I have never left a review for any business, but felt compelled to do so. I wish I had read other reviews before I placed my order and saved myself the time. I placed an order for contacts on Dec 29. The order never seemed to progress from its status, so I called on Jan 3. I was informed that given the holiday things were a little delayed and they expected delivery from the manufacturer in the next couple days. Still no updates, so I called on Jan 9 and they said the order would go out the next day. By that point I had read the reviews on this site, so I called again on Jan 10. I asked whether the contacts would be going out that day per yesterday's call. They said this time that the contacts would be coming from the manufacturer that day upon which I immediately cancelled the order. The rep indicated he would send me a confirmation email which never came. And I have not received a credit to my credit card.
I think this company charges immediately for merchandise it cannot deliver and then delays refunds as long as possible, thus operating on the "float". I will now contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and also contact the Better Business Bureau.
