“Non-viable seeds but great customer service”

Ordered a few packs of seeds from ESB. None of these germinated. When I contacted ESB they were courteous and promptly sent me replacement seeds; which also failed to germinate.
I cannot recommend a seed company whose seeds do not sprout.
