outside wasn't secure, low and behold they left the package at a different address and tried to say they had delivered it
Photo evidence shows a picture of a different property not mine, won't accept responsibility it's gone missing or has been stolen even though they delivered it to the wrong address

They are just not functioning as an effective service, everything fine to squeeze profit and screw the customer, these people are clowns that collectively raise the stress levels of people all across this country because they are so rubbish
Parcel been sitting in evri limbo since Saturday morning with wrong time stamp checked the tracking at 10:15 am but stated 18:00 still not updated whats going on with my parcel
I have dropped off a parcel in parcelshop which I got a blue card as a receipt on the 29th May. It is now 13th May.I couldn't use the code in the card to track my parcel for some reason. I tried calling but I couldn't get pass the automated voice because the code is not the right one. There's no option to speak to an adviser, so it was going on in circles. I found an email to put my complaint forward. I used this however I got a bounce back saying the email is no longer in use. Very frustrating to deal with when there is a problem.
I was in all day on the 06/05/23 and Evri is telling me I missed my package (I didn't I was waiting for it).
They told me they would try to deliver it the next working day, its now 12/05/23 and I still don't have my package.
Everytime I try to resolve the issue, I'm met with an automated telephone call or Live chat bot. It's highly frustrating as I'm waiting on a part to complete an order for a customer, who I having to keep waiting due to my missing package.
Evri marked my parcel as delivered when it wasn't. I was at home at the time and nobody even came near the front door! I've contacted them (well a useless bot) but all they are telling me is it's been delivered. So I can't get any further information. I've paid for an item which I don't have and it seems there is no way forward. I assume it's been taken by the driver.
The most disgustingly useless delivery service possible. From when they were Hermes till they became Evri. Absolutely disgusting service. How can they take money for collections and say they attempted collection 3 times and no one at home. 1. I work from home. 2. My doorbell can wake the dead. 3. When they sent me an email for missed collection and I went on the customer service portal it said they were unable to pick up that day and would arrange another time. 4. You can't even send a message via helpline. 5. To make there fraudulent activities worse the line is a premium number that keeps you on hold forever. This for a service I paid 4.99 for. I would not normally bother with reviews but this is sooooo blatantly disgusting.
Should have a place for us to collect our parcel when we are not in, and not just send our parcel back to the sender. It's 2023 people
I'm waiting at home for the delivery and the courier has a problem with building access. For the third time. All other courier companies can easily access my flat, but Evri... It is an entirely different story with them
My parcel should be delivered to a Gym ( house number 6) and I got the picture as proof of delivery which was taken somewhere else. I was in the Gym when it " was delivered" but practically it was not. So seeing that picture I went down to the street looking for that place which looks like the pict. And I have found it. It was house number 10. And parcel was gone by the time I got there which was literally 15 min later. How stupid someone has to be for that not being able to notice a big Gyim with big gate next to it, and not seeing that number 10 is only flats. Difference between 6 and 10, difference between a Gym and Flats... Obviously there is no normal customer service neither, someone to call, or if you want to spend £6 / min, you can increase your loss with that. I took a picture where the parcel was delivered with the house number (10) which is nothing to do with right delivery address which was 6.
Evri lost the parcel that I entrusted to them, containing 25 years worth of photographic slides. They don't seem particularly interested in trying to find it. Use any other company.
Answer: Never had a good experience of this company, so sorry I can't. Its all negative stories I've got just now.
Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
Answer: Impossible, they don't exist, well perhaps in the minds of the EVRi management
