I would give 0 stars if I could. My mother and I had a move with Expedient, they sent an email confirming it the day before. The day of the move, they completely GHOSTED us. No text, no call, no email and we tried to reach out multiple times. We were left without movers and had to rush to find an emergency arrangement last minute. It was absolutely awful and they never reached out to us afterward, either. If you actually want your move to happen, I do not recommend this highly unprofessional and dishonest moving company.
They showed up on time, finished the move in 2h, were professional and nice guys. I already referred them to my cousin who is looking to move soon as well.
Jim Prouty quoted me a move 4 hours to move a 2800 square foot home which I was skeptical about so I asked them to come take in inventory which they did. He sounded upset about this and said he had 20 years of moving experience and that he was very accurate. Janis came and took careful inventory and Iwas requoted 7-10 hours maximum with packing plus a $400 flat fee for packing equipment which I decided to take. They showed up on time, midday they told me they had miscalculated and they could not finish but they could return the following Saturday. By 7 pm they told me they had run out of packing materials and that I should go to home Depot to buy more boxes, despite me having paid the fee. Then they notified me that I should pack the kitchen because there was too much to do and they had to do another move in the morning. They left at 1:10 am approximately, without completing the move. I had to finish the move the following two days on my own and missed three showings for my home. Then the manager wanted to charge me 17 hours after they broke the headboard to my master bedroom.
They quoted me a low price to retain me as a customer and then deceived me. You have been warned. 8 filings with the BBB and several never resolved.
Dishonest and manipulative people. A huge mistake and they will take advantage of you. Do not use these people for anything.
