Sometimes shipping can be a bit hassle, but if you stick to reputable suppliers, everything typically works out fine.

Appalling attitude non return of emails, calls, or even on chat line. No avenue to make a formal complaint. My bank has red flagged this site as a possible scam. Representative does not return emails. System traps you into moving your account, which costs more, to get more exposure to what you are selling, No provision if you are a private seller. Out of 10 this site would score a 2. Very unhappy. Refunds of membership costs - hmm that is another battle in it self.

I'm pretty new to this and have just recently begun, and I'm not sure why more people don't use them. On this platform, you'll find high-quality goods and various helpful providers. Eworldtrade's customer care is also fantastic, with prompt responses.

I bought several times through eworldtrade, but not always it was a nice experience. Their customer service is all right, but the quality of some of the sellers here is deplorable. I paid an extra fee to deliver my most recent order much sooner, yet the product arrived later.

I have seen a major improvement in 3 months. This is an incredible platform to order from due to the incredibly great and friendly service. Great selection of items with nice costs plus ordering is very quick and efficient you can shop with confidence. We will keep on buying from this website.

We signed up last year 2021 with EWorldTrade with the promise of 11-132 buyers every month. Our supposedly dedicated account manager forwarded 14 buys to us over 5 month period. I followed up every single buyer with no results. After 5 months we decided to cancel our membership because we believed EWorldTrade didn't have the customer base. Based on our terms and conditions if we cancel with in 6 months of signing we are eligible for a refund. We have sent multiple emails and whatsapp text messages to account manager Jason S and Mike L with zero replies. Don't waste your money and time with this company.

I approached numerous vendors and received timely responses from some of them. The one I ultimately select was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. My items also arrived promptly and are of excellent quality. Thanks to every employee of this company for making it possible.
